The whole team at Gerber Collision and Glass at the Seattle location on 15th Ave NW was excellent throughout the repair process of my car. They displayed exceptional customer service, answering any questions that came forward with understanding and professionalism. They also gave real time updates of my cars repair process which I really appreciated! This team worked incredibly hard to repair my vehicle, they finished two weeks ahead of schedule which I deeply appreciated !! The entire experience was excellent and I am very glad to have my vehicle back which looks and drives like brand new again !

Jason kept me informed every step of the way. My car was returned to me totally cleaned inside and out, better than how I dropped it off.

I am so pleased with the work that Gerber did on my truck. It had been rear ended while parked and, unfortunately, the replacement bumper was extremely hard to find. The staff at Gerber went above and beyond to finally source the OEM parts needed…clear across the Country. They did a fantastic job of communicating with me throughout the process and the repairs were completed faster than I expected. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome and I highly recommend this collision repair company.

Referred to them by our State Farm insurance for windshield repair and dent on the roof from rocks hitting the car on the road. They did an excellent job and kept us updated regularly

We had a run-in with a deer on the Olympic Loop. This Gerber was close to where we live in Crown Hill. Our experience was perfect from start to finish. They helped us coordinate with our insurance company as well as our rental car. Every Thursday they gave us a text update on the progress for our baby. (that was awesome!) Once the parts came in from GM, they wrapped it up in another week. They came in ahead of schedule and our car looks brand new again! Everyone was very friendly and the car was delivered freshly washed as well. We highly recommend Gerber on 15th!

my Kia was in a collision and I brought it to Gerber. They were professional, did a great job on the work and went above and beyond on customer service and communication..

Whatever you do don't go here. My car stalled on I-90 after they didn't call me to authorize extra repairs. Brought car in for outer body repair after minor bumper hit and walked out with an unknown battery repair.

We had a fender bender and were referred to Gerber by our insurance company. The folks at Gerber kept up updated throughout the process and the car was ready earlier than we expected. All in all, great service.

Initially, I thought this place warranted a good review. They were flexible with schedule to drop off the car and prioritized my car since my insurance was paying. After having my car out of the shop for a week now, I realize this was a terrible visit and I will never bring my car back. Their communication was inaccurate and I had to race to get my car before they closed for the weekend. My windows were filthy and once I cleaned them I realized they scratched and dinged my windshield and rear passenger window. The worst was that they taped the lid over my gas tank shut and didn't remove it before I took the car (who thinks to check that?). I had to use a screwdriver to pop the lid open enough that I could cut the tape. Never going back to this place again and will ask my insurance to stop recommending it.

Someone recently rear ended my car on I5 and my auto insurance provided Gerber Collision & Glass as a preferred vendor for faster processing. I decided to work with them for my repair but feel very disappointed by the worksmanship and lack of clear communication. I would not recommend working with them for their lack of attention to detail. Save your time and money and work with someone else! They did not install the replacement rear tail light until I brought it up with them after getting my vehicle back from the shop. I had to touchbase with them periodically to check when they got the new replacement. The first time they finished with my vehicle they left some kind of spray glaze or paint coat on my window making it incredibly challenging to see through during rain. I brought this up with them the second time dropping it off and they wiped it down with some paper towels and called it good.

Work was completed on my car in the expected amount of time and have not found any issues with the work quality. Happy with the overall service and was kept informed the whole way.

Fast, easy, great communication. Took my car here after a collision to get windows and door frame replaced, and would use them again. Work was done in 2 days.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. My car was brought here after front damage to my vehicle because of insurance. The price tripled from the initial estimate they gave, which I can only partly blame on them. But when I took my vehicle to another shop they showed me the still connected screws and how they ripped off the front fender and front bumper causing MORE damage to my car that had to be repaired. If insurance sends you here, resist and choose a new shop!

Warning: DO NOT use this Gerber location. They failed to perform repairs that were promised, then sought to threaten me to pay for incomplete work by sending a fraudulent balance due to collections. The worst customer experience of my entire life. A dysfunctional repair shop plagued by high-turnover. Avoid at all costs.

