I had a great experience with Junk B Gone. I booked a pickup date and time window with Yonas through the website portal, and on the day of my pickup I received a phone call to let me know the truck and team would arrive in 25min. Ammanual, Eshetu, and Abera were professional and friendly. The quote I was given was fair, and they navigated my dead end street with no problems. I will definitely work with them again.

Highly Recommend! Cruz and the team were amazing fair pricing didn’t price gauge like other companies. We were on a tight timeline and they accommodated to our schedule. They were efficient and able to get everything done that we asked for. Very friendly and able to answer any of our questions. They were respectful of the house and were able to get all items out while we were also getting cleaning done at the same time. 20 minutes of my call, bargained a bit on the price and hauled it away. The load was fairly heavy because of the rain.

Excellent Service. I needed two large area rugs hauled away. The gentleman arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently and as they were leaving noticed that I had a flat tire on my car. They were so sweet they offered to change it for me. (I didn’t take them up on it, but I really appreciated the offer!) Highly recommend!

Arriving on time, they quickly assessed the items for pick up and offered a fair price for Junk B Gone's collection services. Next they went about loading the items: area rugs, dining chairs, a small safe, & more onto their truck. Once the bill was satisfied and good wishes were exchanged, the two were on their way.

Junk B Gone did a great job! They gave me a free estimate which was more competitive than the other companies I looked at. They removed playhouse structure from the backyard in a little over an hour. The three guys that came out were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend enough! I had a seemingly impossible haul-a 2000 antique metal machine that had been taking up half my garage for a decade. it required disassembling the entire machine to get it gone. I don’t know if other haulers could even get that far but Tom, who used to work repairing tugboats I believe, was used to big machinery. A crew of 4 very nice folks took apart the whole thing in a few hours and loaded it all up for a reasonable price. they cleaned up afterward and made sure that they didn’t accidentally grab any of my tools that I had out to help. I’m so grateful they were able to schedule quickly m, communicate well, and take on this epic task with smiling faces. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I had an overwhelming pile of junk after clearing out an estate. I received the best service from Junk B Gone! They gave me an estimate over the phone and removed junk immediately. The area was immaculate after they had left, the invoice came immediately and was exactly what they said it would be. I was able to lay by phone. I couldn’t be more happy with them. Not only that but the price was fantastic compared to their competitors.
