I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at Pierre Ford. Steve in the service department was truly a lifesaver. He made magic happen to get the recall part fixed when other dealerships were extremely unhelpful. His persistence and willingness to step in made all the difference for us. Aly at the front desk was so kind and helpful — she took the time to print service records I needed and made the process feel smooth and welcoming. And Crystal in finance absolutely restored my faith in humanity. I had been told by several customer service representatives that our extended coverage didn’t exist. She took the time to dig into it, contact the original dealership, and get to the bottom of the issue. That meant more than she probably knows. We were having a really difficult experience overall, but the team at Pierre Ford did everything they could to make it right, and for that we’re incredibly grateful. Because of this experience, we’ll absolutely continue servicing our vehicle with you. Thank you again for taking care of us.

My experience with the staff in the service department was good. Excellent communication and timely updates. The vehicle itself, an F-150 Platinum, good truck, except for the Eco-Boost engine, which I would never own another one of. Thankfully, Ford still makes a non-Eco-Boost V-8 option,

James Lee was great. Helped us get a great deal on my girlfriend's new car. Classic car dealership trying to tack on fees and such. Do you homework before purchasing but that is the same across the board, not anything against these guys. Could've been a faster process but we walked away happy. Thanks again

Over the years, you keep giving someone a chance to make it right, and these guys can't diagnose a fouled spark plug in a Lightning motor, and can't seem to diagnose simple things like clogged air filters. One of the absolutely most incompetent service departments in the world. You're better off going across the lake to one of the other dealers that hires people that know how to diagnose and fix vehicles. I've been much happier now that I go to places like Jiffy Lube to do routine maintenance and OTHER dealers who can get to issues not solved by the Jiffy Lube staff.

James Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with. When you go to the finance guy, make sure you pull in a chair from the lobby though. He intentionally has short chairs to make you uncomfortable. All in all, decent experience, and they were honest about sending me the check they promised me.

This was one of the worst online car-buying experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve purchased multiple vehicles online. In hindsight, I should have known better based on the dealership’s existing reviews on Google and Yelp, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was working with sales representative Angel and finance manager James. I signed a proposal and submitted my credit application and driver’s license in good faith to move forward with the purchase. When it came time to submit my down payment, I spent an entire day calling the dealership with no return calls. When I finally reached someone, I was told I would receive a callback, which never happened. The following day, I asked to speak with a manager to move the process forward and was met with a rude, condescending, and unprofessional attitude. I was then told the dealership suddenly decided they only wanted to sell the vehicle in-state. The sales manager falsely claimed that I did not have a down payment ready, despite never providing any method for submitting one. He further stated that he “didn’t need my business,” that I would not receive any service or oil changes from them, and that they preferred not to work with out-of-state customers. This decision was arbitrary, poorly communicated, and completely unprofessional. Communication effectively stopped after I submitted sensitive personal information, which raises serious concerns about how customer information is handled and respected. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership — especially online or from out of town — I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and avoiding the frustration and wasted time.

Was shopping around for toyota sienna and sam hall was being very pushy salesy... when I told him that I am considering other offers he kept saying " u are trying to make every excuse not to buy" I said then come up with some proposal to make better offer and he said just go buy other car. I was bit dumbfounded, first off dont tell me to what to buy or not to buy just because u cant bring any value or close me. If this is how the reps are it makes me wonder if thats how they train all of their sales team. I dont ever recommend talking to this guy sam hall. My experience with him was horrible.

I text Sundie the morning of bringing my car after inquiring about a diagnostic, and I asked about the Lyft service Ford provides to inform I will need to use it to get to and from the service center. I’ve used their Lyft service before. Sundie told me specifically that I could bring my car in but not wait. She ordered me and my baby a Lyft and told me the cost as if to guilt trip me. Upon calling me after the diagnostic was complete, she asked me what I wanted to do as in agreeing with the repairs. The repairs are a lot, about $5K. I informed her that I’ll come back and pay for the diagnostic, as I can’t afford the repairs currently. I mean it is the holidays - Christmas! She told me I had to find a way back to the service center knowing I have a baby in a stroller! In so many words I let her know that’s unacceptable and I’ll need a Lyft back as confirmed earlier. On top of that, I use to get a Brown Bear carwash coupon after when paying for services. Last few times, I’ve had to ask for this coupon instead of it offered to me. When paying for this diagnostic, I asked for one and the front desk woman told me she offered it to a guy who declined it so I could have it. So to offer it to someone who didn’t want and not offer it to me, is horrible service. I’ve been taking my car to this Ford location for years, and I will not be returning or recommending anyone to go there for this unpleasant customer service experience. The way I was passive aggressively treated is bad business.

