Amazing customer service. Brandon was quick to respond to all my questions via text and was super knowledgeable. My Rack was installed in hours and I got a thorough overview of my new rack before driving home. I would definitely recommend them!

Incredibly knowledgeable and 10/10 customer service - Brandon was absolutely great and I knew instantly this place was operated by both a competent and caring team. I needed to get a hitch installed within couple days, since U-haul didn’t honor my original appointment. Rack N Road absolutely saved my day and will continue to earn my business in the future.

Had an older roof rack i wanted to put on my new car and they found me a solution. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. We ordered some adapters and when they came in, I got a call and upon arriving there i was out of there within 30 min with my roof racks installed. Great service

They didn’t try to sell me on anything and were honest and highly knowledgeable. They actually seemed to care about what I was looking for. Fantastic business I’ve bought multiple racks for multiple cars thru them for years. Every rack was professionally installed and lasted well past the car for both bikes & skis. They even have great customer service if you abuse the racks and need repairs. Highly recommend

Excellent from start to finish. They explained the pros and cons of many different cargo box models, really listened to what I said, then made a few solid, well thought out recommendations. I wound up buying the Inno 660 wedge, which they installed on site, and which has subsequently worked perfectly for my needs. 10/10

Very helpful and friendly staff. They confirmed they had the exact part that I needed over the phone. The part would have costed more online and would have taken 2+ weeks to arrive by mail + additional shipping costs. Glad to support this business and essentially got a discount by shopping with them instead of online.

They immediately knew what I was talking about, found a spare part, and even gave it to me for free. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a genuinely positive experience. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I have never owned a hard top car carrier before and they helped me find a great setup with my budget in mind. I was in and out quickly. Very happy.

All three of the guys that were there were super helpful and outgoing. They helped me get some parts for a roof rack that I had. I was surprised to see they had a big selection of used parts and we found just what I needed. Among several issues was a broken hinge on my Volvo/Thule roof box, and they had just what I needed pulled off an old box.

Stopped in for a replacement part on a Yakima cargo box. They had them in stock at a great price (way less than Amazon) and they even helped me swap out the piece right then. Great price and even better service. Thanks again

We are really impressed with the service at Rack N Road. Twice we have driven in with a small problem with our tonneau cover on our F-150, and both times it has been fixed at no charge. What makes that gesture especially generous is that we didn't even buy the cover there. They are just really nice, knowledgeable people, and we are so grateful that they are in our neighborhood. The next time we need a cover, Rack N Road will be our go-to place. As an aside, years ago, we purchased our bicycle rack from them and it worked out great!

Highly recommend Rack N Road. Ned suggested and ordered a single bike rack. I could not be more pleased with this purchase and its installation. Was told it was about a 3 hour job but since they were not busy, the hitch and bike rack were assembled and completed in an hour. They are the best!

Bought a bike rack, actually spent less money as a result of the salesman I worked with (he down sold me to a used product that had the same functionality, instead of upselling me). Great knowledgeable staff about my vehicle / hitch in detail and what works and what doesn’t. Top notch service

My wife and I stopped by with a broken lock on our bike rack. We did not buy this rack at Rack N Road. But Ned was really friendly and helped us find a replacement lock, then he installed it for us in the rain outside and didn't charge us a dime. Incredible customer service. I had an old rocket box and bike rack from my dad and these guys were great in helping me get the rails and hitch installed! We talked through things on the phone, then I stopped by and went over everything in detail in person. On the day of install it turned out the crossbars I had were too short but they were able to swap them for another pair of used bars that would work! Super easy process and very knowledgeable!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for roof racks, trailer hitches, or any other car accessories. The folks at Rack n Road Seattle are so great! I got a quote for a wiring install that I needed on short notice for my husband’s vehicle. They helped me find the parts I needed and were able to schedule me very quickly. Funny enough, when I brought the car in they saw that there was already wiring installed. They talked me through how to attach the ball mount and noticed that the hitch ball I had didn’t have the right shank diameter. They got me all sorted out and were so generous with their knowledge. I definitely recommend this shop!

I had an excellent experience at Rack N Road in Seattle, and would highly recommend them for similar hitch installation work! The new hitch they installed on my Porsche Macan GTS was especially challenging, and i was very worried about how it would look, based on other similar installs i’ve seen. But, thanks to Ned and the extra-thoughtful team at RNR, I am super happy with both the function and looks of my new super-subtle rear hitch! I was pleasantly surprised by the initial customer service, and extremely satisfied with the entire experience and end result. I will definitely use Rack N Road Seattle again in the future, and if you’re picky like me, you should too!

Marcus at your Bellingham location was absolutely Top Notch. Jeff great too. That location did not stock the rare gutter mounting I needed for my 74 vw bug. Marcus called the Seattle location and they had everything I needed plus a used ski rack mounting. All staff there were excellent as well. Great service. Great Products!! Came in looking for help with some gear and got a quote that felt on the pricey side. What really dropped the ball for me was the lack of follow-up — I was told I’d get a call or update after my visit, but never heard back. It’s disappointing to make the trip and feel like the service ends at the door. Not terrible, but definitely room to improve. The team clearly knows their stuff, and I appreciated the insight during my visit but there was no follow-up afterward despite being told there would be. I think there's real potential here if the customer service side matched the level of expertise.

The folks at Rack and Road are consummate professionals. They are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They installed a rack and a tow hitch on my Jeep and a rack and a car top cargo box on my VW Beetle. Both installations were tricky and not standard. They had to drill into the roof structure. I am very pleased with all the work they did and I highly recommend them.
