This place is wild. I just got off the phone with a man who answered the phone. I called to inquire about an oil change and gave them the year, make and model of my car. He then said “around $250 or so around there” and that it depended on oil filter and oil as it changes. I then asked him can I get an actual quote since I gave him my make and model of car. He then went on to say that it “seemed” like I was calling to price shops and if I was looking for a cheap deal that they were not the shop for me and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. This was so uncalled for because I actually was calling based on their reviews online and I just wanted to know how much it would be instead of getting there and having extra fees, I like to know upfront what I am getting myself into as I think anyone should. I have a Land Rover Range Rover which is not a cheap car to maintain and I have no problem paying but that man was so rude and the assumption he spoke about was so out of line. Would never give my money to a place who treats their clients like this. Called Land Rover after this and happily will give them my money ($608) for the simple fact of the awesome customer service. If you are looking to be respected as customer do not come here.

I've trusted EuroCar with my Audi service for six years now, and they've never let me down. I come in every six months for an oil change, and the car runs perfectly. What really sets them apart is their honesty. During my first oil service, they found a coolant leak and advised me to check with the dealer. It turned out the part was still under warranty, and I got it fixed for free. They could have easily tried to get the repair job themselves, but they gave me the best advice for my situation. Their pricing is also fantastic—very competitive for the Seattle area. I can't recommend EuroCar enough.

Personable, honest, and warranties their work. Reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable. Best of all they communicate while your car is there to make sure you know the status so you can plan your day. Some loaner cars available.

Overall experience was good. Completed in a timely manner. It was normal maintenance work on my Mercedes. Their estimate for the work was $475-$500 but the final cost was $650 without any explanation as to why it was much more. Nothing wrong was found.

I came in unexpectedly with a fuel emergency. Israel got me in a s a p. You got the issue resolved very quickly.... I sincerely appreciated it. I had not been here before and you appreciate their professionalism and work. It was just a little more money than I thought it would be.

Wade, Irish and the crew are very good. Brought my porsche to them making a horrible noise and they figured it out and fixed it in less than 1 day. These guys solve car problems honesty and fairly. I'm a fan.

I've been a satisfied customer for 10+ years-- and I will remain a customer for the next 10 years and more. Dependable, good service both for "run of the mill" stuff and the sometimes-challenging things that occur with European cars.

I brought the mini in running. When I picked it up it wouldn't start and ran worse than ever. The price was way too high and there is now wiring damage. I want to come in and get some of my money back or a replacement wiring harness for the coils. I am not the guy to write a review ever but I'm not happy. Yes the car is a piece of crap, but it's my piece of crap and I simply wanted some answers. Jack young

EuroCar Service has been servicing my 2006 BMW 325i for years and keeps it running well and in good shape. They always pay attention to the details and keep me informed of things to watch for or repairs it needs. My last service was a 125,000 check up. They also took care of my 1992 BMW I had before my current car. I drove that one for 18 years and they always took good care of me. I would highly recommend them. Now they are servicing our 2019 X7 which just had a routine service. They were quick and great at communicating what was done. Thank you.

EuroCar has earned my business for life (or at least the life of my range rover). The dealership quoted me over $3500 to fix a problem with the DEF indicator. The dealership had already repaired it once when the error reared its ugly head for a second time. The dealership wanted to replace the entire catalytic convertor system as a next step without any confidence that it would actually fix the problem. in frustration we took our RR to EuroCar, they actually read the service bulletin and was able to fix the issue with a software update. We will definitely be coming back for all our service and maintenance.

DO NOT waste your money! I took my car to be fixed for stopping on the highway. I paid $1200 for the car to be fixed(one issue) and then when it was time to pick it up, the was something else wrong which cost $325 just to diagnose. Now the car is older but I was expecting them to run diagnostic first before fixing anything. GO TO AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP instead of the low budget ‘nickel and dime’ repair shops. Not worth the headache.

EuroCar does a great job of communicating all issues to do with your car. They give a heads up about future maintenance considerations and keep you apprised of the work in progress. I also appreciate that they are not a dealership and you can speak with the mechanics. Plus they offer loaner cars. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Just had a lot of work completed and wanted to leave a review. I have used EuroCar for 3 years now for my 2015 VW Passat TDI. They did my timing belt at 100k miles as my first service with them. Glad I could find someone with this expertise on a diesel. Prices have been fair, and speed to get the repairs done has always been much quicker than I expected. I have never had any issues with the work or follow up problems. Would recommend!

Very experienced and friendly! We took our old Mercedes over there and they did a bumper-to-bumper inspection, letting us know what it would take to make it safe and roadworthy. They checked in with us every step of the way and updated us to the progress and the cost, I will definitely be taking our car back. Irish and Wade and the whole team are amazing.

EuroCar offered great service last time when I towed my car there due with a dead battery and they replaced it in a few hours. I ran over some plastic debris during a morning commute and after hearing a loud noise, feared I’d damaged my car. I called EuroCar on my way home and Irish was quick to offer his help that same afternoon to make sure everything was okay. He was beyond kind and helpful. Clearly a well-run, honest business and I plan to return the next time I’m in need of repairs.

We have started to take our cars (BMW, Mercedes) to EuroCar for maintenance--knowing these cars will last forever with proper care. We have been more than satisfied with the service we've received. I like folks who shoot straight and do only what work is needed on-time without fuss. Prices are in line with other top shops in town, perhaps even better than most. I highly recommend.

I like the guys that work here. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I trust them and their work. They are knowledgeable and honest, and have saved me a lot of money where the BMW dealership wanted to charge me over double the cost more than once. They have always gotten me in within a day or two which I appreaciate and get my car back to me timely. And they have loaner cars if my car is going to take all day or longer which is really helpful.
