Fantastic service! My 2016 Prius 12 Volt battery died. Not only did Napa Auto Parts have a replacement battery IN STOCK (you would be surprised at how few places do), but the service provided by Anthony and Zeek was top-notch. Customer focused, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Napa Auto Parts employees and in-stock products turned my day around. Thank you!

I’m working on a 1976 Dodge B300 van and I go to this NAPA regularly. They are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Definitely a hidden gem in SODO. (Another great NAPA is the one down just south of Boeing field, where they mix custom auto paint.)

Gave me the wrong headlight for a really basic car. Left me out there an hour trying to install it, couldn't tell it was wrong and they looked nothing alike. Go to O'Reillys theyll actually help.

The Staff were Exceptionally rude and Forced me to wait 2 hours in a Foreign city. While they charged my brand new battery that I got zero starts out of. If you ask me I Think this is a Defective Battery since I had not even used it. They were Very Rude telling me that there is nothing that they could do. I have Never been treated more poorly by a staff of any establishment before in my life. Its like they didn't even care about the situation or the problem. They were more worried abut breaking some stupid return policy or being fired for that. I think they should both be fired for Absolute Blatant Disrespect of Me my property and my business. This store has been very helpful and friendly either in-store or over the phone, they have proven to be a very reliable resource! Made the brake job for my sedan a breeze and were stocked and available when needed with the right supplies on hand to get the job done. Beats Auto Zone by far and is a must-have for Seattle.

Well they say there open till 6:00pm but I'm here 5:45pm and there gone. That must be why they didn't answer the phone when I called. I wanted to let them know I was coming so not to keep them any longer than need be. So much for rushing all the way across town to make it here with 15 minutes to spare just to find them gone. Now I have to get up early to come by in the morning. I come to Napa for quality and I pay extra for it. An I'll also when I need an axle no one had they had it an I had to take a bus here on Sunday to get it. So just bummed tonight.

I had merchandise questions and the clerk provided three options. Easy to park, convenient location for Sodo, just south of Costco across the bridge. UPDATE MAY 8TH 2023 I bought a container of 30 armor all wipes for cleaning inside the car and a wiper replacement for the rear window of our minivan. The cost was over $20. The service was excellent. I didn't have to wait or anything. The guy looked up the blade and gave me the right one, it matches. From experience I've learned to replace it on the spot. If I can't figure it out the guys inside usually know how to do it. Well that may be true at the O'Reilly in Ballard but here it was a bust. The guy was willing to come out and he looked at it and messed with it. I decided it was safer to have a trusted friend who's mechanically skilled to do it for me. Points for trying! So I went from five stars to four stars in my rating because I think the price was egregious and I was disappointed at the guy's lack of mechanical skill. I probably should leave it at five stars. But then how would I rate the guys in Ballard. They are better.

Ordered some parts online to be picked up in error, called and it took 30 seconds to fix it. No hold for 15 minutes, no hold music, no pre-recorded messages heard. It is almost awkward to be this fast and efficient. Thank you Keep up to good work.

I need it all for my transmission to flush it out and you have to change the drain plug washer as well. Found and found out later on that I could have went to a different store and got the same stuff for half the price and the drain plug washer was the wrong one and they tried to sell me a oil filter that doesn't even go to my car. That's the truth can't wait to take it back

Transphobic store associate yelled at me. Old white guy. Manager helped me out though. He was a younger white guy. Hoping there will be turnover next time, as NAPA has some good deals now and then.

Car trouble led me here so I could find a new battery. Bought it ahead of time for easy pickup. Made sure to specify my car in your website's search perimeters. Not only was it not the battery I purchased but it wasn't even meant for my car. The older guy working there claimed that it would be compatible with my car because I asked him before taking the battery out of the store. Even explained something about how the wattage would be better for my car. When I got it to my mechanic so he could make the swap, we discovered it didn't fit. So after getting mansplained the differences between the sedan and hatchback versions of my car, I returned the battery embarrassed and angry. Thankfully the younger guy working knew what he was doing. He realized the older man gave me a battery for a Prius when I drive a Versa Note. He is the reason why this review didn't get one star. I had no time to get back to my mechanic before they closed. Fiance went to check on the car later to find it dead. Now I have to call roadside assistance to get my car jumped again. I'm going to miss a day of work because someone couldn't do their job.

Awful service and poor car knowledge. Went in requesting headlight replacements and was given the wrong lenses and then rudely refused a return. If I can provide all the details on my car then I should at least be able to get the part requested. In addition most stock is vastly overpriced. Hugely disappointed. Edit: talked too another store to avoid losing 60$ and was informed whomever helped me was a jerk and not representing the company. Other NAPA's or auto stores are a better bet.

I enjoyed the brief mental effort expended in finding this store's location (Maps PLUS my OWN acuity!), and the 2 guys working there were all I could ever want from a well-known auto parts store (or any specialized-retailer) - they were refreshingly professional (positive & friendly demeanors; non-discriminatory to a female-in-auto-place; efficient sales-transactioning... now a lost art!). If I'm in Seattle area & in need of auto parts, again, I will definitely return here!

This must be a corporate owned store. You can always tell because when you go to a privately owned NAPA the people working there are helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in this place with a co-worker trying to help her get a new battery. They wouldnt test it unless I brought it into the store. Sorry she didnt have a set of tools. They would'nt put a new one in for her if she bought it. Just bad service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Came in looking for a radiator cap for a GM 671, the most produced diesel motor in history, and they said they can't look that stuff up. They have a library of parts catalogues and he didn't even try, just looked at me and said to try somewhere else.

I had emergency car problems and I was lucky this place was just down the way from work. The retail store was smaller than expected but I imagine they have everything you need in the back. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Found a scarce auto part I needed on NAPA's web site. Price was higher than a better component from competitors (Amazon and others), but only NAPA had one IN-STOCK, and I wanted to make repairs within a couple of hours. They offer a 10% discount for online purchase with in-person pick up. So I "purchased" it, which turned out only to be a reservation--card is not charged until pick up. Before making the 1-hour round trip I called the Hudson St (S Seattle) location and confirmed with a live person it was in fact in-stock. On my arrival they had trouble finding record of the order. When they found it (after showing no interest in the order number I provided from the form that was SO important to bring), it hadn't been processed properly, so they had to go through a few steps including searching the warehouse. Turned out it wasn't in-stock after all. They told me they had one in Kent and could get it to their store in about two hours. The woman who helped me was perfectly pleasant and did the best she could, but that was effectively the same as waiting a couple of days. So my order went to Amazon.
