I've had a couple cars and a trailer towed by them, and they've always been quick to respond and on time even at rush hour. I'll def be using them again if I need to.

Obviously needing your car towed is not an enjoyable experience, but Rapid Roadside Runner was great. The driver who came and towed my car was really kind and so efficient. He showed up earlier than expected and made the whole ordeal feel way less stressful.

Your driver is a keeper. He did a great job taking care of our vehicle and got us home safely. Very quick response time, professional and helpful.

Rapid Roadside was so wonderful. My car wheels were stucked in the mud. No matter how hard I tried. I could not reverse my car. It only took Rapid Roadside less than 3 minutes to pull me car out of the mud. Thank you so much for help me. I really appreciate you're 5 star service.

My daughter called in a panic her car needed to be towed from the shop to her apartment she’s in Seattle we are in California they answered got her picked up and definitely saved the day thank you so much !! The tow truck drive noticed my daughter was freezing and told her to get into his truck turn on the heater full blast and warm up !! As a parents biggest guilt is when our kids move away to college we won’t be able to just run to them when they need us we’ll Rapid Roadside Runner did just that I can not thank them enough

Driver arrived on time and was easy to work with. He knew what he was doing and loaded up the broke down vehicle quickly and safely. He was even able to unload the broke down car right into the garage with ease. That saved a lot of effort that is typically needed to get a car that doesn't run into the garage. Thanks dude

Firstly, this is the most responsive towing company in this area. I got the quickest estimate from here without having to answer unnecessary questions, I was only asked how many miles the car needed to be transported and what my car was. Also the eta time the dispatcher gave me was accurate and he was very nice. If you get paired with Abdul your car will be handled with care and transported quickly! I called at 9:45am and my car was home at 10:50am, so fast.

Just left a doctor appointment on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle and really needed to go home. But... the car wouldn't start. This was 3:30pm, peak Seattle traffic conditions. I found these guys with and within minutes we were texting and arranging a driver to come jump start the battery. They said about 45 minutes, but Amadou got there in 30 minutes, and called me 4 times while my stupid blocker app kept rejecting his calls. He then texted and was able to find me. I swear it took him about thirty seconds to open the trunk, hook up their jumper, and it was ready to start, and did! I HIGHLY recommend Rapid Roadside Runner, they really saved me :) And thank you Amadou!
