The tow driver was careful, efficient and fast. I was so thankful for him. AAA service call.

I was told it would be 90 minutes, from your guy. Not acceptable. Another driver helped me get the car .7 miles to the shop. No person from your company showed up to tow me anywhere. UPDATE! After reading these reviews I'm super happy your company blew me off. Please don't threaten me about my honesty, as your responses reflect. Your company sent me the review link, for being in you database. You didn't even know that a tow never took place.

The driver arrived quickly. He was easy going. Very quick in setting up his rigging. Very polite and sympathetic to my situation.

I had my service through AAA and was so pleased with the gentleman that was sent out. He was friendly courteous and fast. He was reassuring to a senior citizen stuck in the rain in the cold in the dark

I forgot to leave this review. I originally was going to leave a 1 star review after my experience, but when the office manager, Jen, went out of her way to contact me after learning about my experience, she absolutely redeemed them single handedly. As the issue I had was resolved and the driver was taught how he should have responded to the situation I was in, I no longer feel the need to blast him or the company because of his actions. Thank you, Jen, for your phone call and how much you genuinely care about the safety of women stuck in the middle of the night and I’m sure the safety of everyone else as well. You really did change my experience overall for the better. I’m a few months late, but still wanted to leave the review. ?

Best towing service ever! Arrived very quickly to my location. Preet was able to rig up my car and transport it efficiently. No delays. He was knowledgeable and friendly! This brought so much ease to an already difficult experience of having car troubles. Could not recommend more.

Fast arrival (after other guys suddenly cancelled on me). The dude (I’m spacing the name) was so cool, friendly & professional. He fielded my stupid questions while blazing thru the steps to lift my SUV and tow it off to my chosen mechanic. 100% recommend Easy Towing! Oh, and hey ET management - if you know which driver went to West Seattle 8am-ish on 12/11/25, hook that brother up! He really was good.

The driver possessed specific knowledge in dealing with my Lexus Hybrid. He was quick to suspect the problem issues and promptly helped to resolve the issue. No tow was needed and I was able to drive the vehicle to the dealership. Simple quick tests there confirmed the issue, proving the driver diagnosis was correct.

I have AAA and Easy towing was extremely responsive with service in downtown Seattle In about 40 minutes. They kept me updated and made the process Easy. Like Easy Towing. Well named. The driver was great too. Very safe. I'm not comfortable riding with anyone and Seattle to Lake Stevens in traffic was smooth. Thanks again.

I have never done a review and giving one star is not what I wanted to do, but I guess I have I have to for it to post. I had a breakdown on the freeway in the dark of night and it was pouring. I called my Insurance and they called the tow truck. When he got there, I could not understand him because of his thick accent and traffic noise so there was a lot of hand gestures. I have been towed many times in my life, and it appeared to me that he was unsure of what he was doing. I kept telling him that the car needs to go into neutral, but instead, he put the skates on it. When we got to the house, he drove through the front yard with his truck.. so, now there is a gully. I told him to turn the truck around and park on the other side of the street. He could not park my car out of the street and kept telling me that I didn’t understand and that I didn’t know. When I went over to my car to put it in neutral (now he had taken the skates off) because he was dragging the back end.. he came to the door to see what I was doing, and as he walked away, he shut the door on my leg. I have a bruise. Finally I just told him to please put my car down and leave. The only reason I haven’t sued him or the company for property damage and bodily injury yet is because of Jesus. This is an update: yes.. my photo was a photo from the internet. I don’t have to take a picture of my body for a review it was used as an example of. After leaving a review that was asked for by this company.. Linda, the company’s whoever actually used my personal information and threatened me with a lawsuit of defamation. I told her that it was asked of me and that it wasn’t defamation when you asked someone’s opinion ?. Then she had the audacity to tell me not to text her again or she will call the police for harassment ?. I should be the one calling the police for harassment since she illegally contacted me. My personal information is for business matters only not to harass a past client because they don’t like the review that you left them. Obviously in her response to my review that she posted… These are not nice people when you leave a poor review.

Terrible service. The tow truck driver drove in my yard and ruined my landscape after being directed to put the car somewhere. The driver also was not very communicative and could not speak english very well,which made it hard to communicate. Then the driver slammed the door on my wife's leg. Then I call the company to make these complaints and was rudely got a return call from a lady name Jen and she was very rude and said that her cameras do not show the damage to the yard or to slamming the door on my wife's leg and argued with me that im lying and my wife and me are not telling the truth. I said yhere is a way for you to earse that footage mam she reapeadly yells at me saying dont call my drivers liers you are lying. I did not argue with this lady and just took pictures of my yard and will report it to my insurance company who sent me to this company. Now they have been sending threatening emails and text to my wife after leaving a review they asked her to leave and saying they will sue her for defamation of character. Some lady name Linda who is supposed to be another owner or manager. We will be coming after them for our landscape and damages and I suggest you do not use this service and if you do you have been warned of the treatment we received.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! He drove us from issiquah WA to Union gap WA!! It was me my husband and my newborn we were stuck on the side of the road and he was there as fast as he could be!! And stayed in contact the whole time!! He was an amazing person all tho this tired stressed out momma fell asleep the whole way! He and my husband became friends on the ride home. He offered to pull over if we needed to use the rest stop or if we were thirsty or needed a snack he would stop at a gas station! He was very friendly and I hope to see him again one day! (Hopefully not toeing our car ) lol!!

