This review is specifically for 5-star Branch Manager Zach Smith at the Speedy Glass Aurora location! My car was broken into last night and the driver's side window smashed. I brought it to Speedy Glass this morning, and Zach was able to special order the glass to replace it, have it delivered to the store, get the window fixed, and have someone vacuum the zillions of glass shards out of my car, all within about 2 hours. He also walked me through canceling the insurance claim I had already filed because, much to my surprise and delight, the cost of the repair turned out to be less than my deductible! Moreover, he offered some expert tips for preventing mold from developing in my car, since the driver's seat had gotten soaked overnight. Through it all, Zach was extremely efficient, helpful, and kind. What made my experience today truly remarkable, though, was that when my mother walked into the shop to pick me up after I dropped off my car, Zach recognized her. Unbeknownst to me, she had gone into Speedy Glass 11 months prior and was the only customer in the store when an emergency arose. A person experiencing a mental health crisis (not a customer, not at all affiliated with Speedy Glass) approached the store and threatened violence. According to my mother, Zach was incredibly skillful in de-escalating the situation. His calm, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and sound judgment kept my mother, himself, and the premises safe, in what could otherwise have escalated into a very serious situation. I am deeply grateful to Zach for his handling of that specific past incident. I am also very impressed with the customer service I personally received today. It seems like Zach routinely goes above and beyond the call of duty, and that makes me want to patronize the business more --- except that I very much hope never to have my windows smashed again! I would highly recommend Speedy Glass Aurora to others, though. Thanks again, Zach!

I had my passenger rear window broken into recently and these guys were able to take in fairly fast! The two guys at the front desk were super friendly and communicative about my car. For me they were able to get my car window part in the same day and finished it within 30 minutes! Would def come back to these guys again In case others ask, they do offer payment plans but i did not go though with it this time. super helpful that they offer it though

Highly recommend Speedy Glass— they were recommended through our Insurance company, and we’re glad they were! The customer service is top notch, the quality of the repair is great, and the service was quick. While I hope we won’t need windshield repair again anytime soon, we will definitely go back to Speedy Glass if we do!

zach and one of his coworkers helped me pop a broken mirror off and on in less than 3 minutes and were the sweetest guys in the world. next time i have something break i will definitely be coming back!

Could not install glass sunroof correctly and made it worse. Broke track parts and left the interior dirty and sun shade ruined. Had to go to another shop. Do not recommend.

Speedy on Aurora provided a much better experience than the last place I got glass replacement work done. Speedy worked with my schedule, kept me updated on the process, and completed the job faster than expected…and all with a smile! Aurora is out of my way, but I will return with any auto glass needs because of the great service.

I came in to fix a passenger side window. The job was finished in around 20 minutes, everyone is very professional and detail oriented. The manager Zach could probably teach a University class on how companies should provide customer service. Speedy Glass should promote him to be the CEO of the company as soon as possible and pay him well.

I had a great experience with Speedy Auto Glass. They were quick to schedule my appointment and had my window replaced in about an hour, which was fantastic. The pre-service quote I received online was unfortunately inaccurate, despite providing my VIN. However, the staff at the store, especially Zach and the team, were amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. Their customer service truly outshined any initial confusion with the online quote system. A big thank you to Zach and the team for making the process smooth and positive!

Friendly and fast service! They were incredibly helpful after I had a terrible experience with hours wasted trying to get repairs done at Safelite. They were able to get me in the next day and had all the repairs done in less than 20 minutes! And they also gave me a great price on top of everything. Would definitely recommend this shop!

The speedy glass team quoted my passenger window replacement at half the cost of other local Seattle car repair shops. They did a great job and had it fixed in less than an hour!

Reached out via their form on Sunday night, and received a reply Monday morning at 8:00 sharp, loved their responsiveness. They were also able to get the replacement window ordered and installed that same day which was great. They did break the rain-guard during installation but they owned up to it, bought replacements and installed them for free later that week. For $330 for a window, the service was less than most deductibles and incredibly fast.

