Very friendly and helpful staff! Jayden, Gabriel, and Patrick all helped out to my trip as quick and efficient as possible. Honestly was surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone was, went above and beyond. Give them a raise!

Was there jus after 0700hrs Saturday mornin. Was greeted and offered help soon as walked in the store. The young man that helped me was great (Joel). Had spoken to him the night before about an item i was unable to get at another store. Said he had 4 available and that he would prolly b there the next morning to help me. After finding him he took me to exactly what it was i wanted. This was 1 of my better visits to Home Depot

Its a home depot, feels good for some purchases, not as quick as other places but just fine

One of the best Depots in Seattle. Just be careful with the tool rentals they charge me for tool insurance and I never agreed to it. If I had to blame anyone it would be the folks at the corporate office. The folks in the tool rental departments are very helpful and have one of the most challenging roles with the level of knowledge the have with tools. The folks at the corporate office are clearly disconnected with the people who shop here. Just look at the website. It's like a Jackson Pollock painting. I guess that's the difference between us blue collar workers. For all the DIY folks just try and be patient, your frustrations are mostly justified. #464250

Thank you for the great customer service from a lady named Chris who is also an artist ! It was so nice chatting with you and you really helped us get rung up and on our way to our project ?

Always impressed with the friendly staff, quick help, and well-organized aisles. Shopping here is smooth every time, and the customer service is consistently excellent.

It's just a normal home depot, but the customer service is great. If you ask the older workers about where to find stuff. The appliance ladies are very helpful as well , they made buying appliances a breeze and took the stress off

I’m writing to leave a review for Perri, who worked at the kids’ workshop on November 29, 2025. As soon as my two small children, my mom, and I arrived, Perri was extremely rude to us. Despite there being plenty of seats available, she refused to let my mom and me sit with the kids. She insisted that the baskets designated for sitting were only for children and that we could sit at the side. I was surprised to see that EVERY other parent in the same area was seated with their child. I’m not sure if Perri’s behavior was due to my accent, but it was completely unacceptable. On the positive side, I want to express my gratitude to all the other workers at the kids’ workshop for their help and support.

High prices, lots of stock on hand when you need it. It's a mad house here, very busy, but this place has everything. Great people, employees working here and are willing to help with your questions.
Dec 01, 2025 -
Very polite employees and always have what I'm looking for. In this case it was a knife and a bathroom, and they had both. I can't even use a bathroom in McDonald's anymore, so good on HD for allowing me to be human.

Home Depot has tons of stuff for a variety of needs! If you need something to improve or fix your home they probably have it. But not always, there have been a couple of things over the years that I needed that they didn't carry. The staff here can be very friendly and helpful, and they often know what they are talking about--especially those who have been here for a long time. I have bought everything here for plumbing needs, electrical desires, or to build a fence.

Tried to call repeatedly for help in finding out if they carry something in store so I could avoid having to walk all the way there to try to get something they sell through online retailers under their brand. An automated phone line gave me a text with a link to products, but when I actually selected the filter for in store they had none. So I called back to speak to a person, got through and put on hold several times in a row without anyone saying anything. Called the line back to give feedback and the automated voice hung up on me. Why even have a physical store if you are going to make it impossible to figure out what is there. Guess I'm just buying it online from someone else.

Sometimes you don't feel like going to Home Depot on a Saturday for one inexpensive item so you look online and they will deliver it free the next day. I ordered some ten dollar battery operated motion sensor lights for my basement stairs so my dog Josie could see better at night. I ordered Friday evening and they were delivered the next morning. I was tickled that this was option not only for big spenders but for a not so big spender. Thanks, made my weekend.

People who work here are sometimes very eager to help and sometimes just don't seem to care. Just kind of depends on when they had their last training? Assume that's when they are reminded of being helpful to customers? Anyways I digress. If you are not getting the help you need, just drive a block and there's a Lowe's store.
Oct 08, 2025 -
The customer service at this store is such that I could browse through the store today, end to end, and not once be asked if I needed help. I went to the Lowe's a few blocks away after visiting this Home Depot, browsed the storr end to end, and at least a half dozen employees asked me, very proactively, if I needed help. Nighr and day difference. This Home Depot could learn some lessions frpm that Lowe's customer service model!

Regarding roadie. Yall(all these seattle home depots)should start doing THIS like this store is doing. I loveeeeeee coming up there for the orders but its so hard to get one when people got 2 phones using someone else's account as well as theirs or maybe not even their own. Yall should start matching names to the orders and if it doesnt they gotta cancel. Make them lose that money.

Jack made our visit a wonderful experience - I was getting admittedly frustrated trying to find a plumbing part I wasn’t familiar with, but Jack overheard our conversation from the next aisle and walked over and took the time to talk everything through with us. By the end of the interaction he had answered questions I didn’t even know I had - helped me understand the “why” behind certain materials I was trying to avoid, helped us choose the best product for our situation, and even made us laugh. We’ll definitely be back, thank you Jack!!

