Start to finish I had a great experience. All-Star was very responsive over the phone and handled everything with my insurance. They beat their estimated time on getting the glass I needed. They scheduled my appointment quickly and when I came in for install they were very friendly and beat their timing estimate by over an hour. I was in and out quickly. They did a great job and cleaned up all the broken glass that was left in my car beautifully.

Changing my previous 5-star review after bad experience on my 2nd visit here...had thieves smash window to break into car. Got a quote online for $324 + tax. Went in and girl at the desk kept tried charge $460 + tax even though I already had quote in hand. When I called her out on it, she got a weird look on her face like she was caught doing something sketchy. Wouldn't make direct eye contact the rest of the day after that. Even after calling her out, she still tried to charge higher price than quote and I called her out on it again. Not cool, All-Star Auto Glass. Not cool. Looks like they'll price gouge you if you're not paying attention.

Best quality installation in the Puget Sound region! Professional, courteous staff. I sent my daughter in for a new windshield and they treated her kindly and respectfully!

I thought I had a leak from my windshield, that All-Star had installed. I made an appointment to have it looked at. It happened to be my sunroof and they fixed it free. This was after the windshield being installed 4 years prior. Thank you for your help.

Our back window was smashed in and we needed the window replaced asap. We called and they scheduled us same day!! They changed the window in less than an hour and cleaned the broken glass from our trunk!! Amazing staff and team. Thanks!!

3 visits and things still aren't fixed correctly. Lied to about the work that was done to fix the previous screw up. Was told come back if it isn't right. Come back a fourth time! You can see it's not right because you didn't do the work correctly the first or second time. I'm supposed to take more time off work again? Go elsewhere if you are looking for a repair. I'm glad I can fix what's left myself. Got to update my post. What a joke of a shop. I went light on my review before. The two windows they replaced were dirty when it was picked up. Who does that? Brand new glass and they don't even clean it. Hand prints and other marks. The windshield wasn't installed correctly. You could hear wind being whistling thru the gaps in the glue. Seriously they didn't attach the windshield properly. I'm hoping the glass roof doesn't leak. They replaced that too. Fingers crossed. They got grease and hand prints all over my white headliner. Screws and bolts missing from trim. Rain sensor gel wasn't replaced. They just reused old stuff hoping it works. Went back to have the windshield reinstalled and the gel replaced for the sensor. Should I be happy the reattached the windshield? Sensor was never replaced. Twice thru the shop and they couldn't trouble themselves to replace what they charged for twice. I can't stress enough what a bad shop this is. They blame the lighting for dirty windows. Really? Fix the lighting. The shop has a bunch of burnt out lights. Rain sensor gel can't be troubled to replace that. Missing screws from trim, where did they go? Please go somewhere else save yourself the hassle.

We have a large fleet of vehicles 30+ and we decided to get the windows replaced on several of our vans. We booked a 10 am appointment and was assured our two vans would be done by 1pm as they already had the parts and it was " a simple quick job" no problem to have ready at 1pm. We'll first van was done at 2pm second van got started at 2 pm was just told I have to wait another 1 and a half hours for the second one to be finished... not pleased with the sales guy at all... further more the gal at the desk was extremely dismissive of my query as to why it's taking so long she said " it will be done when it's done ill call you" no I'm sorry for the inconvenience or the fact your employer now has to pay 2 guys overtime to sit and wait for the work to be completed, just a very rude face like I was annoying her! Have never experienced such poor customer service at no point did I respond in any kind of rude way I simply asked why we were told it would be ready at 1 if they were obviously unable to match there own time quotes it was according to them a 2 hour total job. I mean we are 2 hours past the alloted time at this point and still waiting not even a call to say it would take longer👉 very disappointed with this company will not return there's way to many other companies out there that handle themselves in a respectful manner especially when it's there mistake. Our time and money felt like it ment nothing to this company whitch is completely fine with us as I said plenty of other companies to choose from.

