Friendly Earth did a great job in helping with the recycling of our (broken) solar panels. They arrived on time to pick up the panels and carefully and safely moved them onto their truck. Will definitely use again in the future.

Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful.

I was at my wits end trying to find a place to recycle my flatscreen and laptop. I was able to drive right up to the back and drop off both! Incidentally, they guarantee they will wipe computers, anything with a memory.

Scheduling pickup was very easy, and they were by FAR the best quote. The gentleman who picked up our electronics (including an old copy machine and several printers) was very friendly and fast! I'm comfortable leaving 5 stars even though we have not rec'd a certificate of destruction yet- but they did let me know that takes several weeks.

The process of scheduling the pickup was quite smooth. They came on schedule and quickly and efficiently took the items and loaded it in their truck. Will use them again for future electronics recycle needs.

I had an amazing experience with Friendly Earth! I brought in some old laptops, and they were able to securely wipe all my data. They even provided a Certificate of Destruction to confirm that everything was wiped completely. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, helping me unload my electronics during drop-off. The staff are so amazing! It can be really easy to miss if you are coming from Occidental, especially if there are vehicles in the way. It says something like 'truck load 30 minutes' by their door, which always makes me nervous given I am definitely not driving a truck, but I usually just put on my hazards near the buzzer and am almost always back on my way within a few minutes! So glad this place exists to help recycle scrap metal and electronics!

These guys are great! We had two massive old washer/dryers and called them to see if they could pick up. The guys where prompt, polite and were happy to take tons of other stuff I had been meaning to get rid of.

Just wanted to drop a quick note about my experience with these guys. I had an old TV from a friend and he had no idea what to do with it. Neither one of us wanted to send it off to the dump. I started looking around and found these guys.
The drop off was super easy, the staff was friendly, and helpful.
There was no charge for the item I had, and I think there is a large list of electronic items they take for no charge. So there’s no reason not to responsibly take your old electronic items to them to be disposed of properly instead of tossing them in the dump.
They have pick up service available, although I didn’t need it and not too familiar with the details. If it’s anything like my experience, I’m guessing it’s friendly, fast, and efficient.
Be sure to check with these guys before dumping any of your electronics in the trash.

I had a treadmill desk, an old TV and VCR, and some other old electronics to recycle. Friendly Earth agreed to come and pick up everything, including the big heavy treadmill. They came right when they said they would and handled everything very efficiently. I'm so happy that electronics I no longer wanted can be recycled in some way so I'm grateful that places like Friendly Earth exist. And I was very pleased with their pick up service. Thanks.

Came and picked up two big screen TVs. Price was the lowest out of all the other electronic recycling companies that I called. Something came up, Andrew and Justin resolved it quickly that day. Friendly people and good customer service. I definitely would recommend to anyone who wants their TV picked up and get recycled.
