Azeb was super helpful and checked out my car battery to see if it was at the end of its life (it was) and then helped me purchase a new car battery. Calvin helped remove the old one and installed the new battery. Both were super helpful and made the stressful situation easy and effortless. They were both great. Would recommend!

They gave me advice to stay within my budget and installed my car battery. Everyone is very friendly, and seems to enjoy what they do.

Whoever did the sign lettering deserves a raise, I laughed so hard that today became the day I decided to take my engine light seriously (fr). Will be buying all of my auto parts at this location forever

Good stock for Subaru parts at least. Will change your windshield wipers for you if they're not busy. Super helpful people.

Longs was super helpful and friendly in picking out the right headlight and getting them installed. He gave me the opportunity to learn (my choice) while also doing it for me so it was definitely done correctly. Would definitely go back.

Went today to get my battery replaced since I’ve been having issues with it and Lonte was great at assisting me with recommending which battery to get and installing it in a timely manner !

I wish to thank Steven for his patient and great service this afternoon. I needed a new front lightbulb, 2015 Expedition. He was kind enough to pull out 3 different quality levels of replacement bulbs. He explained the differences between them. I chose my bulbs, and he then installed them within just minutes. Steven is a great guy. I enjoyed our conversation. Good luck with you project car!

Giancarlo is the best! We came in after a ramp we got broke and he helped us with the warranty replacement, and even came out into the parking lot to check on the bottom of our car to give us some peace of mind. Amazing customer service and fair prices.

Every socket/tool/wrench inside the store is out of place with the wrong price . Not my job to match up serial numbers from each item to the correct spot and price label. The boys wearing big green shirts, employees??gossip like women throw little fits like children to get you to leave. If these kids put half as much effort into actual work as they do whining... This might be a functioning auto parts store. I don't know man there's just something deeply disturbing being around guys who act like teenage girls.

The U Village O'Reilly's said they couldn't help install a new battery.. but the Aurora shop asked if I needed help with it, and I very much did. True gentlemen work here!! ❤️ thank you SO much!

I was greeted upon walking in by another store associate, which was nice. Lonte noticed I was searching for a light bulb and jumped in to help me find the correct bulb for my car. He went above and beyond by helping me with replacing the new head lights. Top notch customer service, much more than I expected. Thank you so much for making my day a bit easier!

Big shoutout to a very nice and helpful employee Wayne! This morning he helped me when one of my backup lights was out. Since I wasn't sure how to do it he even took the time to pull up a video, truly showing care in wanting to help me and taking that time. Then when his coworker came out he then was able to come out to the parking lot and help put the light in. He even had me double check which light was out, and then test it to make sure once he was done. But the most amazing part is he did this the whole time with a happy attitude! Honestly that is the true definition of customer service at its finest! It's one thing to have good customer service, but when you have customer service that goes above and beyond in such a caring way, then that's truly a gift! I really felt important in O'Reilly's today. THANK YOU!!

Shout out to Geramy at the 105th/Aurora location. Came in to buy wiper blades and he was super helpful, cheerful, postive, and friendly. Helped with tips on how best to deal with my smeary windshield, and I really appreciate his professionalism and friendliness!

I went in to buy a new car battery. The store manager Jeremy was very helpful and offered to install it for me. My battery ended up taking a lot of work and time out of Jeremy's day to replace. I felt so bad but he kept trying everything until he got it out. Thank you!!!

During the commencement of my duties it was necessary to obtain a car battery adapter. I called ahead and was told they had it. Upon arrival I was told that not only did they not have it but it was not even in their system. I looked for their competitor on maps only to end up at another O'Reilly's location. So I thought "What would McGuyver do?" and went inside and found the adapter that was "not even in their system." I wasn't able to complete the task my superior gave me because of this. I'm not ashamed to say I was a little miffed. I don't like disappointing my boss. I also understand that "poop happens" so I gave them 3*. Most of the time they're pretty good.

Giancarlo. He helped me find the same wiper blades that I had purchased a year ago. And in the rain helped me install them very quickly so I could get on the road before traffic hits. Just really outstanding customer service with a lot of skill and no fuss.

Needed a new battery, ordered online and it was ready when I got to the store. A nice gentleman took the old battery out, dropped in the new one, and carried the old back in for the core charge refund. Very helpful, very quick. Will absolutely be returning for whatever else I need.

Erik, the manager of this site, provided me with exceptional customer service. Was extremely friendly when I requested to get my battery checked (which they do for free here), and after I bought some windshield wipers he offered to put them on my car for me without me asking. Also when it was found that the only windshield wipers that work with my car model were rather expensive, he offered to give me a 10% discount to make up for that. Even though these aren't big tasks they really shows how much Erik cares about the customer here.

The inventory and prices seem comparable with other auto parts stores, but the staff are what make the difference. They have been really helpful on my few trips in here. On two occasions when it wasn't very busy, they even came out into the parking lot and changed out the part for me. It was a simple fix both times, but I really appreciated not having to watch 5 YouTube videos and fiddle with it.

I have a great experience here with Ben. He was super helpful with my triangle of death light that popped up on my Prius. He helped me filled my oil and understand when to change it. My brother has always helped with all my car maintenances of my old car and I never needed to add more oil before my oil change but with my new used car, it goes through oil even faster and Ben was so helpful. I really appreciate his time and his help diagnosing my triangle of death light (it stopped popping up). I also bought reflective tape here and had a great experience with the last salesperson.

Great spot to fix your car without being harrassed. Employees are kind and willing to assist your auto parts needs. Top class best one around.
