Ace always gets my car right. Friendly and as fast as they can be. Customer service is outstanding also.

They were very forthcoming about which issues were most important. They did a great job with my fixing my inner and outer tire rod and the subsequent alignment.

Great experience! I came in because of a squeak in my car. They did a free full car check, gave me a clear, detailed report, and didn’t push any services. Honest, thorough, and professional. I’ll be coming back if I need anything in the future.

I can't praise these guys enough. My brake started making grinding sound. They did a thorough inspection, provided me with a detailed report and got everything fixed within a day. On top of that, the price was really reasonable and service was friendly.

Ace did a great job getting new tires on my truck! They were quick and reliable, following up afterwards to make sure there were no issues!

They did an incredible job on my 2003 WRX. They put in a new water pump timing belt, New heavy duty axles, changed all my fluids, brakes, trans diff. The price was what you would expect for it that amount of service on a 23-year-old vehicle. The good news is in the last 5 months I've replaced almost every single thing on the car that could break so should be good for a while. They have a 4.8 star rating with a ton of reviews and I believe they deserve it and you should definitely bring your car here.

Scamming overpriced useless services. They’ll try to sell you things that you don’t need, and try to mansplain why you need it, very disappointed with the customer service as well. Came in with a brake issue, left $300 poorer and nothing resolved.

I’m a new transplant to Seattle and hadn’t established myself yet with an auto service shop. Had an unfortunate incident where my car broke down and needed to be towed — Ace Auto was coincidentally the nearest service locale. They took incredibly good care of me! Clear communications, good turn-around time, fair pricing, no games or upselling. I trust them. And I’ll definitely be back for all my auto maintenance, repair and tire needs!

Customer service and car service both excellent. Received clear quotes before any work, and got my car back quickly and as promised.

Friendly, reasonably priced, and accommodating. I walked in without an appointment and they had my tire fixed in about two hours.

Recently I needed arrange replacing tires and addressing the brakes that were beginning to malfunction for my daughter's Prius. Because I live in Alaska this necessitated multiple phone calls with lengthy conversations re: tire types, what's available, etc.; Trevor at the shop was very helpful and accommodating and probably spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me. Additionally, I needed to have it done on a particular day - again they accommodated that. The day after the work was done my daughter said to me "The Car drives much better dad." She is happy...and so am I.

These guys are great. I was in town visiting family and needed new tires (and a few other things fixed) before a two/day drive home. They got everything done as quickly as possible - including all the work and sourcing all the parts, which wasn’t easy. Super communicative, great work, and very accommodating of my tight schedule!

Honest and thorough auto shop. I used to live in the neighborhood and was referred to Ace by another neighbor. After I moved away, I still come here. They have always treated me and my car well. I'm a former automotive engineer and I appreciate receiving the full system diagnostic every time I visit.

I've gone in for new tires, balancing tires bought elsewhere, tire repairs, alignments (both lowered and lifted vehicles), suspension installation, exhaust repairs and more. I appreciate the detail, including photos, in the condition reports. They find needed repairs which I wouldn't have noticed, and also help with what work can and shouldn't wait. I now trust them with our cars, including one that's fairly rare and really special to me.

My car was due for maintenance but I had an upcoming weekend road trip so I thought I would just take the car in after the trip. A day before the trip, my TPMS sensor light came on (thank God..) so I was forced to take it in last minute. Well, turns out TPMS light was the least of my concerns. Apparently my car had several different issues including a leak that had caused my coolant to be completely empty (if the Ace team hadn’t pressure tested it overnight, I would never have known, and I would have driven it over the weekend and I don’t even want to imagine how that would have ended). The Ace team reassured me that they would get the issue fixed (along with the other issues) over the weekend. I came back to pick up my car after the weekend. It was all ready to go, in pristine condition. The car is running so smoothly and “feels” better than ever with the radiator replaced. My mind is so much more at ease now thanks to the Ace team. Lesson learnt.. do not delay maintenance and risk exchanging your entire life for a couple hours of your time. I recently moved to the area so hadn’t settled on a new auto shop but there is absolutely no doubt this is where I’ll go from now on. They have an amazing friendly team that will work with you and truly care for your car (I didn’t even have an appointment and you could tell they were trying their absolute best to accommodate). They also send you an extremely detailed report that you can check directly with your phone, and send you text messages to keep you updated. My car is now in good hands permanently. I needed a LOT of work done on my car and they were very kind, clear, and extremely fast with the turn around. They are my go to people for any work I need done on my car because they are honest and fair in their pricing and do incredible work.

Had a clunk noise from front suspension that 3 other shops could not identify. ACE found some loose brake pads and front tires that needed rebalancing. Car drives much better now. Cost was reasonable and service completed fast. Would recommend ACE.

Ace earned my business after a friend recommended them to me, and they were able to fix a problem with my car for half the price of the dealership’s quote. They’ve done more maintenance work on my car since. They are super easy to communicate with. Honest, too. They’re my go-to shop now!

Ace Auto repair provided quick service to replace my headlight bulbs. I was able to drop it off and it was ready to pick up in about two hours. Reasonable price.

My wheels needed alignment for a road trip. Fairly easy scheduling-- I requested an appointment online and friendly Trevor called me back and got me in ASAP. They did a digital inspection, suggested a few additional fixes via text and email instead of a disruptive phone call. All pretty easy, friendly staff, no unnecessary upsells and a pretty convenient location for waiting/walking or jumping on transit. Wished I'd found this place earlier!

Discovered them by happenstance. Unlike my old place that charges $1500 to investigate and automatically fix a check engine light problem—so basically you get a haircut for $1500 whether you want/need it or not—-Ace only asks for the diagnosis time then provided with a comprehensive report with pictures and cost estimates (also not something my old place does) then I decided what I wanted to do about the issues. Very prompt and courteous customer service. Will take all my cars back to Ace (and never take them back to my old place ). Thanks!

The guys at Ace Auto Repair really are pros. They were able to quickly assess any issues with my car and remedy them within the day I dropped my car off. They don’t fabricate false issues (previous mechanic I went to would do this). They make sure you know everything that is going on with your car with their thorough inspection; no up charging on repairs or parts. 10/10 to the team here. They stayed 10 minutes after closing to make sure I got my car back so I didn’t have to go the weekend without my car. I immensely appreciated that. Thanks again.

Dropped my car off for a free inspection when my wheels started making sounds, they produced pictures and a link texted to my phone with all the things they checked and recommendations. There was no pressure to work with them and they were very honest and trustworthy. I went for a second opinion and ultimately came back to do my brake repairs here. Also they have a great warranty which is great peace of mind for going forward.

Just returned from a 7700 mile road trip across North America and back with zero issues. Glad I had Ace change the Oil and run a trip check so I could be confident setting out on my journey. I just had to keep filling the tank.
