Werner's is a reliable, helpful place to bring your car. I had something happen to my car while I was a work a while back, and I brought my car in to Werner's to get it fixed. It was a very efficient process and the women at the front desk who helped begin the process was very helpful and friendly.

After the work was complete, I had an issue with the way the transaction showed up on my company card and I had to contact them a few times to get it resolved. They were communicative, patient and helpful.

My partner realized that I was missing a small car part after I got my car back. I contacted them about it and they were very professional about showing me the picture of my car from before they began the work, in which it proved that my car part was already missing. Then, they offered to order the car part for me. A few weeks later I went in to get it installed. I went to pay for it and they waved the fee for the part!

I highly recommend having Werner's work on your car.

The best place to take your car! This was my first time getting a small scratch repaired, and it was hard to choose a trustworthy shop. Last week I had the good fortune to request an estimate for some repair work. They came in significantly less than a nearby competitor and were extremely quick to repair the car. Throughout they were very friendly and clearly there to be helpful.

I was able to work with them to figure out how to do repairs on my car on a tight budget. I highly appreciated their help and they did it in a very timely fashion! I will be coming again.

I went in on Wednesday the 3rd and spoke to the owner to get an estimate. Since then I have made several attempts in person and over the phone to get an estimate and as of now I haven't received anything. I would have appreciated a call back at least.

Eric and his crew are the best! I have been going to his business for years and every person I referral always say he is the best. He also contributes generously to the community !

Excellent service! They were very communicative and friendly. They worked with me and my insurance company well, and they did an amazing job fixing my Polestar. I'll definitely go back if I ever have car trouble in the future.

Great Service, Great Attitude. I had a stupid little problem with my car and I took it to Werner's. When I got there the phone was ringing, the receptionist was swamped, but she told me she'd get to me as soon as possible.

Their shop is full and she said it would probably be at least a few days before they could get me in. When she saw the problem she called a shop guy out and in 15 minutes he'd fixed it.

Wow. A treasure of a business, so glad I went with them. I had a fender bender that wasn't covered by insurance, and Eric spent the time to find recycled and cheaper parts, coming in literally thousands of dollars less than other quotes. And when I got the car back it was immaculate, couldn't tell it ever happened. So highly recommended.

Very hard work stuff, create a very strictly prossesue to make sure your vehicle restoration in the right way in the very first time. Extra touchup. Finished cars are shining and cleaning, always extra mile service

I have a real good experience with removing dent on my car door. I checked with multiple shops and none of them provided reasonable quote. One particular shop wanted me to change the entire door! Werner provided reasonable quote. I asked them if I can bring my own part and not have paint job. They were Ok with that and provided an adjusted. Drop the car in the morning and the job was done by evening. I was thoroughly satisfied with the fix they have done.

I didn’t have enough time for them to fix the damage done on my vehicle, buy they offered to buff a spot on my vehicle and said it was on the house. They spent just five minutes with me, but they were so kind and helped just out of niceness.

I had a great experience with this shop. The original estimate focused on just the issue I wanted fixed, unlike some other places that added a bunch of minor cosmetic issues on. They did find some other things they could fix while they were working, but they called me to explain the pros and cons and didn't pressure me into adding any more work that I didn't want. Overall I paid almost exactly what the estimate said, it was done exactly when they said it would be, and the car looks good. Great service overall.

I brought my Jeep in for an easy taillight replacement and was VERY PLEASED with the service and friendly receptionist Jenna. I will definitely use Werners again!!!!

This shop is not trustworthy, they will lie to you about the car condition and try whatever they can to force you leave the car there. There are plenty of good body shops around Seattle, don't waste your time here.

1. Werner's body shop lied to me about the car condition in order to force me to leave my car in their shop. They lied to me my car is not driveable, without towing it, I had to leave it to them.
2. When I told the shop, instead of repairing the car, I will let a dealer tow it. To force me to fix my vehicle in their shop, the owner of Werner's body shop (Eric) lied to me that my vehicle had a structural issue, which made it has no trade-in value. All the body shops and mechanicals I visited later (more than three body shops) told me the car only has bumper and lamp damage.
3. The shop intentionally delayed the exam and charge me storage fees. I emailed and called the shop two times per day on the following three days after I left my car there, asking for the car status, if it could be fixed to a drivable condition. And they refused to give me a straight answer. After I rushed them several times, they told me my car was not qualified for a quick fix. (The repair shop I visited later, all offered me FREE quick-fix solutions. ) When I realized this shop is nothing but a liar and insisted on taking my car away, they charged me $400 storage fee for 4 days.

Fantastic result and super thoughtful! Dealership would have charged $149 for mirror installation and $290 for mirror; Werners' charge for both was $170! And they are really nice people. Rare to find this kind of place today.

Werner’s Crash Shop has handles the last two body work jobs for my last two cars. One was a sports car, and the other a family SUV. Both times, their job was of professional quality and they supported all major insurance accounts.

Had a really great experience with Werner's. Got a very quick estimate and they were very upfront about timelines and sequence of how things would get done. I brought my car in on a Monday and they promised a 7 business day turnaround. They actually beat their estimates and finished by Friday, nearly 2 days early! The car looked amazing and they were easy to do deal with.

Eric, in Warner’s Crashaw are hands-down the best place to bring your car. The customer service timing and steps beyond what is called for all make for a fantastic experience. It’s never fun having to fix damage on your car. But you can trust that Eric and team will give you honest great work on time and on budget!!

I had a rough couple weeks with my car and had two incidents. They instantly helped me out and got me a quote. Everything about the shop is A+ and I would HIGHLY recommend. The office assistants are great and the owner is a complete homie. I was probably an annoying customer with way too many questions, but they helped me through the process without any problems!!

My nearly pristine truck had some rust along the roof gutters so I brought it to Werners for an estimate to repair the work. They gave an estimate of $2500 to sandblast the entire roof, fix the rust and repaint the whole roof. I was told they would need it for about 4 days. I dropped the vehicle off for them to do the work and checked back in four days later only to be given some excuse about why it wasn't done, that they needed a few more days. A few more days and a few more excuses. It went on for four weeks with failed promise after excuse and more failed promises. When it was finally "ready" I picked it up after having to pay significantly more for work they hadn't anticipated even though I told them about the condition. It was night time so I couldn't inspect the work. Once it was light out I could see that there were multiple deep scratches all over the side of the truck from the stand they used to reach the roof. It was also clear that they didn't paint the entire roof all the way down the pillars as they had quoted. The paint on the roof was uneven and blotchy with a big run in it and the windscreen wasn't installed properly. I brought it back and to their credit they owned up to the flaws and promised to make it right. I left the truck with them again for what was supposed to be a couple of days. That too dragged on longer than promised with the excuse that they really wanted to get it looking good. I picked it up again today and it still isn't right and has new damage that they did. I could go back and point out the flaws again but I just don't trust them to not screw it up anymore.

I had some pretty extensive damage done to a work vehicle. Eric and the rest of the staff were incredibly patient while I waited for approval to get the work done. On top of that, knowing that I had to have the car back quickly for my business, they were able to get it done in two days! Best auto-body place I've been to, hands-down!!

A strip of trim came off of my car in a car wash. The compassionate folks at Werner's Crash Shop reattached it at no charge yesterday. They called it their "good neighbor policy." I couldn't agree more! Thank you!

Always able to update me on the status of my vehicle and handled everything in between so that I didn't have to deal with the insurance back and forth. The quality was great and they worked hard to make sure my vehicle was ready by the time I had to leave the Seattle area.