I want to be clear that I interacted with several genuinely nice people at Pierre Ford who seemed to be doing their best. My issue isn’t with individual employees, it’s with how the dealership is run. My sales staff were friendly and helpful, but the finance process felt pushy and, at times, deceptive. The total price presented to me closely matched the agreed out-the-door number, but it did not include the down payment I had already made. I also nearly signed paperwork that included a service plan costing several thousand dollars that was presented as the “cheapest option.” I only caught it on the final page before signing. While I understand upselling is part of buying a car, this crossed into territory that felt misleading rather than transparent. The loan I was offered was fine, but not especially competitive. In hindsight, I wish I had pushed back and returned later with my own financing or a cashier’s check. What ultimately pushed me to write this review was my recent recall experience. I was notified via a text message _which was fine_ but the follow-up process was disorganized. I responded a few days later while out of town, agreed on a proposed time, and then was told before confirmation that they were actually booked for several more weeks. The communication felt fragmented and unreliable, especially compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with that have clearer systems and portals. I’m very happy with my car. Unfortunately, my experience with Pierre Ford as a dealership has consistently felt unpolished and poorly coordinated. There are good people here, but the overall operation does not feel well run.

Ten years ago I bought a C-Max hybrid from Pierre Ford (then Bill Pierre) and have had it serviced for major mileage turnings at Pierre ever since. I've always been treated with respect, my car is ready when they specify or earlier, and I know my car is well taken care of. Highly recommend Paul Salazar at Pierre Ford service center.

I’m a loyal customer for many years now. It’s a big deal to find a team of people at a repair shop who genuinely care about you, your vehicle, your safety, and your experience, who you can TRUST. The folks at the Lake City Ford shop on 30th are outstanding, and I want to give a big shoutout to Sundie Warner for coordinating services for me and caring about me for all these years, and special mention to technician Bodie for being very good at his job and also just a really good guy. Thanks to the whole team for a positive experience every time, even when it’s not good news….! I appreciate you.

Buying a car is not on my list of favorite things to do, and several other dealerships were proving my point that it was an awful, exhausting experience. I inquired about a vehicle at Pierre Ford and received a call from Alicia Todd (sales) and I have to say her entire approach and personality changed my whole experience. I walked in expecting nothing but hopeful I would be leaving with a vehicle. Alicia and the staff at Pierre Ford made the entire experience so easy and actually pleasant. I will send anyone i know in the market for a vehicle to Pierre Ford and I am so grateful for the smooth, stress free experience! Thank you Alicia for your patience, you rock!!!

I was nervous about buying my first car, but Peter made the whole process easy and comfortable. He answered all of my questions and guided me through every step, I would highly recommend Peter as your salesman! Very nice and respectful and made the whole process easy! Also thanks to James and Charles, they also made the process much easier than I would've thought! Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for some sweet nice rides. Really appreciate the quality of customer service at Pierre Ford of Seattle. I was greeted very warmly by name as when I stepped out of my car, even though this was my first time to this location. Paul was kind enough to not only explain what my Mustang’s recall notice was about in layman’s terms, but also got me Uber rides to facilitate dropping off/picking up my vehicle. He really made everything a great experience. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I worked with Sundie, and she was excellent from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and even had a Lyft ready when my F-150 needed to stay overnight. A few unexpected issues came up, but she notified me right away and handled everything professionally. Sundie was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process smooth. After a bad experience with poor communication at the Lynnwood location, I’ll only be going to the Lake City Way dealership from now on—and only working with Sundie.

Alissa is an absolute gem. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle and want someone who is prepared, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely on your side, she’s the person you want to work with. She’s smart, thorough, easy to communicate with, and has a way of taking all the fear, pressure, and “ick factor” out of the car-buying process — which, as many of us know, is rare. Pierre Ford truly rolled out the red carpet for me, and I felt genuinely supported from the moment I arrived. I shared that I needed a team who would have my back and guide me honestly toward the best-quality option for my needs and budget. Alissa showed up with integrity, clarity, and zero pressure. Although my personal circumstances shifted and I didn’t ultimately purchase a vehicle at this time, it had nothing to do with Alissa or Pierre Ford. My experience with her was outstanding, and I would have been genuinely happy to buy from her. As a woman buyer, feeling safe, respected, and supported makes all the difference — and that is exactly how she made me feel. I cannot recommend working with Alissa highly enough. She is exceptional.

