This is full of scam here I told them I will file a case ask for paperwork which is my right to do since then they keep giving me a hard time. I paid $620 to release the vehicle and I went to the storage which 40 minutes away from another location and nobody’s there and they’re giving me excuses. There is no driver that can open the gate, blah blah blah blah and then I called them and I told them that I paid the fee and get my car out they’re telling me no so basically these people are scammers. Also I told them I don’t have insurance one lady Kmart and she’s saying that if I don’t have insurance if I go to court, I’m gonna get fine she’s telling me that because she doesn’t want me to go to court because they know that they’re gonna lose so they’re playing smart be careful with this scammers if anybody has same issue contact me I can add you on the case we can fight together, so this kind of scammers doesn’t exist anymore

Very poor customer service for B2B Impound pickup. Sent to alternate lot told someone was on-site and no one was as dispatch did not call anyone till after I had already arrived. Waisted my time and had to sit here far to long forcing me to call my next two customers and pushing them back while moving one to next day as lots close at 430 or 5.

Lang Towing came to my rescue today! I accidentally locked my keys in my car. It was cold and I was not properly dressed to stand outside. They were very quick to arrive and open my door so that I could retrieve my keys. All of the people I interacted with (on the phone and in person) were friendly and cared that I was waiting outside in the cold. Thank you so much!!

I am so grateful to call Lang Towing for my emergency situation due to tire explosion on 520 freeway on April 11. The company is Tesla roadside assistance recommended in the Seattle area. Adil, owner is very professional and responsive to my call and able to assist me within 1 hr He towed my Telsa and give me ride to discount tire safely and promptly in late evening I strongly recommend this company for towing services you need. IF I COULD RATE THEM -5 STARS I WOULD!! I was quoted $513.93 for an illegal tow ( U-Haul towed from clearly labeled loading / unloading zone on private property during a scheduled apartment move out .) I called and spoke with Ali for a total of 5 minutes to gather information about price & methods of accepted payment, needed documentation, location and the vehicle retrieval. Despite a lengthy and in depth conversation with Ali when I arrived at the property to pay, the total mysteriously increased almost $60 to $573.39 😒 When asked about the $59.43 price hike Ali sited the vehicle size….Which is strange because the tow invoice clearly stated the model, make and year in addition to him asking what type of vehicle it was when I initially spoke with him via phone prior to my arrival…. He also said that their 1hr 45 minute tow charge started when they initially received the call IDK but 1hr 45 minutes for a 13 mile (round trip) tow is diabolical. Not sure if it’s fishy, immoral or unorganized, either way be careful with these guys.. They’re a bit greasy. UPDATE: After paying the towing fee I was sent to another location in SODO to retrieve my vehicle. I immediately caught an uber from Ballard ( $69 might I add) & went directly to the tow yard in SODO. When I arrived the gates were locked and chained & there was no one insight. After waiting a few minutes and waling the perimeter to find the front door / access point the property I finally called the Ballard office. Although they quickly apologized & said someone should have been on property / in office to release the vehicle, that story quickly changed into needing 10 minutes to locate him, and that story then turned into "I could wait or just come back in 45 minutes because he was at lunch".. After waiting 45 minutes I called back again & was told that would be another 15 minutes because he was "stuck in traffic". When "Tony" finally arrived (over 1hr & 25 minutes after my initial arrival) he did so in an actual tow truck, meaning he was never "in the office, or at lunch" to begin with. He was actively out towing other cars. So.... Not only do they steal, illegally tow and price gauge they also lie.. I guess to sum it up these guys ( & the lady) are absolutely fishy & immoral.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner, Ali, is not communicative with customers or with his staff. Our car was towed illegally from our apartment complex, for which we had a parking pass. We had to drive to their office in Ballard to pay the fees and submit the paperwork, and then drive to their tow lot in West Seattle. Ali said he would call the lot attendant, Tony, and let him know we were coming to pickup the car. This did not happen. When we arrived at the lot, no one was there. We called the office and Tony himself multiple times, the only response we were given is that Tony was supposed to be there but was unresponsive. Ali said the soonest they could get a driver to the lot would be one hour, I guess the situation did not seem important enough to him because the driver was not dispatched for another hour after this. We waited for two hours outside of their gate, playing phone tag with this company and hardly getting any answers. It was $750 and a waste of the entire day to get this damn car back. Whoever Tony is, he should be fired, or a wellness check called in for him, because he was either committing time fraud or taking the most insane nap on the clock to have slept through a barrage of phone calls. On top of having wrongly towed the car, it was an entire day of no communication, being given the run around, and forced to wait around for hours because of this incompetent company. Good luck trying to call any kind of management or support line, because all of their numerous numbers listed direct straight to the same person.

Lang Towing was assigned to me via AllState. The tow truck assigned to me lied about reaching my location. Avoided my calls. And lied to me about his ETA. It was not until an hour of waiting past his due date that he finally revealed he got a flat tire. He kept saying “ETA is 20-30min” but it wasn’t until i pressed him that he admitted that he’s “in line to get my flat tire fixed but it’s a long like. I cannot guarantee an ETA”. So, after a total of 90minutes waiting past the time they were expected to arrived, they finally asked AllState to cancel. Never work with this tow company. Avoid like the plague.

