This is my second visit to arrows and have had very good visits both times. They are professional kind and always explain what's going on with my car. This time the mechanic showed me the peice that was rattling under my car and fixed it in front of me. Would highly recommend them anytime.

Arrows is my go-to mechanic shop for my VW. While they aren’t necessarily cheap, they are genuinely quality mechanics and will give you the full scope of details and options depending on your situation. I truly appreciate them for being honest and trustworthy because it’s hard to find in this world sometimes.

Here's a fair and honest review after taking my Ram Promaster to Arrows a few times. In general, I think they are a reasonably priced shop trying to do honest work. However, I have had some issues with service there. The first issue occurred after they installed an oil sending unit. I got misfiring cylinder code on the drive home. I took it back and they fixed their mistake which was a faulty or poorly installed gasket. The customer service throughout that episode was really positive, and I totally understand that mistakes or faulty components happen. I still felt good about my experience. Recently, I had them replace my thermostat. In the vehicle report, they noted that I needed my engine air filter replaced. I declined that service, deciding that I would do that work and a few other items over the weekend. When I started to remove the ducting to my air filter, I noticed that the shop had not reconnected my air intake ducting to the throttle body. That means that the engine was bypassing the air filter. Luckily, I had only driven a couple hours and so probably no harm done to the engine. But, had I not chosen to replace that filter right away or had them do it, I could have really damaged my engine. I sent the shop an email with the video I'm posting here and a clear explanation of what happened and what I needed them to do. I got no response in the first 30 min they were open, so I called them. The service rep (who I haven't worked with before) first tried to tell me that the air intake ducting wasn't removed in their service. I knew that was wrong, so asked him how they were able to do the replacement while leaving it in place. Then, he said it really wasn't a big deal and that they would reattach my ducting. He's right that I don't think this will be a big deal for my engine, but it is a big deal to my sense of confidence with this shop's work. He said they would fix it quickly if I stopped by. Since I couldn't reach the hose clamp with my tools, I drove down there with the expectation of a quick fix. They had my van in the bay for 45 min while I waited. Part of this is because I got a check engine code for an evaporative emissions fault on the drive down. I figured that was because of the loose duct and told them about it. They claimed that the loose connection couldn't possibly cause that code which is the opposite of what both AI and a senior automotive engineer told me. I think they thought I was trying to use that code to get something out of them, but really I just wanted the loose duct to be the cause of the code so that I didn't have to worry about a completely different problem. (That code hasn't returned since they reconnected the intake duct.) So, I spent about 30 minutes trying to tighten that band clamp myself, 30 minutes driving to and from the shop, and 45 minutes waiting for them to reconnect the duct. If I were the service manager at the shop, I would have instructed my reps to offer a free oil change, etc on my next visit for the trouble and to maintain customer satisfaction. But, I barely got an apology for the mistake. I will say that there are really good customer service reps at this shop. I just didn't get them on this visit. And I do think they are, on the whole, an honest shop. But, I may look around to see if there's someone better after this last experience. EDIT: I'm editing my review of Arrow after getting the response below with an extra star. I appreciate that they want to improve their customer satisfaction. Finding a shop that wants to charge a reasonable price for honest work while being managed to run at a profit so they can stay in business is tough. I'll be returning to Arrow for my next service.

Make sure you request a copy of the estimate, the person I talked to gave me an estimate for $1600 and wasn't paying attention and quoted me for completely different car I don't own, I called a second time and I was quoted $2100. Poor customer service, I don't know how you confuse a highlander for a rav4.

Paid over $4000 to these guys for repairs on my audi. Pulled the engine out to replace coolant pipes for my twin turbo and didn’t notice or mention that my timing belt needed replacing soon. A few months after paying them all that my timing belt slips and grenades my engine. Great! Now all the repairs I paid for were for nothing. Don’t trust any “inspection” or maintenance recommendations from this place if you value your car get a second opinion. Robbed me of $4000+ and a working car because I falsely believed they were euro car experts. Negligent service at extremely high prices is all you’ll find here.

purchased a vehicle with an inspection from arrows automotive drove the car 15 miles and needed 10 thousand dollars in repairs. clearly they have some scam running with PNW dealership

Nick and his team really went the distance for me in tracking down and solving a mysterious problem that had kept my 2015 Fiat 500e off the road for more than a year! On top of that, they worked with my after-market warranty provider to get as much of the work covered as possible, every step of the way. I just cannot say enough good things about these folks. Prior to the Fiat saga, they had already taken excellent/efficient care of my other vehicles over the years, and earned my trust through their fair dealings, candid feedback and reliably excellent service. Highly recommend!!

Loved the service. We had taken our Hyundai Elantra to Arrows Automotive to get our car checked out and they provided us with in depth descriptions of repairs needed to be done with our vehicle and had given us all opinions so we didn’t feel like we didn’t have a choice. The communication was great and a big shoutout to Chelsea for being so communicative throughout the whole time my vehicle was in the shop! Highly recommend 😊

They took care of me. I had to leave my car for repairs and they provided a Lyft to/from home. Would have provided a rental car if I wanted. Friendly service and full check of my car. Had multiple items completed at the same time. Very pleased.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Straightforward and effective diagnosis. Dropped off before work at 7AM, picked up after work at 4PM. Felt very heard by the diagnostics and staff. Gifted communication and customer service from Chelsea. As I was killing time watching baseball at the nearby restaurant waiting for the work complete confirmation, they called and offered to come pick me up! Yet another reason to support a small business and avoid the big dealership mechanics. Thankful we found this business.

