Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment but, Dan is one of the best!! They do good work, no hidden fees and they are courteous. I always leave with a smile on my face.

These guys are Great! They diagnosed the problem, did the repairs, and had my car ready at the agreed upon time. All for a fair price. When I arrived to pick up my car, they described the problem, explained the work that was done, and showed me the worn out, failed parts. All in all, an honest, hard-working, and talented crew. They definitely have my return-business.

These guys are a real asset to the neighbo, providing good service, fairly priced. They have serviced my cars for years, and I have always been happy with their work.

I wrote a 1 ? review 8 years ago. 8yrs later, I would like to change that to ?????. I had alternator issues with my '12 Focus & needed it fixed A.S.A.P! He initially said he would have to order the part & if I put down a deposit, he could have it done in two days. I took a deep breath & said ok & was ready to put down a deposit. He came back to me a few minutes later & told me if I were able to pay full price, he'd be able to take care of it that day, within a few hours. 3hrs later, my car was fixed. They saved my day! Very grateful. Thank you. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop I’ve ever been to. They took weeks to diagnose and explain the issue clearly to me, dragged their feet with the warrenty company and were quite disrespectful to my family (even going to the extend of handing up on me). I truly believe they have no idea what they’re doing or how to respectfully handle customers… I most definitely will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to them.

Family has been coming here for more than 15 years. They fix everything and always get me in and out. They are upfront and tell me everything and give recommendations. Very reasonable prices and great turn around time. My favorite mechanic shop in the area.

Look for A Sơn in the shop, he ordered and replaced my car battery in a quick and easy fashion ( weigh cheaper than the dealership with his discount for sure); also he gave me complimentary drinks and made me wait less than the dealership's wait times, definitely recommend for those who look to fix cars fast and spend less $ on replacing or repairing, thx a S & the Dan's Auto Shop staff! ?

My car’s water pump for electric motor was broken. I have a hybrid car. I went to Toyota dealership they quoted over $1300. I called to 5 car mechanics but no one can fix the problem for a hybrid car. When I took my car at Dan Auto they quoted me $370. It’s a $1,000 gap. Dan Auto used the same authentic brand of Toyota too. They quickly helped me fix my car with a very reasonable price. I couldn’t express how much I appreciate their services. Mr. Son said that he is very confident with electric cars and had over 20 years experience in car repair. I am so happy that finally I found this place.

Decent, helpful folks who let me use their air pump when I'd only asked for directions to one, and didn't want me to pay for it (which is rare these days!) I did anyway and would gladly come here again. Note: they were super busy at the time too.

My daughter lives within a block of him and there was this loud noise that sounded bad. I was worried about driving the car 30 mins to the guy I normally use. Called Dan's and he was able to get me in within the hour. In about 20 mins, he drove the car, put it up on a hoist, and showed me the issue. He told me the cost and that he could have it fixed within 4 hours. 4.5 hours later I picked up the car and the cost was 44 cents more than what he told me it would be. Got to respect and appreciate a shop that can get you in that fast and get the work done when they say, for the amount they say it will be....no call backs saying there are other issues and it will be more than the quote. My experience with him was great and I will use him again.

Good customer service, pricing and will have your car ready in a reasonable time. Dan's Auto repair is my go to for all my car problems....

excellent auto repair shop. we are from out of town visiting seattle for a road trip and my fuel pump died. Quang was super friendly and accommodating. he got the pump replaced within a few hours that same day. they even added extra transmission fluid for free. overall super fast service, friendly people and reasonable prices. i don’t usually write reviews but they earned it! highly recommend this shop

I came here to have my car's radiator to be check. The young asian man, Simon, with short hair provide excellent customer service since he was listening to my problem I was encountering with my car. He was patiently listening and inspect the car himself to tried to figure out what's the problem. Once he was able to diagnosis the problem, he wrote down and shown me a clear transparent cost listed for the service fix that was needed to be done on my car.

Great local shop. I needed my front brakes done, so I brought it in in the morning, and it was ready by the afternoon. Fair prices. Also good for me as it is only 1 block away from where I live. I recommend them. Shop local.

This is the worst place I have seen. They asked 800 Dollars to fix the ignation, but i did not accept and later could fix it in another repair shop for 120 only. Plus the people working there are very rude and impolite. Do not waste your time and money there.

This is a very very bad place to get your car fix, They charged $800 to replaced a pulley tensioner. Later I found out a pulley tensioner is only cost $100 plus 1 hour labor. (just remove radiator fan & 1 bolt to hold the pulley tensioner.) That was the last time I go to that shop, Don't go there, They are not honest people to deal with.

Great mechanics! Fast, meticulous, straight advice and price. When another shop suggested $400 in engine diagnostics, a friend referred me here where they did a simple test for free—and repaired my Toyota on the spot. They also caught and resolved an electrical wiring issue at no charge. Lucky to find Simon's winning combo: expert + on-your-side. Love them! #local

Fair and honest! I went in about an issue with my break light. The part could only be sourced from the dealership. They did not attempt to charge me for the initial look over and even told me that it (the tail light circuit thingy) was so easy that I could install it myself. I find that very rare for a small auto shop and I will be back with any issues I have with my jeep.
