Great Towing Service was absolutely excellent. They responded quickly, were professional and courteous, and made a stressful situation feel easy. The driver handled everything smoothly, explained the drop-off process clearly, and ensured my vehicle was safely delivered to the dealership after hours without any issues.
Tried jumping my car but no luck. Called Auto Towing and they were prompt to respond and the tech asked a few questions and was able to jump my car w his device. Thank you!
Saved my butt when my car broke down and was fully unresponsive. Helped me unlock the car and tow it to a dealership to get it fixed up. Gotta love EVs
Terrible, terrible experience with AM PM Towing. Was initially told that someone would be arriving to tow my car within an hour, after 4.5 hours of waiting, and getting misinformation and lies from the employees about how much longer it would take, I had to contact a different company. Would not recommend!!!
Quick and helpful, I was able to coordinate remotely to get our fleet vehicle to the shop. Loved that the tow truck driver confirmed drop off at the dealership as well!
Fair prices for Seattle. Was quick to tow my car to the tire center on a Sunday, and accepts Zelle for payment which is convenient. Car arrived safely, consistent communication, saved in my phone for future!

I’ll admit that a part of this issue was due to my ignorance with vehicle maintenance, however my lack of knowledge was definitely taken advantage of by the tow driver.
I recently had my diesel bus towed about 30 miles south of Seattle. The tow driver asked me a question about the “drivetrain,” but I didn’t understand what he said. He had an accent and we were in a high traffic area. I asked him to repeat himself, but he said “you put the bus in neutral, but it’s your responsibility” instead. He kept repeating this, and, thinking this was normal, told him that was fine. He then had me write on an invoice “I put the vehicle in neutral and it’s my responsibility.” then had me sign it. He didn’t explain anything else.
Upon arriving at the mechanic, they were absolutely appalled that the tow truck driver had not explained to me how much damage can be done to the transmission if the drivetrain is not removed. So, not only did the tow truck driver probably cause more damage to my bus, but he essentially tricked me into waiving their liability.
I’m unsure if the whole company is shady, but this tow truck driver absolutely is. If I’m going to pay an obscene amount of money to tow my bus (because of distance and the size of the vehicle, I paid over $900), I at least want it done right!
I do NOT recommend. Shame on the auto repair industry for CONSTANTLY taking advantage of people who don’t understand vehicles!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The whole process was so easy and smooth from start to finish. I had previously hired another towing service through an app, and they couldn’t figure out how to handle my situation. This company immediately knew what to do and resolved the issue without any problems at all.
They were professional, reassuring, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely stress-free. The driver showed up on time, had all the right equipment, and handled everything with confidence. I was really impressed by how quickly they got it done and how seamless the process felt.

Received wonderful service from Auto towing ! I have to tow my car from a far away body shop to my house and auto towing offers me the best price. They are cooperative and patient when waiting for me to get my car out. My car was then handled properly and they add extra wheels to lift the car. The driver was friendly and offered to look for mechanics for me that would fix my car at a great price point. I’ll choose their services again next time!