Saved me $1500+ after I bent my steering axle and had to pay out of pocket. While multiple other shops refused to do the repair without ripping out the whole steering assembly, Chelsea from Arrows worked with me to repair just what needed to be fixed. My car has been driving great now for months!

UPDATE FEB 2024: Arrows has all of my business now. They are efficient, thorough, kind, and professional. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been so informative and friendly. The costs are around what I expected for my vehicle’s needs. I really want to drive home the point about their kindness and professionalism. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I appreciate that the employees break down the information into easy-to-follow pieces. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable and empowered when making decisions about my vehicle. I’ve never felt this way about a shop before, so it felt important to share :) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great experience here! Andy was incredibly kind and patient with me on the phone as we worked out a plan for my Jeep. At my appointment, Chelsea was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for their customer service alone. I will update once I have my repaired car and will comment on quality, time, etc.

These folks were great! I needed a pre-purchase inspection done and since I was out of town, Arrows Automotive were the only ones willing to pickup/dropoff the vehicle for me from the nearby dealership. They were friendly and helpful, thorough with the inspection, and called me to go over the results on the phone. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. Reasonable price and they were able to schedule me on quite short notice too. I would definitely go to them again and recommend them.

Arrow’s Automotive is a team of helpful, responsive and talented professionals! I have had unfortunate car luck in the last few years, and I have never been so confident in choosing a team to take care of my car as I am when I choose Arrow’s. They are clear about pricing, communicative during the process, and very honest in what they can do (and what isn’t their specialty, like full tire replacement… they can do it, it just isn’t the focus of business!). I had a few haywire circumstances the last time I took my car in, and the whole team was very helpful and kind in getting me sorted. From Thomas at the service desk, Bonnie in scheduling, Mo in the shop (and other techs I didn’t get the name of!), and Paul in ownership, I can confidently say I will take my cars to Arrow’s any time there is a need.

I was recommended to Arrow by another mechanic that said my car gave too many codes for them to work on it. Arrow came through with a much better price than they quoted me. They figured out that they didn't need the part they thought, and was able to fix the car for much less. Most mechanics, knowing you're willing to pay more would have taken advantage of that, not Arrow. Thomas at the front desk was so polite, and even asked me after I paid if I had any more questions that he may not have answered already. A real gentlemen! Top notch. I'm already planning on taking another car I have in to Arrow. Forget the rest, these guys are great!!

Went for a oil change and they were pretty awesome! They provide a pretty decent inspection at no extra cost as well as the severity of each issue they might find. They even rotated my tires for free because my front tires were really bad. I will for sure be bringing all my vehicles here for all future service/repairs

Someone had accidentally scratched my Range Rover however when I took my car in for some maintenance issues they returned the vehicle with all the repairs I brought it in for fixed and even fixed the scratch in my car for free! They told me it was an easy fix and they were happy to do it. What an awesome shop! Very professional and honest as well Bonnie and Paul the owner were amazing to work with 10/10 recommended I will never take any of my cars anywhere else for service. Thanks again guys!

As far as I know, they did an amazing job! The only thing so notice was my car now makes a clicking noise, which it didn’t have before, but it seems to be from either a belt or something that is possible a little loose? No idea. But I know my car is running a million times better, and they were super friendly and helpful, and there was no headache involved. Also, the prices were great. After my last experience with another company over charging me and screwing me over, this is a pleasant surprise. They have changed my opinion of “all mechanics being crooks”. I’m glad to know there are some decent mechanics out there. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing shop and excellent service. Been there twice over the last couple of years and highly recommend to others. My official dealer (another place) screwed something up and tried to charge to diagnose it. Arrows took a quick look, identified the problem and offered to fix it for a reasonable price. Worked very well and was very fast. Great waiting area with free wifi and coffee.

My new repair shop. First experience was fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff. The desk clerk called the mechanic into the lobby so i could discuss the work that needed to be done. Rather than pass along the information, they want to make sure to get it right. Place looks clean and busy. They clearly know their stuff. Many different makes and models that i could see in the shop area. They treated my 1998 Suburban like the late model Mercedes that i saw in there. Work was done in one day. I'll be coming back for sure. I have to.... my Suburban is a piece of %#@!. But i still love it.

Every single experience I have had with Arrows Automotive has been extremely positive (and I don't say that lightly because I loath most anything that has to deal w/cars). They are genuine, reasonably priced, do exceptional work and have a great deal of experience with European cars. I drive an Audi and am confident that they will always take good care of me without gauging me on price. The owners are wonderful and have even walked me to my when it was dark outside and to make sure they removed floor mats, etc.. All to say, that I highly recommend and I will continue to have all of my service done here! You wont be disappointed.

Arrows is awesome in every way! We’ve been taking our car to them for years and they’ve always done us right! Paul and his crew are honest, knowledgeable, and do great work! I was recently on my way to an appointment when I noticed the temperature gauge rising. I called Arrows and they talked me through how to check to make sure it was safe to drive to the shop. They got me in the same day and an hour later they knew it was a bad radiator (car is 20 years old). They got me all fixed up for a reasonable price and now we’re back on the road! You can trust that you’re in good hands with Arrows! Thanks Arrows! A++++
