I drove up with low tire pressure, asked for assistance because I didn’t know how to use the gas station air machines (yes I know, I’m going to learn), and they immediately offered to fill my tires for me for free on the spot, got me on the road again asap so I could go pick my family member up from the hospital.
Most expensive alignment in Seattle. I called 5 shops, this one was nearly double (285) the cost for an alignment. Maybe it’s worth it if you have a specialized car, need to extreme performance, or some other niche but for the average car this seems like wasted money. You can do better at Arrows (130), Masters (150), or Les Schwab (135).

In early 2025, contacted Doug about an issue that might be somewhat related to the initial service. Brought my vehicle in and they remedied it.
July 2025, another issue came up and they remedied it.
This shop is the true definition of going all out for their customers. Top-notch professionals who are personable and honest.
Devin went far above and beyond to help me out when I broke down a block away from a botched jiffy lube brake service. He was an absolute lifesaver, I was able to avoid having my car towed and he provided me with a list of damaged parts to have jiffy lube replace. Thank god for this shop.
Best wheel and alignment shop in Seattle. I had two tires with punctures repaired. Made an appointment and they had me out in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced. Excellent communication and professionalism. Amazing shop. Probably the best auto repair service I've ever had. These guys know what they're doing. My new go-to.
Had a tire puncture over the weekend and called first thing Monday. The team was able to get me in same day and fix the issue immediately. Offered options for the choice of fix with no sales pressure. Very much appreciate the excellent customer service.

This place is amazing. If you have to wait and you can, it’s worth the wait. They worked on my poor little Fiat Abarth that was in bad shape and needed a lot of work. They gave me a thorough and honest estimate, did the work quickly, re-used parts if they were able to, and I am thrilled with the result. Lola got her second wind thanks to these guys. It’s like they took 40,000 miles off the odometer! Take your car here!
I have nothing against true line. But I got some mechanics going behind them. I think I was charging ridiculously for the price.
That being said, I don't trust mechanics anyway.
Because it's all about the money. To be.

