FOR CONTEXT I APPLIED FOR AN OLD USED CAR 500 down, 10k MONTHLY INCOME AND THEY WANTED 4-5000 CASH DOWN. THATS THE AUCTION PRICE THEY WANT TO RECOVER THEIR COST AND SELL YOU ON ANOTHER 5-6k with a lender. ABSOLUTELY LAUGHABLE. AGAIN, DONT BUY INTO THEIR SUSPICIOUS PRACTICES.

Went in to trade in my car and Vivian was an awsome salesman, Not pushy at all. Decided to opt out of the after purchase warranty. On the way home realized the driver side window did not work. I called and they asked if I could take it back. And fixed it at no cost. No fault of there own and had no obligation but still took care of the problem for me. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I visited Wild West several times as they have a lot more manual vehicles than most dealerships; I was looking to buy one to practice stick for circuit-style auto-racing. I had the pleasure of working with Austin to test out several cars over multiple trips. I'll say right now, if you can have him as your salesman, do it. I never felt pressured to buy anything, he listened to my specifications, and gave me his experienced take on all different types of cars that helped narrow down the selection. Bore with me as I test drove a couple mustangs and audis while I was fairly new to stick. Dude is a car guy, and you can tell he has a passion for them, which translates to an informed and honest buying experience. Though I didn't end up purchasing a car at Wild West (the car I landed on was not in their inventory at the time), working with Austin left a great impression and I'd recommend anyone to try to work with him while at Wild West. We had such a good experience shopping for our daughter’s first car here! Austin was incredible in helping us get down to the price we wanted and my daughter left extremely happy in her Audi. It is a wonderful feeling when you have genuine people who truly care about serving customers. My son wanted to buy car from Wild West cars in lake city Washington. The owner , Son and staff treated us like family. They were very honest, caring and humble. They paid great attention to details and we purchased the car and walked away feeling great and grateful. Months passed and my son car was damaged by a hit and run. My son contacted them to see if they could help. They went above and beyond what one would expect. They replaced totally damaged driver side mirror at little cost, they went further and will cover the cost of buffing the many scratches on the side of the car! Honestly, we never experienced such a remarkable and outstanding service before. I bought a used Honda Insight from them and had been loving it, but unfortunately it got damaged in a hit and run. They were incredibly helpful at Wild West both with the initial sale and trade in, and with the repair process. Can't recommend them enough, incredible service

Great buying experience! Not pushy. Kevin Clements was very easy to work with. I negotiated a great price on a very nice Miata, and he offered wholesale service price for the convertible top repair it needed. I'm very happy with what was a very well-maintained car!

The team at Wild West was great, was in a pinch after a long distance move and needed a new vehicle. Researched the service history, mileage, and oil changes and got a great deal. They even knocked about 2k off of the listing price! Immediately took the car on an 800 mile trip and couldn’t be happier.

Nicest guys ever. They did more than what was ever expected of them. Indefinitely better than any other dealership experience I have had. They helped me finance my 2013 bmw and got me the cheapest insurance I have ever seen even with my super questionable driving record. I came with my sister for moral support for her to find a new car. Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming. They had snacks and drinks and a nice big t.v and comfy couches to relax on while you wait. My sister left happy with a Car of her liking. They worked with her on what she can afford before going forward with the car she really liked. I will definitely recommend them to others and will be coming here myself later in the future. :)

Nicest dealership. Friendly and attentive people. Accommodating. But check the car in every way you can before buying. There were a slew of things not perfect with this car I got that seemed perfect when I got it. The dealership would have surely noticed these things too because in sure they looked at the car a fair amount but they didn’t mention it because they want it sold. With some harder inspecting I would have noticed. Some things were mechanical (not extremely bad but bad enough to need fixing). Other cosmetic that were hidden due to where the defects were located and not easy to see on a typical test drive. I love my Audi a4 but from a private party, knowing about these things wrong with it, it would have been about 1/3 less expensive.

Please listen to the other reviews they are terrible for a very good reason. Went to view the 2015 prius c they have and was assured it was in perfect condition, so I drove an hour to look at it. Thankfully I'm a mechanic and not the sucker they thought I was. Heres what I saw after 30 seconds of looking at it; The tires were so bald it was actually illegal for them to sell it in that condition. The brake rotors were rusted and heavily grooved, the brake pads were less than 3mm and the car had zero coolant. They didn't even know the difference between the engine and hybrid coolant system and ran the engine without coolant. The "service vehicle immediately" light was flashing wich was another delightful surprise. They then said they would consider "helping me" with the cost of all these basic repairs they have a legal and ethical obligation to do themselves. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt despite their reviews but they proved all too correct. They obviously buy cars from repo or dealer/salvage auctions stick them out on the lot as it with no inspection and hope for the best. For people who lie for a living they arnt very good at it.

Absolutely awesome. They had over 100 vehicles less than $20k and they had by far the largest collection of clean vehicles for $10k or less. Fair prices and honest staff. Great facility and love that they are owned and operated by a nice family. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers! I definitely recommend and will be back for my next car!!!