The personalized service from All-Star was excellent. The technician went above and beyond to make sure my truck got the TLC it needed. The price was fair, I was scheduled in quickly, and the work was done on time.

My time is limited during business hours. All Star Auto Glass was able to help me find a very convenient time slot to work on my windshield. A possible two hour job was done in 40 minutes. Thank you All Star!!

Great service and a great price ! I had a tricky front windshield replacement that was fast and high quality! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend All Star Auto over the other major company in the area, that company quoted me twice what All Star did, and said it would take 3x as long. Stick with All Star, the free car washes are a huge plus!

I have used All-Star Auto Glass previously both for full windshield replacement and basic rock chip repair. This time was simply the latter, which got done fast, and I received excellent customer service just as before with help all through the insurance reimbursement process. Much appreciated and definitely recommended!

The work was excellent. However, the professionalism of the business was not. My window was replaced, but the individual that replaced front windshield took out personal belongings (window covers) which were just sitting on the passenger seat in a cargo van. Why didn't the individual just throw the covers in the rear of the cargo van I cannot answer. When I realized yesterday that the covers were missing I called at 5:15pm yesterday and advise they had been removed from the van and I was enroute to retrieve them as they block the windows to ensure no one is looking inside van to steak things. The receptionist said she could not locate them and they would be closed.

This is at least my sixth time using All-Star Auto Glass over the last fifteen or so years (a few flying rocks and a few break ins). All-Star has consistently delivered excellent service and excellent quality, and they are competitively priced and convenient. I'm sure I'll need auto glass work in the future, and I'm sure I'll return to All-Star again.

Great, very reasonable price, easy to schedule/fast process, the only thing I suggest to be really thorough when vacuuming up the glass. There were still several places where lots of glass was missed, but the technician went back over and cleaned at my request

AMAZING! Such a friendly, affordable, welcoming business. It feels like you’re part of the family the moment you step into this shop. All-Star so clearly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond in ensuring quality work is done. Not to mention—they get the job done quick! Where most glass repair shops in the area are booked out weeks in advance, this location can squeeze you in for an appointment almost immediately. Typically, it’s a matter of a few days at most before they’ve received all necessary parts and are able to quickly (and effectively) repair your car! Could not recommend this place more!

I just got my windshield replaced here on a 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid, it also needed adas calibration, and I had a really good experience. I had an appointment for Saturday at 8:00 in the morning and I was driving out of there by 9:40 . I had expected originally to be there until 11:00 or noon, so that was pretty nice. They were very kind and professional and chill and I had a very good experience here. Plus I very much prefer giving my money to a local business like this over a chain type of place. Chain or corporate companies have their own advantages, but i am very satisfied with the service and product that I got from All Star. I had forgotten to remove my toll pass and insurance doohickey off of my old windshield and they took it off for me and left it in my console. I had bought real nice windshield wipers a while ago, but because of the crack in my previous windshield, they weren't wiping correctly and it was really nice to see on the new windshield that my wipers work perfectly after they replaced it. Edit: I actually called in to see about getting this done two Saturdays ago, and they were extremely busy when I called in and did not have the windshield I needed. So at that time I made an appointment for today and then this was my experience from going in on my appointment day. I forgot to add that to my review.

These guys were great. They found the problem right away. They had it fixed in the time frame and at the cost they had estimated. The office staff were equally great. Efficient and friendly. I'd definitely go back/recommend.

The most dishonest car repair ever. I took the glass to be installed on my missing window of my BMW, They asked my phone number in case they need to call me which any mechanic will do when eventuality happen during repair. When I went to pick up my car, the window was installed and they said the regulator was broke meaning than the window will not be able to go down or up. I asked how much will be for the repair and it was the same amount that for a window installation. A honest car service would had called me and let me know of the broken regulator and asked me if I will repair that as well, or at least informed me of the situation. They tried you go back there and pay for a second service when is not even clear how the regulator was broke.

Super! Got me in the next morning and excellent job done in a couple hours. First time used and if I ever need their service I'll go back again. Totally satisfied. Five Star rating!

