From the moment I walked into Lake City Toyota I had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, no pressure & they were willing to work with me & help me find what suited my needs. It culminated in me ultimately buying a vehicle from them, and the process was smooth & pain free. I will look to them again when the time comes and they are heartily recommended. There are other Toyota dealerships closer to where I live but it’s LC Toyota from here on out for me.

I’ve been bringing my cars to Toyota Lake City for the past ten years. I trust them, which is very important to me. The work is excellent, efficient (I don’t have to wait long), and the staff really know what they are doing. Yaro is the man. I purchased a used ‘99 Ford but he treated me like I was buying new. He was very transparent and took time to make sure I understood what I was purchasing. His level of care seemed genuinely exceptional, even calling me the next morning to make sure I made the long drive home safe. I’d recommend Yaro to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

The service team led by Greg were absolutely incredible! I needed to get a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was going to purchase at a nearby dealer. Greg was able to squeeze me in before I took the 3 hour drive and quickly informed me that they had found some damage to the frame among many other things. Saved my daughter from buying a POS from a shady business. The inspection report was thoroughly done and worth every dollar.

I hope the mechanics performed the services for which I paid. I wonder because of the lack of attention in other areas. I was never texted or called to say that my car was finished. I waited all day and finally called after 4:00 because they closed at 5:00. When I picked my car up, my settings were not put back. I expect that they will turn off my auto lights and wipers and adjust the seat. But why do they need to change my radio station to AM static? Also, my heater was turned up to 78 degrees, but the fan was turned down to low. They took everything out of the back of my car and then threw it all back in. It was all jumbled, and they broke the handle off the organizer. With all these issues, I wonder what kind of service my car received.

We were looking for a vehicle for our business and had seen a vehicle ad from lake City Toyota that we were interested in. We arranged to meet the salesman, Jimmy, When we showed up he was very friendly and helpful in showing us the car. We decided to purchase it. The finance director who assisted us was Shay. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The entire experience was very timely and pleasant. We would certainly recommend Lake City Toyota to anyone.

I had a great experience with Toyota’s service department yesterday. My service advisor, Zach, was efficient, kind, and made the whole process smooth from the start. They even offered a shuttle to get me home, which I really appreciated. There was a small hiccup when I came to pick up my car after hours and my key had been left locked in the service department. That said, Toyota absolutely made it right. The service manager, Dave, stepped in immediately, and Eric from sales went above and beyond by personally driving me home that night. To top it off, my key was dropped off to me at home the very next morning. Mistakes happen but how a team handles them matters, and Toyota handled this exceptionally well. I truly felt taken care of. I’ll definitely be continuing all of my vehicle maintenance at this Toyota location going forward. Highly recommend. — Jane

This visit was for my free 6 month service, I purchased my 2025 Crown Signia last summer. The service department is huge with an incredible amount of bays. It’s clean and efficient. As I waited in my car (signage was excellent asking me to wait), I noticed the preparation and care that was being given to the cars in front of me prior to going to one of the bays. Disposable floor mats and seat covers, they even vacuumed first. Andrew greeted me by name, asked if I had any questions or concerns and if I intended to wait in the lounge or needed a ride. The lounge, comfortable seating and spacious. The only thing I’d suggest is a larger coffee/tea area. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars: I received a text the day before telling me to click the link when I arrived which was efficient. I did so while parked outside thinking I’d be told to drive in. The response was that the service department had been notified I was there, not to proceed in. For a first time service customer, that should be added to the response. Excellent service!

Customer service at this dealership in the past year has improved so much. Yesterday they squeezed me in last minute for an unexpected check I needed on my vehicle. They were truly swamped with appointments that day. A reasonable wait time and an extremely fair price for the diagnostics done. Thank you, Tony (the service advisor) and Lake City Toyota for making this a low stress visit!

I've been looking at purchasing a truck for awhile. Doing research can be dizzing and test driving trucks at different companies/dealers can be exhausting. My experience at Toyota of Lake City was a stress free experience. Eric, was a phenomenal sales rep that was professional and didn't pressure me into anything. He was honest and sought to understand my needs. He went above and beyond to get this deal done by personally driving a tacoma to my home so my pregnant wife could test drive. I know this was after a long day but he always remained professional. Finally, Shay closed out the financial process that felt stress free and genuine. Please continue to train and foster a culture of genuine connections which I believe is the best recipe to acheive positive outcome metrics. Thank you and take care.

While we are thankful for the complimentary shuttle service that we used during our last appointment, we would have really appreciated timely updates on the status of the service itself. We were given a three hour estimate on a regular oil change service which was was fine but, it was only after we called back to check in at the +2hr mark that we were told that there was an additional recall service being done that was taking longer. While it was great that a recall issue was being taken care of, we would’ve appreciated a quick update about it. I don’t mind the slow service (I’m sure there are any number of reasons for this) because the quality of work is there, but at least a short less than 2 minutes call from the service agent would have gone a long way in terms of how I planned the rest of the day. Time is valuable to all of us and this recognition should be in the forefront of customer service in general.

