The customer service from initial call to drop off was the easiest, quickest process I’ve ever had to do for my car.
I called around 6:30 am for an urgent tow this morning due to a flat tire. The person who answered the phone was super efficient and calm, estimating time to be between 30 - 60min. Easy peasy. The man showed up earlier than expected, loaded my car and on the road in five minutes. He even offered to take me to my car’s destination (ironically to an appointment for new tires) and was so so patient and kind.
What could have been a stressful experience ended up being nothing to worry about at all. Thank you so much to the folks at Rose Towing!