As far as the old mechanics, tell me. I need an alignment where for these people. Supposed to have given me an alignment last 2 to 3 years.
They know suspension 100%. Great service, true craftsman, and car guys. They understand how to setup your car. They dialed in my 993 C4S after another shop said they did and had to fix their work.
Truline did a fantastic job aligning and calibrating my ‘07 Audi Q7. They were professional, friendly and provided fast service. They also provided all the information about the alignment results, tire pressure, and other items that need to be addressed which other shops haven’t done. I’m looking forward to having them work on my other vehicles!
A few years ago, I brought my 1974 Triumph TR6 in for an alignment after installing some aftermarket suspension upgrades. They dialed it in perfectly and the car (which i've had since '84) has never tracked truer. "Tru Line" is the perfect name for the business!
These guys are amazing. They took my 80s bimmer from driving like an erratic squirrel to driving on rails like it’s supposed to. It’s like driving a brand new car now and I could not have been more giddy on my drive home from their shop. The crew at Tru Line Frame & Wheel are very helpful, informative, and no frills. I thought they would tell my my car was a lost cause, but they knew exactly what was going on, fixed it up, aligned it and got me back to enjoying my drives in no time and they were very reasonably priced too, which was a little cherry on top. I will not only continue to bring my bimmer back here in the future, but I will now bring all my cars they are willing to look at, to them going forward. Brought in my car due to significant damage to my axle, wheel and everything in between. I explained I’d be paying out of pocket to salvage my car that I really love, and if there were any way to keep costs as low as possible. They were able to take my car in immediately for an estimate!
While unfortunately things don't always go as planned, issues with ordering parts and not all of them arriving, Doug kept in constant contact with me. The clear communication and getting my car back functional— the explanation and breakdown of everything that was done to my car is so very appreciated. Brought my Tesla in today for an alignment service. The team at Tru Line scheduled me in quickly, were professional from the first phone call, communicative, up front with pricing, and my car is now perfect. In an age where customer service for many things is online or through text apps (including Tesla which is a major challenge and downside of owning the vehicle) and it is hard to talk to someone directly, this was an absolutely refreshing customer service experience that I haven’t had in a long time with this car. Would highly recommend Tru Line and I’ll be back next time I have any issues. Thank you for an excellent job.
Doug and Aaron took great care of my lifted 2004 Outback when I took it in for an alignment after installing the lift. They also greased up my endlinks and checked torque on the bolts to make sure I had installed everything well. On top of that, they totally nailed the alignment. Look at those numbers! They also offer quick tread checks every 4k miles to ensure that the alignment is correct and holding. I won't hesitate to bring my car back to them when I need to.
A friend recommended Tru-Line to me as I was looking to get an alignment after I made some suspension upgrades. Devon did a great job and kept me updated on timing. It's a much smoother ride and even shifts more smoothly. I'll be coming back to Tru-Line for other jobs.
I love these guys. I feel guilty for not writing a review sooner, but I scarcely write google reviews. I’ve had more tires mounted here than most people will have in their entire life, and it’s the only shop I have do my alignments (sometimes only to have GM promptly ruin when they replace the transmission in my brand new car and don’t re-align it lol). Always a good experience and Aaron is always awesome. When I’m feeling down on the general state of customer service, Tru Line Seattle always makes me feel better. They are the only tire mounting and alignment shop I recommend to friends!
Not as if these guys need any more great reviews but they definitely went above and beyond for me and were very communicative and straightforward. I brought in my '89 K5 Blazer that was just motor swapped for some steering, suspension work and an alignment. Took a little longer than I planned(busy shop) but I thought the pricing was fair and they even threw in a few extras and didn't charge me. It's getting more difficult to find people who are not only willing to work on older classics but are knowledgeable about them and these guys all seem to know what they were doing.
These guys are great. I took my '65 Plymouth Fury in for brake and suspension work. Also had an alignment done. Excellent experience all around. Great communication. I will continue to do business with them, for sure.
I am so grateful and surprised by how professional and honest they were. I took my vehicle expecting that I will have to spend a lot of money on an alignment issue, but to my surprise, they inspected the issue and found that it was an easier fix and that the alignment was good. They didn't charge me anything and told me what to do to fix the problem. They didn't even ask me for a review, I just walked away and thought I really wanna give them back anything.
I can tell that they are hardworking with a high level of integrity and competence.

This is by far the best auto shop in the city! Doug takes so much pride and ownership in his work. We got our car serviced and I had to bring it back for something else but my husband hurt himself and is on crutches.. Doug fit us in right away and resolved the issue! This is my go-to shop for any auto servicing needs! Him and his son are so polite and great at what they do.

Not the cheapest around town but the quality is HIGH. It will save you time going back to the dealership for alignment. I had my 4Runner aligned at a Toyota dealership, first the car pulls to the right. I came back and had it fixed, it no longer pulls the right but the steering wheel is not straight when driving on a straight line and is off by degrees.
I went to truline because of the positive reviews and I am not disappointed.
These guys stand behind their work. After two alignments from another shop, my truck was still pulling to one side. I took it to Tru Line since people say they are the best in Seattle. Unfortunately, despite their corrections, the truck still wasn't tracking straight. At that point, I assumed it was the tires. Five months later I did my first rotation and the truck still had the same issue, and I knew it wasn't the tires since I rotated from side to side. I called them up and they had me in two days later. In one hour they had corrected the issue for free and apologized for the inconvenience. I definitely recommend them. They stand behind their work even if months have passed.
Doug and the crew at Tru Line did an absolutely amazing job on my rare 19,000 mile 67 Chevelle SS ex race car. I restore these old classics as a hobby for myself, and Tru line dialed in every aspect of my suspension and alignment problems that I came in with.
I had originally taken the bare frame to another shop
(that has since gone out of business) to get straightened, and after charging me over $2500, I later found that I still had several bent problems on my frame. Doug was able to diagnose those mistakes immediately, and he fixed everything in a quick and timely fashion. My car now goes down the road straight as an arrow and smooth as butter. Have since taken another one of my custom hot rods to them and will be a lifetime customer !
