Joey and his team fix my Volvo Xc90 when others couldn’t. Joey went above and beyond to fix my car. I’ve so far 3k miles and not a single problem after the repaired . Obs: 3 other shop work on the car she couldn’t get to the real problem.

Unfortunately, I had issues with my car the day I was getting to go on a roadtrip with my parents which were visiting from out of town. I usually work on my own vehicles depending on the issue, however this morning I didn’t have the time, or tools. The guys at precision were super responsive, well staffed, and extremely professional. Immediately they helped me diagnose, and within an hour they had my car patched and ready for my trip. They were honest and helpful, clearly identified what I needed and didn’t. They have made a loyal customer out of me.

Amazing customer service!! I know nothing about cars and was freaking out about a check engine light on, since it’s the first time it’s happened. I appreciate their calm and professional demeanor, suggesting I go to the dealership as my car is most likely under warranty. I’m glad they’re not just out here ripping off customers or made me feel dumb. Will come back in the future for maintenance!

Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change plus diagnostic for a parking break issue. This was my first time using them and I plan on using Precision Motorworks in the future as well. They were honest, knowledgeable and friendly.

Recently had my 2015 BMW i3 in for service after the AC stopped working. Initially I took it to the dealer and they wanted $3,600 to replace the condenser. As an avid DIY weekend mechanic I was sticker shocked, and I didn’t have the tools to do this job, so I called around. Precision motor works had the best price I could find, along with great reviews. Precision was able to do the job for nearly 1/3 the price (oem parts too!) and I was able to get an appointment within a couple days and they had the car back to me 2 days later. Car is working as I would except, icy cold AC. Very satisfied.

I bought a used Mini Cooper and needed to get it checked out. This business had good reviews and was fairly close to me. They went over my car for a very reasonable priceand let me know about some minor issues that might come up in the future. They have a super friendly staff, and I felt like they were interested in getting it right. I also had some rattles and they worked to find them and I can happily report, they were successful- And didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I feel like they’ve got my back. I would highly recommend this shop.

Just moved to Seattle and was looking for for a good Mini Cooper autoshop.. Found it!! Had a simple oil change. What I was impressed with was the friendly front line/desk/tech employees. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, communicative and not pushy.. As for the actual work done on the car, as I stayed it was a simple oil change. So far so good. Im just happy I found experts on Mini Coopers..

I had a complete engine overhaul on my car, Anderson Cooper. I really appreciated the progress updates and transparency. It’s evident that everyone takes great pride in their work—shout out to Donnie, Max, Joey, Esteban, and Stef! They are a kind crew who at times have replaced parts or inspected my car for free.

Precision has cared for my last 2 cars for 10 years. They are very knowledgeable about BMW products. The office is always so understanding and makes sure I know what has been done and why. The shop is super convenient and just a bus ride from anywhere. I trust them, won't you?

I hired this shop for a pre- purchase inspection of a Porsche. The price was very reasonable, they were willing to talk to me beforehand and afterwards and were very patient with my many questions. They also sent me interim updates while they were doing the inspection. I feel like the inspection was fairly thorough, And they were very friendly to deal with. The technician who helped me is named Max. Five stars from me!

I’ve gone to PMW with my land rover multiple times. they are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. so much better than taking my land rover to the dealership. the pricing on the work for my vehicle is incredibly fair as well. I highly recommend and I will be continuing to use them in the future.

BMWs are never cheap especially not mine bbut this shop has good communication, have a few loaner cars if you can be flexible on scheduling, and most importantly I trust their word which is not the norm in my experience. I've been to two other well known BMW shops in the area - one did decent work initially but then made an unauthorized modification that ultimately cost me later, and the other completely misdiagnosed and also wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. Haven't had a bad experience with Precision - they've been fair, patient, and honest.

The people here were so helpful and friendly. From start to finish the team helped me through the repair process of my Audi seamlessly. They are very reasonably priced with good technicians. I will be taking my car here for all repairs.

