extremely professional and FAST. My car broke down in the middle of downtown seattle and these guys saved me. THANK YOU. I would recommend them to anyone.
My insurance contacted these guys for a tow. They said a 25 minute wait. I waited an hour stuck with my car , called my insurance to see when they were coming. The insurance said they contacted them and they were stuck in traffic it would be another 40 minutes. I waited another hour then called again. They said the truck broke down and it would be another 30 minutes. At this point I had been waiting two hours and I was starting to get impatient. Another 40 minutes of waiting the called them directly this time and they said it'll be another 30 minutes. I explained to the guy on the phone I've waiting hours at this point he was dismissive and told me they'll be there in 30 minutes they're in Everett. We contact an alternative tow at this point. I call my insurance to have them cancel. They say they talked to these guys 15 more minutes just be patient, at this point I have spent most my day in a parking lot. The alternative tow truck shows up 15 minutes later and finally got me out of there. I would not recommend this company at all they left me stranded in a parking lot for 4 hours. They kept telling me 30 more minutes 30 more minutes and never showed. If it was gonna be more than 4 hours just say that. Awful!
I would not recommend using Legend Towing. I simply needed my car moved about 30 feet, which for a tow truck driver is like handing them free money, so you would expect at least decent service, right? Apparently not. The guy who came out was very disrespectful and ignored everything I said.
I told him that his rack was on the side skirt of my car instead of the wheel, but he ignored me and proceeded to lift the car, completely breaking the side skirt. After I finally got him to acknowledge me and the issue, he claimed he was unable to place the rack on the wheel—a blatant lie. A previous tow truck had no problem doing so, and he had plenty of room. Even if something had gone wrong (which I knew it wouldn’t), it would have been my car at risk, not his truck.
On top of that, he arrived an hour and 20 minutes late and still expected $150 for less than five minutes of work—after damaging my car. We will never use their service again. To anyone who needs a tow, I would strongly advise against using Legend Towing. This being said, it would have been easier to forgive him if he had explained himself and simply said sorry.
Original Review from early 2024: The first company to actually pick up among the many 24 hour companies I rang when my car broke down on the highway. Extremely fast, professional, and very reasonable prices. Not a scratch on my vehicle after it was dropped off. Thank you!
Edit (Nov 2024): Well, I was hoping to not ever need towing services again, but unfortunately last weekend I required towing services when my car broke down near an off ramp in the pouring rain. Fortunately, I knew I could count on Legend Towing to help me out again and they delivered 5/5 service just as before. They came as fast as they could and are very knowledgeable about the roads/highways to make everything as smooth as possible. The operator was professional, efficient, and made sure everybody (humans and car) got home safe. Thanks again!
My car wouldn't start so I called the closest towing company, which happened to be Legend Towing. They came out in a timely manner and did their best but my car would not start. They did not charge me for their time since the car did not start (we think its a dead battery). I'm impressed by their professionalism and business ethics and I won't hesitate to call them back if I need towing or roadside assistance in the future.
Super fast, got to my car in 10 minutes after my insurance "couldn't find any providers" for over 2 hours. Very friendly, professional, and kind! 10/10 would call again if I ever need a tow!
Such amazing service! My insurance company couldn’t get a hold of anyone at other tow companies for 2 1/2 hours. I called legend towing and they were there in a half hour. Super professional too. I hope I don’t have to use another tow truck for a long time, but if I do I’m for sure calling them.
Best tow company around! Helped me get my old bimmer out of a tight spot. Prompt, professional, and very communicative. Will definitely be using their services again! Highly recommend!!
The best towing company in Seattle! Came to my aid immediately and also gave me a ride to a hotel as it was really late. Mr. Singh towed my vehicle to their tow yard and kept me updated on everything while working with my insurance company. Very kind and professional and provided excellent customer service. Will be contacting Legend Towing again if I am ever in need as I know they are 100% reliable, affordable and will pick up their phone anytime of the day to help.

Excellent service. I drive my car off the road. A very friendly tower came within 45 minutes. Helped me tow out my car and then drove the car to my home. Very professional, friendly would highly recommend to anyone in and around Seattle Area
