Drivers were kind and helpful after a big accident, and Linda the receptionist was very kind as well. She helped us retrieve our belongings from our totaled car and held onto them for us when we had no way to get down there. The staff was amazing and made a bad experience much more bearable.

Jacob the driver provided me with information, he took good care of my car when he towed it, it was great working with him. When I went in person Linda helped me out, she notice me right away and guided me thru the steps o needed to do, I sign some things and went on my way, I really like Linda’s customer service, she took good care of me. Thank you both ?
James was a wonderful help in a very scary time for me. Saved me from the side of a highway on-ramp in the rain on a Thursday night and brought me home. Will use Mt View Towing for all my future towing needs!
In general going to a tow company/ impound yard is usually a bad day. However, this turned out to be a rather pleasant experience with a very kind person working the desk. Thank you for your kindness and understanding along with the coaching and tips to get the situation handled. We don't want to have to return, but if life says we are doing this again. I'd look forward to working with you guys in the future.
One time my friend and me tried to flat tow a beater brown f250 in the cold and dark on a tow strap. I was desperate and The owner helped me and was nice and gave me a good price since i was close by

I recently had an accident that required my car to be towed from the scene. From the driver to the office staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since I live nearby, they kindly offered to drop me off at my house. They even brought my car along so I could empty my belongings before taking it to their storage lot while awaiting my insurance company. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area who needs a tow. Thank you!
I don't even know what to say. I really can't thank the driver enough, I wish I had gotten his name. I was his last tow of the night on a Sunday and I waited 2 hours for SeattleTow to never show up, in tears, in the dark. Mom told me to call this company and what can I say, mother knows best. I had such an awful week, my line busting was the cherry on top, he really just went above and beyond and restored a significant amount of faith I had lost back into humanity. Thank you. I'll only ever call this company from now on anywhere in Seattle, they earned themselves a lifetime customer and endless positive word of mouth.

By the hour service. Pay for the drivers ride back base which they calculate and add. 4% card fee not mentioned at booking. Driver didn’t have card reader and I had to give my card info over the phone, which seemed super sketch.

These guys were the best. My window got smashed, my tools stolen, and my tire slashed. They came out, lifted up my jeep and swapped tires out in no time at all, for a very fair price, all things considered.
I don't think anybody likes towing yards when your vehicle has been impounded and broke down on the side of the highway in less than half an hour it was gone and it went there couldn't even get into the vehicle to get belongings purse and ID to prove anything where the release of interest was also and from what I'm understanding motor mount was gone also so no I don't like it at all
Yesterday I was moving a trailer and I didn't realize I had a low tire. The tire came off the wheel, and a lug nut broke off when I tried to change the tire. I called my local Tire Factory (5 stars for them too!) and they recommended Stan's. They arrived on time, were professional and safe with my truck, and got it to the tire place quickly and affordably. I will only use Stan's from now on.
The guy that showed up was awesome, he was quick, didn't lollygag and new what he was doing. Got me and my truck to where we needed to be and parked it perfectly how I asked. I live on a very narrow busy, residential street and he was in and out without anyone the wiser.... If you're in the White Center/Delridge area then I recommend giving them a call if you need a tow.
I was in a fairly bad car accident recently. I was an emotional mess when it happened and the man who towed my car was so kind and gentle with me. It really helped a pretty bad situation not get any worse! They were equally kind when I went in to collect my belongings from the car.
With all this bad press about tow companies floating around I felt like I had to tell people about this place as they're not all bad!
I needed a jump start today and after calling another well rated place that told me they didn't have any trucks available (huh?!?) I tried Stan's next and talked to a gal on the phone that was able to quote me a reasonable price over the phone and said they'd call me back in a few minutes to let me know when a driver was on the way.
Not 2 minutes later I get a call from a guy that said he was about 10 minutes out and would be there as soon as he could. True to his time he came and got me all set up, told me I didn't have to worry about anything and could stay in my car and he'd take care of the rest. Once my car started back up he let me know the cost (exactly the same as the previous girl quoted) and after I mentioned I needed a receipt for reimbursement he asked who I was going through. Since it was State Farm he mentioned that they can typically bill them directly and he offered to have the office take care of it and if there was any trouble they'd just call and let me know and mail me a receipt instead. Couldn't have been easier and he couldn't have been nicer. He also let me know that beyond towing and jumps, they can help if you're out of gas or any other roadside issues. Hopefully I won't be a frequent customer but if I ever need car assistance again, these guys are on the top of my list!