I had a difficult software and hardware issue with my 2016 BMW X5 40e plug-in hybrid. It did not run. The BMW dealer gave me an estimate of $4600 to fix it. I thought that was excessive so had it towed to Precision. It took them an extended period of time to troubleshoot, download and install software, but they were incredibly persistent and diligent and got it to run again. They clearly explained the challenges and their process. For all of that work and troubleshooting they only charged me for 2 replacement modules + labor. $2600 vs the dealer's $4600. I suspect the dealer's bill would have soared as they would more than likely charged me for all of the hours of troubleshooting. We have 3 BMW's and now take all of them to Precision. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been brining my 2008 Volvo c30 to precision for several years. Every service and repair has been top notch. Not to mention the staff, always friendly and willing to help. Personally I will not take my vehicle anywhere else, it’s hard to find a shop that I can put my trust into. Precision Motorworks is that shop for me! 5 stars

To be short: try other shops. I know I’m just one customer and can’t change everyone’s opinion, but I will influence everyone I know to avoid this shop at my best for 10000% sure. I have been a loyal customer of this shop for around 2 years and maintain the car from regular every 10k miles to 5k miles, including oil change and other maintenance. However, as someone working as a car broker, I can no longer recommend this shop to my clients or choose it for my own needs. Here’s why: Unwillingness to Help: One morning, I noticed a strange noise from my car and stopped by the shop for a quick check. It was a simple request that would have taken less than five minutes. Unfortunately, my request was declined, and I was told no one would “waste time” unless I left the car and paid an inspection fee. In contrast, when I went to Stone’s German Garage, their technician helped me without hesitation. No Loyalty Incentives: This was the 2nd time I heard a $2,000 bill at this shop. I asked if there was any possibility of a discount given my long-standing patronage. The receptionist flatly refused. She rudely asked about my profession and then speculated that I have a high salary. I felt discriminated against. Despite their claim of having the "cheapest prices," I’ve found that to be untrue. For instance, Stone’s German Garage charges $150 for an oil change, the price here is $200. There is no reason to choose this shop anymore.

Polished mechanics with excellent customer service skills and even better work. I reached out based exclusively on their Google reviews and had a fantastic experience with their pre-purchase inspection service. From the moment I called, their expertise, customer service, and professionalism were clear. I worked specifically with Max, who went above and beyond to fit me in at the last minute. He provided thorough feedback on the car’s overall health, and like the inspection itself, the documentation I received for the service was incredibly detailed. Predictably, this documentation was super useful when I took it back to the then-owner to further negotiate the ultimate sale price. What really stood out was Max’s genuine enthusiasm for his work—he took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand (as someone who knows very little about cars). It’s rare to find a mechanic who’s both knowledgeable and excited to share their insights. Moving forward, I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my auto service needs. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place for anyone with a euro car, especially if it's an older euro car with hard to find parts. Brought my 1995 Audi S6 in for brake work and the communication and quality of work was outstanding. I had to bring the car back in for a minor adjustment from the brake work previously mentioned and they did it free of charge, opposed to other garages that will take any chance to charge you. Overall a 10/10 experience, Max is also an awesome person.

This place does great work. Had my car in for a coolant leak and wanted everything checked out while there. They gave me a full assessment of my cars condition as well as recommended repairs and severity of issues. Their prices are excellent and their turn around time on service was as well. Very good at responding to texts as well.

Brought my first car here for an inspection, been going since. Really appreciate the welcoming and consistent service. I’ve had my older cars serviced pretty much just by them. They have helped me out with getting a 1980 633csi bmw running wonderfully, as well as 93’ 260e and mid-late 80s Mercedes. Its really great seeing everyones care, and knowledge about cars and their history. would absolutely recommend.

First time buyer of a Range Rover and first time customer other then to a Auto Dealership to get repairs done. I was a little skeptical because of that but found these people were awesome. Bad at remembering names but S (still can't think of owner's name) was very knowledgeable and surprisingly the office staff, Jennifer, Brittany, Joey and Max were totally on top of their game and very caring and professional. I wanted to thank Josh, Stephanie for their outstanding service in getting my vehicle back on the road after I purchased my first Audi last month. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained what I need after they done a full inspection of my vehicle. I would recommend them than using any dealership. They are reasonable and only specialize in European vehicles. The bonus is if you need to leave your car at the shop you get a free loaner car just pay for the gas that you use. I give them 5-stars. Professional, Good Customer Service, On-time and friendly. You guys are the best.