WOMEN BEWARE!! BE SURE YOU BRING A MAN WITH YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH LANG TOWING! My car was towed today, entirely my fault when I parked it in a tow away zone. When I got to the *first location* in Ballard to fill out paperwork, my boyfriend dropped me off and I went inside alone while he went to find a place to park. Meanwhile, the guy at the counter has me fill out paperwork…no problem. Then he takes my credit card and pushes it thru for 500 bucks (in order to release it from *another location 30 minutes away*) As soon as the card went thru, he asks me if I want another tow. I tell him no, I will be getting a ride to location #2 to pick up my car. He then tells me I cannot pick it up and will need to pay for ANOTHER TOW, because my car had a BROKEN SUSPENSION when the driver picked it up. He shows me a picture of my car with the wheels turned to the left (which is how I parked it due to being on a hill). I tell him, “no, that’s just the way it’s parked”. he starts to argue, saying again that his driver picked it up with a broken suspension. It is now conveniently *after hours* at 5 PM, so I will need to pay double for the second tow… At this point, my 6ft 2 tall boyfriend walks into the office. I tell him what’s going on- boyfriend calls 911 to get a police report made- at which time the counter guy tells me he imagined the whole thing and I can go pick up my car now…. It’s obvious they are trying to extort me for another tow, and he still hasn’t released my car for pick up…waiting on SPD now to file a report. BAD NEWS AT LANG TOWING.

I had to have my hot rod towed to Chevy to have it fixed and they did no issue with Tony’s! The shop screwed everything up so I needed to have it towed to a different shop and Tony’s was so helpful I was able to have them move it the second time it was so easy I did it all via text! Thank you Tony’s for taking such great care of me and my baby! Y’all are the best !

Broke my leg and needed to keep my vehicle at a friend's apartment that didn't have stairs. Without getting ticketed first, Lang Towing took my vehicle and let me know via snail mail (they have a 3-figure daily impound fee). I got charged about $1000 for the privilege/ransom. Thanks so much! Their storefront looks like a professional concept artist's best interpretation of a seedy, scummy, cartoonish car impound complete with WW1-era razor wire, a squeaky, rusty DIY rebar gate with the hinges poorly soldered on, perfectly dilapidated decorative weeds, just the right amount of litter and graffiti, and a facade that gives the impression that this building has seen better days somewhere in South Dakota as a wild west town prop that got bought for cheap at auction. Only thing missing was the neglected junkyard bulldog, but there's a decent looking dog playground next door so at least it'll have good company when they get one. Edit: In response to your reply, Lang Towing, you could always do the cool thing and forgive me the arbitrarily priced tow that you neglected to inform me of in a timely manner - I would sing your praises for being so empathetic to the physically disabled and those in need of a little grace in such a tough time (but you won't, because the law protects your predatory grifting). Or you could quit your jobs and maybe try to find some joy in your lives. Y'all looked as miserable on the inside as your business does on the outside.

I had a great experience with this towing company , they are like family , you are allowed to ride with the driver if your in a desperate situation, they make you feel like your in good hands , Muhammad is a true professional and I would recommend my friends and closest family to use this company .

This is daylight robbery and a scam. I just had to pay $500 to get MY car back—they basically stole my car from the parking lot of my apartment complex. I spoke with my apartment complex, and they confirmed they didn’t call them. Who’s lying? I don’t know. But honestly, this feels like a robbery or blackmail system where, “If you don’t pay us, we won’t give you YOUR car/property back.” I also found this document online, and I’m not sure they’re even allowed to operate based on what it says. You guys be the judges

I was connected to this company via my roadside assistance plan through Better World Club. From the moment I realized my mistake of locking the keys inside the car by accident, calling the roadside assistance team and then the moment that one of their employees, Adam came out - it was likely around only 45-50 minutes thankfully. They saved my day since I had to get going asap to the airport to catch a flight too! Adam was polite and professional and it only took them maybe 5-8 minutes total to unlock my car. Very thankful for their help! I’d definitely recommend them for car lockouts! Since my roadside assistance company handled the logistics, I am unaware of how much it all cost, but it was covered 100% for me.

A shout out to Adil at Lang Towing who was very kind and caring. I was stuck on the I5 heading towards Vancouver, BC. My engine overheated. He did a great job of towing my van to the best auto repair shop. Thanks very much!

Lang Towing impounded my vehicle from a private apartment complex's parking lot a couple of days ago. I faced a very bad experience for picking up my vehicle from them. When I spoke to the Lang Towing for scheduling the pickup of my vehicle, they told me I can either pick up the same day with an after-hour fee or pick up the next day. However, they were not ready to disclose the price that I will have to pay if I pick up the next day. Due to this I had to pick up my vehicle the same day and pay the after-hour fees forcefully. Additionally, they were not present at their facility at the time that they scheduled with me. I called them multiple times to know the real time ETA and they were just lying to me every time by saying someone will be there in a few minutes. Ultimately, I had to wait for one whole hour in the outdoors at an unsafe location and still had to pay the hefty after hour fee to the towing company. They should learn to treat their customers respectfully. I hope no one else faces this kind of experience with their vehicle.