We came in to look at blinds for all of our windows. Jake was helping another customer when we arrived, but he came to help us as soon as he was done. He cut all our blinds for us by hand and was sure to measure each one carefully - he was wonderful to work with!

I wanted to replace one light bulb. After a fifteen minute search, I was able to buy a four-pack. That should last me the rest of my life. The light bulbs are not organized in a way to make them easy for me (or the store clerks) to find.

Do not use Home Depot for installation. We had them install our windows and they were over 1 month late to install them (even beyond their large estimated timeline), overcharged us (which we had to escalate to get them to adhere to the contract) and then on the day of install, mentioned they had forgotten to order one of the windows. By far the worst contractor experience ever (and we have dealt with many duds).

Terrible experience trying to pick up a rental. Rental was scheduled at 3 pm on 8/26 to be picked up on 8/27 at 6 am. After arriving at 6, there was no one in the rental shop and I was directed to customer assistance. The manager on duty, Patrick I believe, was called for assistance. After waiting 15 minutes with no response, the manager was called again to help out. I was then directed back to the rental center where someone was there to help me (no the manager). However, it turns out my rental was cancelled at 4:30 am due to the item not being in stock. Why let me rent it in the first place if it's not in stock? I asked the associate covering rentals to speak with the manager, but after waiting another 5 minutes and no manager in sight I decided I had wasted enough time and left. Unacceptable to cancel a rental like that 1.5 hours before pickup. The manager's slow movement and lack of a customer first mindset made the entire experience negative. I appreciated the help of the customer service associate and the associate who was covering rentals, the issue is not their responsibility. As someone who worked retail management for years, this behavior was extremely disappointing

This store is well laid out, stocked well & is clean/organized! Staff were all very helpful.& nice, however I wasn't asked if I needed help or n anything....I only interacted with a couple staff members because I looked for them and reached out with my questions. I feel like I definitely looked like and was "shopping" in a way that was clear I needed to be helped. (Just a little feed back). With that said I still highly recommend this store location to anyone needing their services. They also have a machine that says it can duplicate a key fob....however, it's not in the description of the machine online when you search that if the fob you bring in to have copied is a copy already...then the machine won't work for you. So little disappointed in that because I need my fob duplicated really bad. Any suggestions??

A couple of weeks ago, I went in here and was helped by Blair in paint. She was phenomenal-- helpful, friendly, patient, and insightful. Walked all over the store with me helping me find products and recommending the best item for the job. I have never had a better experience at a Home Depot before. Thank you Blair!!!

Partner and I shopped for window treatment. Exceptional service from the staff. We made two visits - one to schedule a measurements appointment and one to place the order. Painless process. Great labor rate for larger order. I believe product prices were competitive. We were lucky to get a great deal because of Memorial day weekend. Strong recommend.

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at Home Depot, thanks to Nader! I visited the store to find supplies for painting my room, and being new to this, I wasn't sure where to start. Nader was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He asked detailed questions to understand my needs, guided me through product options, and even explained the differences between them. His friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Home Depot in general for their helpful staff, but Nader went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations!

The worst place I've ever seen. They don't help me at all. I waited half an hour to cut plywood. There is no one to cut plywoot. I asked for help from the manager, but no one came. I asked a man to help me. He says "it's not my name" for two pieces of plywood. 6 people are waiting there at the cash register, I want help, no one cares, it's very bad, it's very bad, go to other places but don't come here.

✨ Robert ✨ I hope you see this! Robert was so helpful! It was my first-time buying a real tree in away from home. I was a little early and they were not ready yet. Robert and his British accent were everything I needed this holiday season! Thanks for the help, cutting and loading up my perfect tree! He also recommended going to the ballet, because “its Christmas” he said ☺️? So, I went with my family and it was great! Thanks Robert, happy Christmas ✨

I’ve shopped at this Home Depot a lot. They’re often out of products, but I knew where things were, so I continued going back. Today, however, will be my last trip in. The lower paid floor employees are totally okay, some actually pretty good, at trying to help customers. Unfortunately, they do not have the resources to do so. At customer service they have to call their managers/supervisors to try to get help. Those same supervisors don’t even have the courtesy to attempt to help the customer (or come to the customer service desk). They just tell the lower paid employee to tell the customer that there’s nothing the store can do. Now here’s one bigger problem with Home Depot as a company. I recently got a gift card and when I went to pay, multiple different errors occurred, depending on what register/computer scanned the card. After over 30 minutes of “looking into it,” they refused to help in any way. I now have to go back to the person who gifted me the card to get a receipt and investigate how to return the gift card. I would not recommend anyone ever give a Home Depot gift card as a gift, because this has been and will continue to be a huge headache.

We visited this Home Depot looking for a Christmas Tree last December. We visited other stores before, and the prices were so high... Here we found a nice, beautiful Christmas Tree (not a natural one), for a reasonable price. We also bought a Train and The Start to hang in top of the tree. The staff was very nice, helpful and kind. I was very happy with our Christmas Decoration!