I had a fantastic experience with Easy Towing! They were incredibly fast and professional. They arrived way faster than the estimated time given by AAA, which was a huge relief when dealing with a stressful breakdown. I definitely recommend their service to anyone needing reliable towing.

Cheema was great, beat the ETA and was efficient when he got to us. Took good care getting the car to the shop, and was patient while I talked with the service folks. Made a bummer day just a little less stressful.

Highly recommend Easy Towing! Art was amazing! He was able to tow this huge truck and camper combo with ease and efficiency, in a timely manner! He towed me from Renton to a shop in Lynnwood, which took about a hour. Thank you Art!

I had a fantastic experience with Easy Towing recently. The driver, Preet, was absolutely incredible - professional, friendly, and helpful from the very first phone call until my vehicle was safely dropped off. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful situation feel surprisingly smooth. On top of the excellent towing service, Preet also shared a few helpful insights about the issue with my vehicle, nothing beyond a quick look, but enough to point me in the right direction. Thanks to that, I was able to avoid an unnecessary and expensive repair. It’s rare to come across service this thoughtful and above-and-beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Easy Towing again, and I highly recommend asking for Preet if he’s available. Total professional.

The driver was responsive and stayed in communication with his time. He was nice and professional, and my car arrived in good condition.

For the last year I've been here, this business uses the sidewalk as their own property. With the multi use bridge path to Elliott Park closed I have to take a different route to get to the bike path. When I left home and when I came back their truck was parked on the sidewalk, causing me to go into the road where everyone is driving 40+. Absolutely ridiculous! The sidewalk is the one place on the street for NO VEHICLES. Please stop this.

Had a stressful morning where my car needed a tow. Communication was great, response time was fast, and getting the car set up for tow was the fastest and most efficient I have ever seen. Would definitely recommend this company if anyone needs a tow.

Tow truck showed up and it was not a flat bed (this was a tow for a scooter and I had told them that.) Driver was courteous but clearly didn’t know how to tow a scooter. He called someone and talked with them most of the time. 55 minutes to hook up my scooter and watch it dangle as the driver drove off. Not pleased at all. Will be sharing this with my insurance company that hired this tow company.

They called me before they came out asking for pictures so they wouldn’t “waste their time”. I took some. They arrived, waited for a long time while they called my insurance (State Farm) then refused to do the job and left, telling me my insurance “probably wasn’t going to cover it”. My insurance got a replacement towing company that did the job no problem, and since plenty of my neighbors volunteered to help too I honestly don’t think the job was too difficult. I think they just wanted to try to charge my insurance company extra. Super disappointed that Gary didn’t actually do the job! I guess the name means they only do the towing that’s easy? Had to wait several more hours for a replacement company to come out after they refused.

Art was fantastic! Knowledgeable and confident. Talked through my concerns. Gave me a new idea of what could have gone wrong with my Subaru. Got the vehicle to my independent shop just fine. Couldn’t have asked for a better tow experience

Art was so helpful and kind when I was really freaked out after my breaks gave out. He showed up in a timely manner, worked quickly to get the car hitched up, and it was comfortable to ride with him to the mechanics. Thank you Art! You truly were a lifesaver! Oh and the dispatch woman seemed very kind and was quite helpful as well.

They seriously lived up to their name! We slammed into a pothole that took out our right front tire, and then called our insurance company to sort out getting us towed for a replacement (our car doesn't have a spare, nor a jack, how stupid). They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. We heard from the dealer later that night, the flat was fixed by 10pm, and we picked up the car the next morning. Thanks, Art and Easy Towing for making a painful experience as painless as possible!

I can’t thank Jose (tow driver) enough for all of his help getting my car out of the parking garage where it was stuck. Two other tow companies came out and were not able to help. I was stuck under a car lift with minimal space to access the vehicle and the car could not be put in neutral. We were able to jack up the back of the car and then roll it on the jack to a place where the flatbed could pull it out of the garage. Absolute Hero! Thank you, Jose!!!!

So fast to get to my car, great customer service, offered me a ride, trustworthy reliable company, definitely recommend. I lost all power in the middle of the road at 5:30am in front of T-Mobile stadium and my car came to a stop right in front of a fire hydrant, cars were honking at me and driving crazy… I definitely though i was going to get hit. He showed up quickly and made the situation so much safer for me. He took about 5 minutes to load it up, tie it down and leave for the shop.