I was enthusiastically greeted, by name, by my service advisor, as soon as I got out of my car. I have never been to this location before, so that interaction felt like a warm welcome. My advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent. I was given a realistic timeframe and was kept updated throughout the service. Their waiting area/lobby was very nice, along with the ladies at the parts counter and the service counter. From the time I walked in, until the time I left, the service was smooth and everyone I encountered was pleasant. Thank you. I will 100% be returning. You’ve created a raving fan! So , this review is very special for me. I have been looking for my dream car and came accross it on cargurus. Peter had reached out to me about my inquiry of the car. He went to lengths to show me the car as i was at work. He made a custom video for me showcasing this 2025 mustang dark horse. It was so beautiful that i wanted to see what we could do to start the process. After some texts and phone calls , i told peter that i would be in Monday at opening to see what we could do. This man , on hos day off came to work to help me get this car. He was talking to everyone trying to get me the best deal he could. As we were waiting he showed me around the floor and was very knowledgeable about the cars that were inside as well as sharing some life experiences of his. Peter was such a pleasure to work with that regardless if i got a new car that day , i knew i would go back for his professionalism. After the few hours , i got the keys in hand and everyone was so happy to hear i got my dream car. Everyone here was a blast to speak to and work with. I will always be going here from now. I called to ask a question about being able to get a window checked out. The person over the phone kept trying to tell me what had happened to my window, and was not listening to what I was saying. They then asked if I had ever been there before, then started saying that my warranty wouldn't cover the repairs. I mentioned that my warranty is through enterprise, (where I bought my car and have the warranty), and she kept trying to tell me that it is not under warranty. During this time she was also speaking over me, as to not let me finish what I was wanting to say, so that I could be better understood, and even hung up on me. I unfortunately do not remember their name, but I do know that the person on the phone cannot properly perform their ONLY job. And yes, I did raise my voice at the end, but honestly who wouldn't at that point.

Returning customer here! I brought my partner and his extended family in to help with a car purchase. The situation was complicated for a few reasons and Pierre Ford addressed every need flawlessly. From translation services to financing and empathy, it was red carpet treatment from start to finish. Younes was an amazing sales staff, 10/10 and went above and beyond to ensure we were all comfortable and understood each step thoroughly. Jason and Charles, I can’t thank you enough for taking such great care of my family, this time and every other referral or personal purchase.

After driving an hour and a half to Seattle on a Friday afternoon I was met by Alicia who was great! Before arriving I had requested some extra pictures which she was happy to provide. She was very knowledgeable about the Bronco Sport and happy to show us the vehicle. We then sat down to talk numbers. This is where things got weird to tell the truth. After she took some information from me, another guy showed up to negotiate and started talking interest rates and being connected with banks who owe them favors amongst other stuff. Mind you we had financing and just needed to reach a price. After the first guy couldn't crack us, some other guy showed up and tried a similar approach to reach a deal. Their negotiation tactics were to, seem smarter and talk about comparable cars. Not about how great of a deal we were getting, how they are trying to get us the best deal they could or really jus understanding where we were coming from. Both of these guys, managers of some sort, were almost clueless about the status of the car, Alicia wasn't. In the end we couldn't agree on numbers. I will say that the car was priced well and had it not been for the attitude of the guys doing the negotiations, I would have bought it for what their "final" offer was. I have delt with a lot of dealers and most of the time, the sales rep/consultant goes back and forth with whoever is deciding numbers. I am not sure if it was customary for 2 higher managers to come out and talk directly to customers but it was almost like the didn't trust Alicia to negotiate anything or communicate numbers? I am not sure but as I said it was weird and the one person who did her job right lost out on commission because of the attitude of the two other guys. I think they owe her some money for killing the deal.

My family and I have bought our cars from Bill Pierre for 20 years! The staff is amazing! Deepesh worked with me from the very beginning and I can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for a car! Went in thinking about buying a blue performance pack mustang and ended up buying a white premium instead. Deep (as in deep in the water), Jason (big boss), Melvin (manager), and Preston (finance) were easy to work with and answered all our questions. They worked with us with the numbers and we reached a happy settlement. I am very pleased with the customer service.
