Cosmin was amazing and helped me through the whole process with a smile on his face! They gave me a great deal on my car and even paid for the tire sensors the day after my purchase because they needed replacing! The car was cleaned beautifully and they even held it in their lot and let me pick it up a couple days after I purchased it in order to get it thoroughly cleaned! I’ve been a Mini Cooper customer since 2015. The service was excellent in the early years, but it started to decline after around four years. However, in the past three or four visits, the service has improved a lot. Brian has provided outstanding service — very attentive and helpful with everything. Also, the manager (I don’t know his name) was very responsive and solved issues immediately. Overall, I must say the service quality has greatly improved, and the repair department has become much more skilled. This latest wheel alignment was honestly the best I’ve ever had since I started using their service.

My most recent service appointment was to fix a problem with my steering wheel. I had to wait almost 22 days for the parts to arrive. During that time, the staff took great care of me. Michael Clark is to be commended for his efforts on my behalf. He kept me in a beautiful loaner vehicle the entire time.