Had a great customer service experience with Ibrahim Ahmad getting routine maintenance for my first 5k miles on my Rav4. Ibrahim was super friendly, knowledgeable, & extremely pleasant to interact with. I was able to use the guest the guest WIFI to take care of business on my tablet while I waited in the lobby for the 90 minute appointment. Lucky for me, my service was completed almost 15 minutes ahead of schedule & I was able get on with my day but not before Ibrahim could send me with a free car wash coupon. Super cool surprise. Customer service was 10/10 Thank you Mr Ahmad!

I had a great experience purchasing my Corolla at Lake City Toyota. I contacted several Toyota dealers around Seattle. I first visited a dealer in Bellevue because they claimed to offer a better deal, but the experience was disappointing. I waited over an hour to meet a salesperson, and the manager later denied the agreed-upon price. When I showed the text message on my phone, he even scrolled through other messages without my permission, which felt very unprofessional. When I came to Lake City Toyota, I expected something similar. but the experience was completely different. Adnan was my salesperson, and the process was smooth and respectful. There was no negotiation needed. he honored the exact price we discussed over text and did not pressure me to purchase any add-ons. The entire process was quick, transparent, and stress-free.highly recommend Lake City Toyota to anyone looking for a straightforward and trustworthy car-buying experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Lake City for your car purchasing needs. I drove from Federal Way to test drive a car and it was worth the distance. Derek was my salesperson and he was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I had to bring my Granddaughter and her friend along, he was so sweet to them and included them in the process. The lady at the front donated 2 granola bars from her personal stash because they were hungry. Lance gave me an excellent value for my trade in and re-assured me about the used car I was purchasing by sharing his extensive knowledge about the car. The car had tires that were worn (I had noticed on the test drive that the tires were not new), but not to the point of quite needing replacement. When I was introduced to Lance he brought it up and said they do things the right way and had already ordered 4 new tires which I came back and had conveniently installed the following week. The financing person I worked with was also amazing. It was truly a wonderful experience. I felt welcome, at ease without pressure, and could tell that this dealership and their employees especially Derek have a high level of integrity and respect.

I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, and this was, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had. I had a very specific truck in mind, and not only did Caitlin at Toyota of Lake City track it down for me, she also facilitated getting some extra stuff done on it that I wanted. She was knowledgeable, communicated proactively throughout the entire process, and was incredibly kind and easy to work with. *UPDATE as of 12/30/25* The GM Chris reached out to us personally and apologized. He offered to send a check to cover the costs of the repairs that we had to pay out of pocket for. My suggestion is that if you are having any issues with any of the employees there to directly contact the GM Chris. Update as of 12/23/25: we did call and ask to speak to the sales manager and his response to us was “My guys did good work on your car. We are done here.” We bought the 2013 Sequioa from them on 12/6/25. They stated that they performed an all vehicle inspection as well as work on the brakes. We literally bought the sequioa two weeks ago and drove down to visit family for the holidays and found that our brakes were bad when we brought them into another Toyota to look at it. This is what they sent us home in. DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE SKETCHY!

I highly recommend Roan as a salesperson. Roan took time to listen to my requests, search for a vehicle that fit my requirements, and wasn't pushy. When I requested him to wait for me to reach back out, that's exactly what happened. There was no aggressive sales tactics. Additionally, Roan assisted in finding the exact match for me and got it transferred over to this location within 24 hours. The finance was super straight forward, as a COSTCO Executive member, there was a significant discount as well. The finance team was straight with all the prices of each package I asked about, gave me the different options and even negotiated. They provided me more than I expected for my trade in and worked up a great deal for me. I'm very happy and will continue to recommend Roan and the rest of the Sales and Finance team at Toyota of Lake City.

I had a fantastic experience buying my Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid with Ocean. We handled almost the entire deal via email and text - no unnecessary calls or dealership visits - which was exactly what I wanted. Ocean was transparent, responsive, and had the car perfectly prepped (mudguards installed and detailed) when we arrived. While the finance department was a bit backed up on the paperwork side, Ocean kept everything professional and smooth. If you want a straightforward, stress-free buying experience, ask for Ocean!

Met with Eric a couple weeks ago looking for a a new truck. The entire process from A-Z was smooth sailing. Eric worked through getting us into a vehicle we liked and wanted. Truck was ready to go when I arrived. Next to finance with the extra coverages of warranty and Toyota care with Alex. Alex was very attentive and patient in showing us through the paperwork. We were out of there in no time with something we now feel safe and secure in. Hands down the easiest car buying experience with zero pressure. Recommend this dealership for any new buyers!