A thief smashed the back window of my car on a Saturday night. I called around Sunday morning and All-Star was the only company that got back to me. They were able to find an aftermarket rear windshield in Portland and it was delivered and installed the Next week. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

After an initial call to get a quote, I decided to make an appointment. Before I hung up, I had already received a confirmation text. The woman on the phone was very friendly, efficient, scheduling me first thing the next morning. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the very friendly customer service rep who quickly confirmed my information and immediately set things in motion to get my car completed. As promised, my car was done within two hours, with no additional surprise charges. Great Customer service. I Would highly recommend this company to get any auto glass repair work done. Their price was an anywhere from $50-$100 less than other companies called.

I used this location of All Star Auto Glass two years ago, and it was pretty good. But it has deteriorated; you can no longer be called All Star, you wouldn't even qualify for the league. I'm paying you around $400 for a simple glass replacement, yet I receive my car back in a dirty condition. The general American culture: 'We're sorry.' It's not that simple! If you want to be an All Star, you need to work more carefully and meticulously next time. It's easy to apologize after something goes wrong ----------------------------------------------5/23/2025-----------------------------------------I saw your response, but I'm not in Seattle very often, and there’s nothing you could’ve done about the cleaning—I already cleaned it myself. As I mentioned before, I don’t stay in Seattle much and I don’t use the car frequently. Today, I noticed that the trim near the window is broken and was poorly replaced with something makeshift. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. If I had done it myself, I would’ve done a better job. I’ve attached a photo

They were fast with the replacement of our windshield. There was a goof: I didn't clean my windshield of clings and stuff. It was my fault. They were so helpful in getting them back to us after the job was done, and I'm so thankful for them helping us.

Called All Star Auto Glass because of a referral from someone in our unit. My neighbor said to ask for Greg and Greg was busy so I was routed to Thomas. He was excellent and got my information and set up the appointment as quickly as possible. The price was $385 before insurance which was more than $100 less than Safelite, for the same service. The price prompted me to share this information with another neighbor who has been vandalized the same night -- it was like a smash and speed spree on our street. The next morning, Greg called me and I was regrettably informed that my part had arrived...but it was broken so they needed to replace. But, he explained, they were going to replace it by making a trip up north the same day. Wow I appreciated his sensitivity to the urgency of timing because I was starting a new job this week and needed to make it to the office. Mobile Tech William came out to do my car and that of a neighbor, we had both been vandalized the day before. He called us in advance so we knew to be ready. He explained what he would do, and then proceeded to do it with tremendous efficiency and skill. Are you coming out of the dark cave now there's still sunlight you sure you can live it I watched for a while as he took apart the door so that the glass that was trapped in the door would be out and not impede any of the other functions. When I mentioned my concern about the glass shards remaining, vacuumed very well so that future passengers would not cut themselves reaching for something between the seats. I am absolute fan of this company now. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs something done quickly and to work with professionals who are both courteous and skilled. Thank you, William!

They were great. They did an excellent job with my windshield. They were fast, affordable and friendly service. Here’s a pic of what my windshield looked like before they fixed it. They vacuumed up all the broken glass on the inside of my car and also gave me vouchers for free car washes which I have to mail in. Thanks!

The service went as smoothly and easy as it was to set the appointment. Kiesha and Gregg reached out via email (which is the best way for me). Got me set up with the best available time the next day! Jaycee, the receptionist was great and quickly got us checked in. My husband and I saw at least 2 cars at a time finished within 10 minutes at a time while we waited, this team wasted no time!!! From when we checked in to when our car window was completed and ready it took in total of 1 hour! They had complimentary water, coffee, and cocoa! I love our new car window!! It's so clean and clear that it looks like the window is down and open! The window goes up and down just perfectly. But to the guy that worked on our car window, I'm sorry I didnt catch his name but you did an amazing job!! I will highly recommend your services to others in need of auto glass repairs!
