This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent feedback, Collision Towing Seattle, WA earns a strong 95/100 in Seattle Hill, WA. Reviews highlight rapid arrivals (often under 30 minutes), courteous, professional drivers, and helpful touches like status updates, safe tows, jump-starts, and even rides. Pricing is usually reasonable and sometimes flexible, though a few note higher-than-expected costs and one case of punctuality and billing frustration. A rare complaint cites no callback. Overall service is reliable and friendly. No insights on inventory, yard organization, or parts availability—these don’t apply to a towing service.
Scheduled a tow a day ahead of time. Called 10min after the scheduled pick up time and was told 'all drivers were in a meeting' and was asked to reschedule. Rescheduling wasn't an option and a driver was sent, but they didn't arrive until 50min after the originally scheduled time. was charged the originally quoted rate despite the poor service. Definitely wouldn't use again.
They just saved the day. I was stranded in Seattle and needed to Jumpstart my car and they arrived quick to help me Jumpstart it. I truly appreciate. Thanks guys.
Very happy with the service. The tow truck driver showed up in 25 minutes and gave me a tow to South Seattle.
15th and 43rd Right after a husky game got out. Then he beat me to the mechanic.
Seriously, top notch service Very happy thank you so much!
I can't thank Collision Towing enough for their exceptional service! When my car broke down on the side of the road, they arrived promptly and handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. The driver was incredibly courteous and made sure my car was safely towed to the nearest repair shop. Their rates were reasonable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Collision Towing to anyone in need of reliable towing services. They truly went above and beyond to assist me in a stressful situation.
Phone rep and the driver were both helpful and professional. I was so grateful for the relatively quick service when I broke down on a freeway. Thank you for being reasonable on a price! ?
I was stuck in Seattle at 11pm and I didn't have a jump box with me. I initially called them to ask how much a jump would be and they quoted me with something I couldn't really afford. I was honestly either going to wait it out or try to take transit home, but they called me back and asked for my budget. They came by in about 5-10 minutes and jumped my car for me at a price I could afford. Incredibly kind of them to simply come out that late, and to do the service for a lower price than they usually do. Without them I would've been placing myself in an unsafe situation and I'm incredibly thankful for their kindness. Will most definitely call again when I am in need of help.
Shah came to pick me up when my car was leaking gas and I was too scared to drive it. Shah was so pleasant and we had a fun conversation while towing my car to the dealership. Thank you so much, I'll definitely use your services again next time :)
Call Adeel at Collision Towing if you need help! He arrived within minutes and had my car open in no time at all. Friendly service too! I called another towing company and was told they would call back. Thanks to Adeel at Collision towing, I was on my way home by the time they called me back. Thank you so much Adeel!
Was stuck in downtown Seattle in need of a jump and got an immediate response via phone. They made sure to keep my phone number handy and the driver kept in touch to update me on when he'd arrive/where we were. Very communicative and relatively quick process. The guy who jumped us gave us a recommendation on where to get a better battery and ask for information on where the issue would've risen from. Very happy I went with them!
10/10 recommend:) Very helpful company! And very friendly staff, they made sure I was taken care of and updated me through out the entire process, very thankful to have them serving this area!
Adeel helped me tow my car when I got into an accident and it is awesome it’s at 8pm everything was closed and he was very helpful and make me feel at ease . I will always support this man! Very good service and guy.
Adeel from Collision Towing really came through for me today when it it felt like nothing was going to go right. I wound up getting stuck on an icy hill after trying to first turn around (didn’t see all the ice at first). My car quickly lost traction and began slipping backwards. To make matters even worse in the process of trying to stop my car and trying to get any semblance of forward momentum again, I popped one of my tires which made it pretty much impossible for me to go anywhere. After putting in a call with AAA at 11:10 am and being told the tow would arrive in an hour, roughly 3 hrs later my AAA tow still had not arrived and the eta had been pushed back to 3:59pm. I tried calling numerous other tow companies to only be rejected by them all for various reasons, or being told I’d be waiting 3-4 hours. Until I spoke to Collision Towing! Adeel promised me he’d be there in 30 mins, and told me he was 110% certain he could do this! I honestly really doubted this, however almost half an hour later exactly he rolled up and helped me get to the repair shop in time to be able to still get my car fixed on the same day! He was my hero today!
The price was a bit higher then others I spoke to, however when it comes down to those key moments, like when your stranded on ice, reliability out weighs price for me. If the others won’t show up when you need help in an emergency, then who cares if they quoted you at $50 cheaper.
Thanks again Adeel! You’re definitely the tow company I’ll call in the future if I’m ever in a situation like this again and I’ll be referring anyone I can.
Needed to get my vandalized whip to the dealer in Shoreline. Lady on the phone said 10 minutes. 9 minutes later the hook was out front! Thanks for the great service!
I called Saturday (40 degrees in Seattle) at 6pm and got voice mail. I left a message letting them know I had a flat tire and didn't have a spare so I needed a return call asap. After 2 hours I got an uber. They NEVER returned my call. My guess is that if you reach them they are good, but I wouldn't recommend leaving a message with any expectations.
ADeel shah is one of the kindest and most professional guys to deal with. I was in a bad situation and needed a tow immediatley. I called around to a bunch of places only to be overcharged. Shah helped us right away and also gave us a very good price.
Every you every need towing in seattle I will only recommend shah..
I needed an emergency towing services and called this company for help. They were extremely professional and responsive. Thanks again for the quick tow service. If you are in need for experts in the area don't hesitate to contacts this guys. Thanks Adeel
I’ve never had any tow truck showing up in less than an hour but they were there under 30 min. And they took care of the situation with perfection. Thanks. Check them out they know how to tackle the situation properly.
What an amazing tow service!!! I called them quickly to have my car towed and the driver, who was a distance away, arrived to my home much faster than I had expected. He was professional, filled my flat tires with air, towed my car to the auto repair shop and was super compassionate enough to help give me a ride back home since he was headed that way. I would not mind recommending First-Choice Towing service Seattle!!!!
3 days ago our car engine overheated and we were stranded on the highway. We called a towing company and they recommended Collision towing. Collision towing was professional, on time, and got us home safely. They charged us a fair price and no hidden costs. We felt safe and got home safe. Just wanted to give a thumbs up.
It was my first time using their service and I was really happy with it. Adeel came to help me to tow my car to mechanic. He was really fast and knows what he was doing. He had really good attitude the whole time really fun person. Would definitely have Adeel tow my car again if needed in the future.