This place awesome. I called them late in the evening, and they got me in the next morning. The staff was really nice, place was clean and organized. I was having the windshield replaced on a boxtruck I just bought. The technician was so thorough. He cleaned out the track, it was shining when he was done. The process was pretty cool, and so were they. Highly recommend using the store on aurora ave N. And you can enjoy a cup of coffee while you wait.

Was definitely hesitant getting my windshield replaced since it wasn't the dealer. But they did an amazing job! Even cleaned all the other windows inside and out. A+ Service!

Peter got me scheduled the same day at a reasonable cost. The technicians knew how to repair a slightly unusual issue and at no extra cost. Definitely a good place for windshield repair or replacement!

Had a chip in my windshield and went here. They repaired it but it appeared no different. It's summer now and heat turned the chip turned into a crack. Now the whole windshield needs to be replaced. Can't speak on their other services but repairs for chipped windshields is quite poor. 2 stars since is all I'll give because the repair lasted a couple months.

NOVUS did a phenomenal job in replacing my windshield. Peter was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I didn’t have to wait too long for my car. They were much more professional and accommodating to my schedule than Safelite. Would highly recommend this place.

I had such a great experience with Novus from the start. My cars back passenger window was destroyed by a vandal and Geico listed Novus as a possible glass replacement shop. Sophia answered the phone on first ring and was so nice and accommodating. They were able to see me within a few days after ordering parts from the dealer. Some other places I considered didn't answer the phone or were way more expensive. For both my appointments, the front desk staff and technician were so great. I really enjoyed chatting with the tech, he was professional and walked me through the process of glass fixing and showed me what the insides of my car door looked like. So cool! Hyundai neglected to include a necessary part for fixing the window, and the staff at Novus were apologetic, transparent, and ordered the part needed and scheduled me back a few days later. (It wasn't even their fault, yet they went out of there way to talk me through everything ) The glass fix appointment was quick and had me on my way. Thank you!!

I took my brand new vehicle there after it Being vandalized. My whole back window was broken. They told me they "try" their best to clean all broken glass. After they completed the job NO ONE did an inspection before or after the process. When I got home and went to pop my truck open. It would not budge. Before I went there to get the window fixed my trunk was working just fine. I called them to see if they can make this right, I was told it was out of their hands and I have to take it to a dealership. I was told that sometimes glass gets I'n the latch mechanism and it causes the door not to open. The glass was not cleaned out AT ALL. This company takes NO pride in their work. They WILL not take care of you and when damage is done at THEIR facility, they will tell you oh well. Save your money and go else where If I could leave zero stars, I would have

This was the ONLY glass shop in the north end of Seattle that re-calibrated the windshield after replacement. All the other places would replace the glass, but would not recalibrate the vehicle safety features, which would require me to then make a 2nd appointment at my car dealer. Novus offered a next day service appointment and completed the work in 2 hours. Very professional and kind. I would recommend them to any of my friends and I will use them again, if needed.

Customer service is excellent!!! Thank you Sophia and Kristina for making what could have been an ordeal a positive experience. The other repair shop could not do the work until the following week. At Novus, I was able to get it done the following day. My passenger window was vandalized. The laminated window I needed replaced was not easy to find, but they found one! The technician replaced it so quickly. I strongly recommend Novus on Aurora and 128th.

Got my Subaru windshield replaced with Eyesight alignment. Professional and knowledgeable - was very easy to setup appointment and figure out insurance details. The free wi-fi let me work while I waited for the job to get done. Looked as good as new after, and haven't faced any problems so far.

Sophia is the real MVP! She was able to obtain a really hard to find piece of back glass for my beloved old Lexus. I talked to a lot of people about this repair and Novus and Sophia were the only people that stepped up and gave me a real quote and real service. More than a few vendors gave me a quote only to call back an hour later to double that after they did their research. Sophia and Novus got it right the first time with no guesswork or smoke and mirrors nonsense. Great communication and I felt like they took the best care of my ride. The install went great and the new glass looks fantastic. The price was good; I felt like we paid a reasonable amount all around for the glass and the expert level service / install. Don't hesitate to check these guys out if you need some glass for your vehicle they will take great care of you.
