Not only will he get the work done, but won’t try to sell a list of unnecessary additional repairs. He also helped me vet repair recommendations from another shop’s inspection of my vehicle. If that’s not enough to bring your business here, Zoltan’s rates are fair compared other auto shops in the Seattle area. Can’t recommend enough. Zoltan and crew straight business. Honda said I needed to shave some brakes asked Lotus what they thought and they said I could get brand new brakes and rotors for what Honda quoted for the resurfacing. Ended up with better than OEM Akebonos and Zoltan noticed I had a bad tail light and swapped it out free of charge. Highly recommend.

Lotus Automotive is a gem of a mechanic shop. They’re not only incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous but also genuinely nice and always willing to help. It’s rare to find someone who makes car repairs feel so stress-free and straightforward.

I took my car to the dealer and they put the wrong filter in my car and therefore was having an oil leak problem. He fixed the problem without me having to bring it up. Very fast and efficient service and I can’t highly recommend him enough. He also is good at explaining things so it’s easily understandable. Spencer and the manager are god sent. They are all caring gentlemen with your best interest at heart. While I was there, I seen many return clients come by and show so much love to them and highly recommended. That gave me confidence, that I was at the right place. The fastest oil change I’ve ever had. I called around to 8 different places and even after Jiffy Lubes coupon it was still the cheapest option I found for an oil change on my Chevy. The people were so kind & very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

Had an issue w a collapsed pcv hose that I wasn’t able to get off myself. He said to come in the next day and then replaced it really quick for me and just charged a very fair $38 for the labor. 10/10 would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Lotus Auto. I have been taking my BMW X3 and my wife's Acura RDX to Zoltan for over a year. I just wish I knew about his garage years ago. He is very knowledgeable and won't do unnecessary work. What he does, he does right and at a good price. Although he will be moving to a new location soon, and no longer within walking distance of my house, I will continue to rely on him for our auto repair and maintenance needs.

Honest as the day is long! Quoted us at over $4k for a Mercedes engine repair! We had to wait two weeks for parts. All said and done the bill was under $2k BMW oil change is $200 cheaper than BMW service department. Can’t say enough good things about his work and integrity .

I’ve brought my Jeep to Zoltan’s shop on several occasions. He’s honest, fair, and delivers top notch service every time. I’ve tried other shops in Seattle but none of them even come close to the level of care that I got from Lotus Automotive.

Brought my BMW to Zoltan’s shop when it broke down after hours. He was very responsive, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. Highly recommend him.

I was at this place yesterday and I told Zoltan to take a look at my car and see what the problem is. And Zoltan was very friendly, and he told me the problem very quickly, I suggest you go to Zoltan, he is a great mechanic, I went to other places and I just said please look at the car and they said you should take the an appointment and Bring it inside , and that was really stupid.

Zoltan has not only done regular maintenance on my older BMW 5-series at a great price but also bailed me put on a water pump failure and ECU failure at at fraction of the cost of a dealership. I trust nobody more on my European car but I also know he does others.

I can't tell you how many times Zoltan has been able to save the day and fix my BMWs in no time. He is always on time and extremely fair with his prices on labor and parts. Definitely recommend this shop for anyone who has a German or any other vehicle. They will take care of you!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Staff was incredibly friendly and seemed wholly interested in getting me back on the street without raiding my wallet. They did a fantastic job explaining exactly what the issues were and helped to find the most affordable solution. I don't normally write reviews, but these guys definitely deserve the praise!

I've used these guys twice. Once when my mom was in from Port Angeles and once when a coil went out on my truck. He was nice to my mom and charged her a fair price for her water pump. He tried to do replace my coil for free but I insisted on paying him. Don't expect white overcoats or a fancy waiting room. Expect a fair price and you'll get it :)

Lotus Automotive is the best automotive repair shop in the whole state. I am a car enthusiast and I buy lots of cars..come across many problems. I wish I had found them since day one. They do not charge arm and leg..NO games. Very straight forward people...If they know what's going on with the car. They will tell you right off the bat unlike other shops who will charge you for even getting inside your car. Spencer and Zultan are well mannered and very knowledgeable people and they will fix your car for what they give you an estimate for...which is always extremely reasonable. I have taken my audi a6 and bmw 530i to them and will continue taking all my other cars as I need mainatainance. I recommend you all to take your cars to them! Awesome shop with very cool people. They'll show you exactly what they did. Not the fanciest place but I'd rather my money go to my car and not the fancy waiting rooms you get with other places. Zoltan is super cool.