This place is absolutely awesome and I recommend it to everyone. I got my car in and out in less than a week! In fact I just recommended this place to 5 of my friends who are also experiencing car issues. The employees are outstanding and the work done by the mechanic is absolutely flawless! This is by far the fastest, most friendly, and top quality repair shop in ALL of Seattle! I give them 100 out of 10!

When l drop off my car, they told that, l can pick it up the car in 3 weeks. when the time came to pick up the car, they said, your car will be ready in 2 days, or your car will be ready by Friday, or your car will be ready by Monday. They were keep posponding pick up date. finally when the time came pick up ther car, they did terrible job, they were some gris in car's interiors, They didn't even change bracket. l remember one an half years ago, they lost my friend's ca key and they didn't want to replace.

Update Review: My empathy for this company is really low to non-existent because of all the money and time I spend dealing with them. After receiving my car with incomplete repairs in October, they told me to call mid-November to schedule a time to come in in December. Once mid-November came around, I called every two weeks since mid-November, trying to schedule a time to come in for them to fix the incomplete work they did on my vehicle (Last call was made yesterday 01/02/2024). When I spoke to the receptionist yesterday, I was told to call next week. I personally do not think that it is fair that they got fully paid for delivering me incomplete goods and services. I was encouraged that I may have to consult with the insurance about this claim, consult with the WA State Office of the Attorney General, or consult with the Better Business Bureau to learn if my rights as a customer are being taken advantage of or ignored. I will wait one more week before I seek consultation.

The work on my vehicle was incomplete. The paint was incomplete and the wrap on my vehicle started to peel off. I am leaving a 2 star review for now because they promise they can make the repairs in December. But after I return on December (per the shop's recommendation), I plan on updating my review.

I highly DO NOT recommend taking your car here. I came in for an estimate in February and was given an appointment for the middle of April. 3 days before my appointment I got a call saying they needed to push my date back 3 weeks and couldn’t give me a reason other than “labor issues”. Then AGAIN they call 3 days before my next appointment in May with the same excuse and that they aren’t able to give me a new date. I’m taking my car and business elsewhere. Thank you for wasting 3 months of my time.

After I did read the reviews, I did take my chance with my 2011 Honda CRZ Dropped my car at Gerber Collision at Ballard as they told me I would receive twice a week updates and I did thank you for that. They did replace my driver side Fender,Bumper cover, and my driver side front lights. The new part alignment was perfectly matched, and the color match was right on the spot perfect. It did take 13 working days to complete the job from start to finish. I can't complain about the workmanship and quality job they did. Very friendly group of people. I think I was dealing with Brandon Normally I hate Writing reviews but you finish my car in 13 working days you guys well deserved the review from me. Thank you Thank you Thank you

They took almost two full months to repair a simple scratch on my car. No apologies, few updates. I would never use their service again.

Vehicle isn't fix can't remotely start my car do to the collision. The impact was on the left front I was told I need take the car myself to a mechanic and my insurance is paying..really. not satisfied. Last week June 15th new manager brandon reached out to me about my vehicle to bring it back to the shop. Brandon I want you to know I really appreciate you. Thank you so much.

Not a surprise they got so many bad reviews ! It all makes sense !Don’t go there , even your insurance recommended ! Also can’t even contact this location after I dropped my car , phone number won’t direct you to the office. I waited for hours and never get call back either. They only texted you when they know there is going to be delay. So now I have not be able to spoke to any one working there Worst repair experience ever . I dropped my car 3 weeks ago ( hit by another person ) and their insurance recommended this place . I was told it will take 3 days and now I am in my enterprise rental car for 3 weeks now. I am not sure how long their insurance will cover my rental so I contacted Gerber( of course can’t call them , got back my text after 2 days. Anyway , Def the worst repair shop. Oh also when I came back to the office to get my information, the general manager greet me with “ oh you are the one left us a raw and rotten review on google”. Such a bad customer service , so just please don’t go there .

Only place recommended by MetLife unfortunately If I was you get your coverage check and shop around. I thought all was good until I got home and realized the doors wouldn’t lock/unlock. One door had been replaced . Also the parking lights would stay on. Took it back and all was corrected. Few days later the window of the door replaced just exploded . The glass shop the tension was too high when the glass was set in the door . I went back and have e mailed them No claim from the shop. Would not recommend the place to anyone!
