Good service and fast work. I needed the AC in my car fixed. I called in the afternoon. Judy was quick to schedule me to drop off next morning. Bill identified the problem and resolved it by mid day. 1.5 units of R134A cost $82.5. Labor for recharging AC was $120 if anyone is curious how much it cost to recharge AC. Perfect spot for Stopping at Chick-fil-A for brunch if you must wait while your vehicle is getting serviced.

I started taking my truck to Edwards maybe 8 years ago, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've always been helpful and informative, and I've always felt like they've given me the necessary info to make decisions without feeling pressured for a particular outcome.

This was my first time with Edwards Automotive Service and I am very pleased. Judy at the front desk was really pleasant and Bill the owner was great at communication. My older car was diagnosed, fixed and ready much sooner than I anticipated. The communication and service is very much appreciated, I will be a return customer.

Bill and Corey are some of the last honest mechanics around. Prices are fair and friendly conversation. Made a lifetime customer out of me and happily recommend to others.

Corey and Bill do excellent thorough work and I've been happy with the results every time my car or my boyfriend's has needed work done. They charge a fair price, they don't cut corners and they're very good at what they do. If they fix something, it stays fixed.

I've been taking my cars, both foreign and domestic, to Edwards for a few decades now. I've recommended them to friends and colleagues. You won't find a more skilled and honest mechanic. Today, I picked up my car, and the repair was $600 less than quoted (didn't need as many parts as expected). In 45 years of owning cars, this may be the only mechanic I've ever used that doesn't up-charge. He also explains the repairs in a manner that is understandable to a non-mechanic. Considering they couldn't accept my van but, kind enough to have it parked for a day at the lot while I figured out where to fix my van. Friendly service and awesome staff with professionalism written on their heads as DOPE. I recommend not having a transmission out before you see them

Another auto shop quoted me $4000 in repairs and I brought it to Edwards Automotive for a second opinion. It turned out to be a very simple fix! Bill was so kind and took the time to explain everything to me, was honest and very fair with pricing. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone, just top-notch service!

There is not a more honest, or harder working shop around. Took my VW to Bill over at Edward’s where he patiently worked with me over the holiday season to complete a big job for my vehicle. What was initially scheduled to be a multi-day repair ended up being a single day due to Bill working through the evening. Edward’s also managed to be the lowest price by several hundred dollars. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. The people are salt of the earth, and their work is top notch.

Decided to get my battery replaced here instead of my dealership’s shop due to the outstanding reviews. I was not disappointed with my service! Not only was the staff incredibly kind, they were very descriptive and quick. I even paid less than I was originally quoted! I am not originally from the area and have been looking for a go to place for car repairs. I have now found it! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an auto body shop.

I had a broken oil pan after running over some nasty road debris. I was able to leave it in the parking lot after having it towed over the weekend and the problem was taken care of by Monday at 2pm just in time for me to make it to my job in time. They also filled up my coolant for me all for a reasonable price with a AAA discount. I was very satisfied with the service.

I moved to Seattle in 2017 thankfully I haven't had any car issues in the last 5 years but this year has been a doozy. After a couple of other shops thankfully I found Edwards Automotive and entrusted them with my repairs. I work for UPS and it being Christmas time I didn't have a lot of spare time and especially didn't have time for a broken car. Bill was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle within 5 days (12/22 -12/27). Great service and great price, if your like me and don't know where to bring your vehicle bring it here they will take care of you ! Thank you for all of your help and getting me back on the road!

Bill is a good guy. Didn't charge me for trying to put on a cat guard on my car that didn't work. You can just tell they're in it to do a good job and not just for the money.

Bill and the crew are great. We had a sudden car issue at Chick-fil-A - they let us bring my car over right away, diagnosed the problem, called us for authorization to do the work, and had my car back to us before 24 hours went by. Courteous, ASE Gold, honest and awesome people. 10/10 would recommend.

Bill helped me to fix my turn signals, making time in between other appointments and even ordering a part for me and completing the part switch in great time! He was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the diagnostic very clearly. Such a breath of fresh air! Definitely recommend this place to people who want straightforward help with no pressure to spend more than you need to!

Car was acting funny on drive from CA., so I stopped driving, rented a truck and tow bar to get back to WA. Found Edward's Automotive as a recommended site on AAA website, and I could see why. I highly recommend them, and was so nice to have a honest mechanic. I will fully recommend them to friends and family. They will have my business. If I could give 10 stars, they deserve it.

The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. I've found it can be intimidating getting service from a mechanic being a young woman that knows nothing about cars yet wants to learn and get a fair price. Here I was treated respectfully, given a fair price and good service. The people working here have been working there a long time and know what they are doing.

George and his crew are top notch. They treat our 3 cars like they were their own. I can't say enough positive things about their integrity and the quality of their work. No fancy waiting room or free coffee, but fair prices for a job well done!

This place is fantastic...The other reviews are well deserved and I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional repair shop. From the moment I walked in and spoke to both John and Bill, I knew my vehicle and I were in excellent hands. John has been very courteous and helpful with all my questions and price inquiries. Bill was also very nice and this guy has probably been wrenching on cars before alot of these cars and drivers on the street were even born and it shows. Professional quality, honest reliable work and competitively priced value...thats all anyone can ask for, and this place is one of those unicorns of the auto repair world...Make sure you check them out Update 5/2015 - the above review was based on the work they did for my 1987 Ford Ecoline 350 two months ago and I still stand by every word. This review is based on the work they did on my 2000 Mercury Mountaineer. I had them do three major projects (starter, thermostat, and radiator) and once again they did a fantastic job. They fixed my battery cable set up without me asking and now it looks better and performs better and I really appreciated that. I still cannot speak more highly about this place and I am very fortunate to have found them.

This is one of the few businesses I miss after moving out of Seattle. I was referred to Edwards by my neighbour and was impressed by their honesty and customer focus. On a few occasions, I was talked out of service that was not needed at the time. (I often do my own maintenance and would rate my aptitude well above average re. automotive maintenance and repair. I'm simply not tooled up to do all aspects of maint. & repair on the newer vehicles.)

I have been using Edwards Automotive for about 3 years now, and have had a better experience with them than I have had with any other auto maintenance shop. They have integrity, are always very helpful, and always finish their work on-time, or ahead of schedule. They always call to inform me about what they found or what their recommendations are, before doing any work. No doubt I will continue to take my vehicles there!
