Professional towing service with a reasonable price compared to a few competitors we called. Arrived within the estimated timeframe and worked quickly to complete the job.
I've had a couple cars and a trailer towed by them, and they've always been quick to respond and on time even at rush hour. I'll def be using them again if I need to.
Obviously needing your car towed is not an enjoyable experience, but Rapid Roadside Runner was great. The driver who came and towed my car was really kind and so efficient. He showed up earlier than expected and made the whole ordeal feel way less stressful.
Rapid Roadside was so wonderful. My car wheels were stucked in the mud. No matter how hard I tried. I could not reverse my car. It only took Rapid Roadside less than 3 minutes to pull me car out of the mud. Thank you so much for help me. I really appreciate you're 5 star service.

I will absolutely use Rapid Roadside Runner Towing again, if ever needed. They are very professional, communicative, friendly and awesome at what they do. My car was overheating so I had to get it towed home. I so appreciate their hard work and getting my car home. Thank you so much for a job well-done!
Had a really bad mechanic experience and ended up needing a tow. Diego was quick to the location, asked great questions and did great with status updates.
Driver arrived on time and was easy to work with. He knew what he was doing and loaded up the broke down vehicle quickly and safely. He was even able to unload the broke down car right into the garage with ease. That saved a lot of effort that is typically needed to get a car that doesn't run into the garage. Thanks dude
85 year old mother got a flat, Rapid Roadside, got there inside an hour, helped mother get her and the car the LesSchawb. Great friendly, fast service would recommend. 100%

Firstly, this is the most responsive towing company in this area. I got the quickest estimate from here without having to answer unnecessary questions, I was only asked how many miles the car needed to be transported and what my car was. Also the eta time the dispatcher gave me was accurate and he was very nice. If you get paired with Abdul your car will be handled with care and transported quickly! I called at 9:45am and my car was home at 10:50am, so fast.
Just left a doctor appointment on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle and really needed to go home. But... the car wouldn't start. This was 3:30pm, peak Seattle traffic conditions. I found these guys with and within minutes we were texting and arranging a driver to come jump start the battery. They said about 45 minutes, but Amadou got there in 30 minutes, and called me 4 times while my stupid blocker app kept rejecting his calls. He then texted and was able to find me. I swear it took him about thirty seconds to open the trunk, hook up their jumper, and it was ready to start, and did! I HIGHLY recommend Rapid Roadside Runner, they really saved me :) And thank you Amadou!
Rapid Roadside Runner was a game-changer: after a couple of dead-end calls, they not only matched my quoted rate but arrived in under 20 minutes on a Sunday. Their driver was impeccably professional, took extra care to protect my friends’ asphalt, and expertly navigated the best after-hours service drop-off—easing all the anxiety of my DIY brake mishap. An outstanding team I’d recommend without hesitation!
Rapid Roadside Runner was fast, professional, and super reliable. They showed up quickly, treated my vehicle with care, and the driver was very friendly. Great communication and excellent service all around. Highly recommend them for any towing or roadside help.
Rapid Roadside Runner really came through for me when I needed to tow my classic car! They were super careful and handled my ride with the utmost care. The driver knew exactly how to secure it properly, and I felt totally confident that my car was in good hands. If you've got a special vehicle, these are the folks you want to call!
Rapid Roadside Runner definitely lives up to its name! They were super quick to respond and got to me faster than I expected. The driver was professional and really knew his stuff, making a stressful situation a lot easier. I'd absolutely call them again if I ever needed help on the road.
I was stranded on I-5 late at night and Rapid Roadside Runner showed up within 20 minutes. Super professional and quick. They got my car safely to the shop. Highly recommend their speedy service!
These guys are awesome!
Quick, prompt communication and ease of booking was really helpful at a stressful time when my car was immobilized
They also quoted me reasonably and were super professional. The loading/unloading of my car was handled very expertly when it had two flat tires and was basically sitting on the ground on one side, they made sure it didn’t scrape at all.
Highly recommend
My car was recently towed, which is never a fun experience—but I want to give credit where it’s due. The staff at Rapid Roadside Runner were professional and explained everything clearly when I called. The pickup process was relatively smooth, and my vehicle was returned without any damage. While I obviously wasn’t thrilled about the situation, I appreciated that they were respectful and efficient. Thanks for making a stressful situation a bit easier to handle.