I made the decision to buy another Mazdaspeed3 after my last one was totaled in a hit and run and found one in excellent condition here at Wild West Cars and Trucks. Everyone I talked to was super down to earth and transparent. They also did a good job making sure the mazdaspeed3 they picked up was one in great shape. I swapped over some parts from my totaled Speed3 and got ahead on maintenance. I replaced the timing chain the other day and the engine looks and drives like it’s got 100,000 less miles than what it actually has. Really the only feedback I would give would be to get fresh spark-plugs, besides that the car and buying experience was perfect!

A+ service. Easy financing experience. Very flexible with allowing inspection. In and out in about 3 hours with the car, not counting having the car inspected. Car was as advertised as listed. Excellent vehicle. Even better people here. If you're looking for a low/no pressure experience you wont be disappointed. If you're looking for quality vehicles and a car guy's taste in vehicles, look no further. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful people to deal with our sales rep. Ryan was amazing. Helped us every step of the way and stayed up late at night getting our new car detailed out perfectly. It was fun to visit with the owner. He was very inspiring not just as a car dealership owner, but as a human being, we loved the specialty cars, especially that big yellow bronco inside. I bought my new BMW 528i from Wild West Cars and Trucks, a family owned dealership with Integrity and Quality/Luxury Cars/Trucks. Many cars to choose from, and they also provided a CarFax! My Salesman was Brandon, who is Awesome, Professional, Patient and Honest. He made sure that I left with the car that I wanted. He didn't try to put me in a car that I didn't want. Had been looking for a specific car for 3 months, they had it, went it and got the deal done, very cool atmosphere , dope showroom of cars inside, and overall a great experience, would definitely recommend this place to someone, shoutout Ryan!

I recently came in & picked up one of my favorite vehicles of all time that they had on the lot, Ryan & the owner were super friendly & I came in on the later side about 6pm & they close at 7:30, they stayed late until almost 9pm helping me get in my dream car! Inbetween conversations about the car I was interested in & the amazing collection of showroom cars & trucks they have inside was one of the funnest car buying experiences I’ve had. The whole team was super friendly and knowledgeable and you could tell they are genuine car lovers and care about what drives on and off their lot. As far as the vehicle I purchased. I love it, I can’t describe how happy it makes me driving the car I have always wanted. 10/10 would recommend these guys if your looking at getting a new car!

Car buying can be a very stressful event. I've spent the last several weeks researching vehicles. Talked to a few dealers visited a couple showrooms. Wild West Cars & Trucks was by far the best experience I had. They have a truly magnificent showroom. Large and spacious, but very homey. They even had very comfortable chairs arranged in front of a roaring fireplace in the corner. The staff was great. Personable and welcoming. I purchased a beautiful Buick Enclave that they advertise as the best price in the area. And it was. I got a very fair deal. The as-is vehicle was clean and spotless inside and out. Their inventory is large and diverse. The bad, I'm still giving them 5 stars, but it was not disclosed that the passenger side headlamp cover was completely broken. The headlight is fully operational, but the lamp cover needs to be replaced. And truthfully, that's on me. I did not notice it before making the purchase. You can see from this picture it's actually kind of hard to see. Otherwise, this is the most solid used car dealership from top to bottom I've ever experienced. You can buy a car here and feel confident you're getting a good deal from good people.

I bought a car, and on the way home it was overheating. As I bought the car as is, no warranty, I knew that I was on my own. I did let them know about the problem, and they insisted on giving me a loaner as well as having the vehicle repaired. This was service way beyond anything that I expected ! If I need another vehicle, I will certainly check with Wild West first !

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My wife and I went looking for another vehicle to replace her car that blew up. We tried shopping dealerships in our area, for a clean used SUV, that would meet her option requirements and high expectations. We ended up at a well known Toyota dealership, in Bellevue, made a deal on a clean SUV, signed the contract. After having the vehicle almost 1 month, ordered accessories for it etc, the dealership called us and said that the credit union we were financing through wasn't honoring the contract and we needed to return the vehicle. We were furious! We have great credit etc, it was due to extended warranty we had negotiated. Watch out for WSECU! We found a Cadillac on Craigslist we liked at Wild West Cars and Trucks, and scheduled a showing with Zach. The Cadillac was nice, but after talking with Randy, Zach's dad and the owner, we noticed many more clean used SUVs, as he drew our attention to a super clean 2013 BMW X5. After a thorough test drive, and my wife falling in love with the X5, we sat down with Zach and were so pleased at how easy it was to reach an agreement. They showed us the Blue Book pricing, agreed to touch up a couple little scuffs on the door panels and we had our financing pre-approved, and off we went with a beautiful BMW, at a very reasonable price. They fixed the minor interior issues and even provided a loaner car. We appreciate all the staff at Wild West Cars and Trucks - Zach, Randy, Vivian, and Kevin.