While the situation involving towing can be frustrating to say the least - in my case it was involving this company, Lang Towing. I will outline mine here to give the good and the bad. To start off with the bad: they associate with Premium Parking garage P5517 on Capitol Hill (red signage and logos) that is very misleading in that they have everything saying you’re parked until 7am, but fail to state the posted hours of closure clearly except on smaller signs that are away from the street signs. To get your car “after hours” there isn’t a code, but a $60 cash fee to have a tow driver open the gate when they get the time. Associating with this company Premium Parking (see all the 1 star the review for that garage) is bad for this small business’ reputation. I was given several time quotes that kept extending me waiting in the street over an hour in the middle of the night. The good: The owner got on and listened to me and got a solution that allowed me to get my car out sans the fee this one time. Thank you for that and why I have 4 stars for the resolution.

Seattle avoid this place at all costs! I recently had an emergency where I had to pull off the freeway and get medical services and the state troopers called this horrible company to tow my car and damage it. They charged me $300-400 to get my car out of the yard and the tow truck driver damaged my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, my vehicles breaks weren’t working, my gas cap is not closing correctly, and all my sensor lights are turning off and on. I will be taking this company to court soon to sue them for the differences. You can run and avoid the emails and calls, wait until I see the owner in court. This business should be shut down for its illegal practices.

Great company with excellent service! Cesar helped me transport my car to the mechanic shop. He was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of my car. I didn’t have to wait very long even at 5:30am. Good conversation on the ride over and I felt like I was in good hands for the entire experience. Will definitely use this company again if I run into car troubles in the future.

Wonderful service from start to finish from Cesar this morning. He kept us informed via text on his ETA and provided pictures once he delivered our car to its destination.

The driver was very professional and courteous. The office was excellent in handling and processing my service needs and transporting my vehicle to it's destination.

Very hard to communicate with them. Very rude drivers. They towed our van and dropped it on the road literally. . The van isn’t working and now we are stuck with a van blocking half the road . Unbelievable also they didn’t want to come back to move it 5 feet down to the gravel. Thank you for the trouble you gave us.

Why don't they offer negative Stars? This place surely deserves it! I parked in an area that did not have no parking signs and did not have any Towing signs which in the state of Washington is illegal to tow a vehicle without them and this company absolutely towed my vehicle in this situation! I took pictures and video and when confronting the people charging me nearly $500 to tow My Car 2 miles and then made me wait for more than 2 hours outside their business at 11:00 at night in a very ghetto sketchy part of town before they would release my car charging me extra for after hours release! I complained and said they were no Towing signs and they said no they're absolutely were and I said yes I have pictures and video and they had nothing to say and still charged me before they would release my car. Also I asked how they backed my car in or picked it up without damaging the bike rack on the back? He said because they use tires to lift up the car. But then when I checked my bike rack on the back it had gravel on both sides of it because they had pushed it into the hill and bent the bike rack leaving gravel up in the tray for the tires. I confronted the guy about this and he had nothing to say just that he's a worker and doesn't deal with these things. I took photos and video. I have contacted a lawyer about this action.

My company had a Mercedes sprinter van in the Seattle area that had a complete breakdown and needed emergency towing services during the holidays. After calling around to a few locations to no avail, Lang's Towing was the only company that was operating and had drivers available in the Seattle area. They responded to my call quickly, and were very professional on the phone. The driver that was dispatched, Ammar, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. If you get stuck in Seattle, WA, definitely give Lang's a call!

This guy uses our neighborhood block to park his equipment illegally. It is a nuisance, especially since the tow truck has an alarm that goes off. The trailer is WAY too wide for residential parking per code and impedes the bike lane, which he parks it in. The truck is left in front of our so regularly, it has signaled to others to dump their vehicles there. Guys like this should park their business vehicles legally in legally zoned areas or at their own house. Find a different tow company.

You set appointments with me 2 or 3 times and didn't show each time. And I had an appointment with one of my clients I finally had to cancel and reschedule for this Saturday. I couldn't keep telling her you were going to be longer than expected one more time. I think even she was getting frustrated by my circumstances. Finally, 5 hours later Cesar showed up, very polite and friendly. Expert at what he does, he can swing that truck like a toy and get it where he wants the car to be that he's unloading. I will say he drives too fast and gets too close to nearby cars! But he has expert control of his truck. It was an adventure today, let me tell you! But it cost me half a day in productivity and things I needed to get done.

My experience yesterday 9/1/20 was exceptional by Cesar. This was a tow from my work in Bothell to a dealership on Everett. He communicated and sent me pictures when he picked up and dropped off my vehicle! Thank you for your time!
