I was stuck in Seattle at 11pm and I didn't have a jump box with me. I initially called them to ask how much a jump would be and they quoted me with something I couldn't really afford. I was honestly either going to wait it out or try to take transit home, but they called me back and asked for my budget. They came by in about 5-10 minutes and jumped my car for me at a price I could afford. Incredibly kind of them to simply come out that late, and to do the service for a lower price than they usually do. Without them I would've been placing myself in an unsafe situation and I'm incredibly thankful for their kindness. Will most definitely call again when I am in need of help.

Shah came to pick me up when my car was leaking gas and I was too scared to drive it. Shah was so pleasant and we had a fun conversation while towing my car to the dealership. Thank you so much, I'll definitely use your services again next time :)

Was stuck in downtown Seattle in need of a jump and got an immediate response via phone. They made sure to keep my phone number handy and the driver kept in touch to update me on when he'd arrive/where we were. Very communicative and relatively quick process. The guy who jumped us gave us a recommendation on where to get a better battery and ask for information on where the issue would've risen from. Very happy I went with them!

Adeel from Collision Towing really came through for me today when it it felt like nothing was going to go right. I wound up getting stuck on an icy hill after trying to first turn around (didn’t see all the ice at first). My car quickly lost traction and began slipping backwards. To make matters even worse in the process of trying to stop my car and trying to get any semblance of forward momentum again, I popped one of my tires which made it pretty much impossible for me to go anywhere. After putting in a call with AAA at 11:10 am and being told the tow would arrive in an hour, roughly 3 hrs later my AAA tow still had not arrived and the eta had been pushed back to 3:59pm. I tried calling numerous other tow companies to only be rejected by them all for various reasons, or being told I’d be waiting 3-4 hours. Until I spoke to Collision Towing! Adeel promised me he’d be there in 30 mins, and told me he was 110% certain he could do this! I honestly really doubted this, however almost half an hour later exactly he rolled up and helped me get to the repair shop in time to be able to still get my car fixed on the same day! He was my hero today! The price was a bit higher then others I spoke to, however when it comes down to those key moments, like when your stranded on ice, reliability out weighs price for me. If the others won’t show up when you need help in an emergency, then who cares if they quoted you at $50 cheaper. Thanks again Adeel! You’re definitely the tow company I’ll call in the future if I’m ever in a situation like this again and I’ll be referring anyone I can.

Needed to get my vandalized whip to the dealer in Shoreline. Lady on the phone said 10 minutes. 9 minutes later the hook was out front! Thanks for the great service!

I called Saturday (40 degrees in Seattle) at 6pm and got voice mail. I left a message letting them know I had a flat tire and didn't have a spare so I needed a return call asap. After 2 hours I got an uber. They NEVER returned my call. My guess is that if you reach them they are good, but I wouldn't recommend leaving a message with any expectations.

ADeel shah is one of the kindest and most professional guys to deal with. I was in a bad situation and needed a tow immediatley. I called around to a bunch of places only to be overcharged. What an amazing tow service!!! I called them quickly to have my car towed and the driver, who was a distance away, arrived to my home much faster than I had expected. He was professional, filled my flat tires with air, towed my car to the auto repair shop and was super compassionate enough to help give me a ride back home since he was headed that way. 3 days ago our car engine overheated and we were stranded on the highway. We called a towing company and they recommended Collision towing. Collision towing was professional, on time, and got us home safely. They charged us a fair price and no hidden costs. We felt safe and got home safe. Just wanted to give a thumbs up.
