I'm moving from WA to CA soon and needed to get some big furniture items and smaller things out of the apartment before the move. I was nervous about it, because the things were heavy and a bit unruly (full bed, sofa, desk, you get the idea) and I'm painfully shy but! Mike and Raymond were so friendly they put me right at ease. I have used Happy Hauler a few times in the past on some projects and they have showed up on time and have gotten the job done fast and clean working in the short time constraints of retail renovation work. Very fair and reliable pricing. What touches my heart is they also help people in need. I mentioned to the owner John about a single man who just went through a bad divorce and was put on the street after building a home and raising a family until the children became adults. He put her through school and got her out of debt and they bought home together to raise the children. 20 years later She took everything from him because she knew he wouldn’t fight back and ran off to another state with her high school friend she was having an affair with…. The man was broken and living from couch to couch and in hotels…. Recently he got into a senior living spot but has been on the floor for weeks without a chair or any furniture to sit on. John and his team stepped in a dropped a few items off to help this man feel like he has a home again and there is love in the world. Thank you Happy Hauler !

Anthony and Mark showed up right on time after a completely hassle-free and actually enjoyable booking process that same morning with John. They did a careful, full-service clean out of old lumber, junk, and debris that had collected around our backyard over the span of several years, leaving us a beautiful backyard. They asked us to do a walk-through to ensure the missed nothing — a first for me! Never happened with haulers in the past; they just beat it and sent a bill, which is why we had most of the old lumber the Happy Haulers took today. Oh — the actual charge came in UNDER the estimate! Another first for me! I unreservedly recommend the Happy Haulers with much gratitude to Anthony, Mark, and John.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I had a big job -- townhouse with three floors and a rooftop deck -- and they efficiently removed everything in a couple of hours, loading up an entire 12' truck. I was really impressed and would definitely hire them again.

I’ve used Happy Haulers four times now, and I am so impressed by them. They recycle and dispose of things ethically and correctly (including electronics), work with organizations to place donated furniture and other goods (clothes, dishes, pots, pans, toys, anything that could make someone else’s life better), and are just such good people to work with. They are happy to move furniture carefully for you, and they just make the whole experience so positive. They communicate well, set clear expectations, give you an estimate you can understand so you can decide whether you want to commit, and are really easy to book with. You can even talk to a human when booking if you are old school like me. Happy Haulers has my highest recommendation and respect.

I was desperate. I had hired an estate sales company to sell, donate or throw away my household goods while i moved to Europe. 5 days prior closing, the buyer's agent visited the house. Besides the house appearing to have been ransacked, theras a water leak in the kitchen that had caused damage there and below in a utility room. I was referred to John at Happy Hauler. He returned my call and was able to clear the house in one day. They had to remove 5 truckloads of stuff. This allowed the sale of the property to proceed. Happy Hauler was professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend them. I also appreciate working with local non-profit to donate household goods such as Mary's Place. I had hired an organizer who spoke highly of her experience working with Happy Haulers for years. Working with the organizer after the death of my husband, we had a large collection of donation items and items to be disposed of that we set up for the Happy Haulers crew to come pick up. . I give them 10 star, okay 5 out of five for their ease of scheduling, efficient and clear communication of pick up times. Their hard, fast work, kind communication and careful tidiness to leave my driveway spotless when they were finished had me very thankful for their services. I love that the usable donated items went carefully into a box truck to be given to local charities that support domestic violence victims and unhoused people who are trying to get a new start. The dumpster was carefully loaded. Old fridges, paint and chemicals were properly disposed of and taken care of. If you are looking for a company who cares for their customer at a very fair price AND generously supports the community, reach out to Happy Haulers, they will take very good care of you!

Highly Recommend!!! Would use again! Used this company to empty my apartment after accepting a job outside of Seattle. Two guys showed up on time and removed everything I requested. They took care not to damage the apartments property or the items I was donating. They were very friendly and worked very fast. They cleared out a couch, desk, table, chairs, bed, bed frame, and etc. in less than two hours.
