It took slightly longer than expected due to parts arriving broken, but that isn't their fault. I got constant communication updates on when it would be ready and everything was repaired very well. Would be happy to have my car fixed here again!

This damage occurred while the car was in the care of Caliber Collision and they refused to take responsibility for it. Leaving me with a dented and dinged fender where there was no damage before I brought it to the shop.

Called this company for a quote back in December for auto glass damage. Best they could do was send me over the bridge to their sister location in Bellevue so I passed on the offer. Two months later, and they continue to robo-call me every day (from different numbers) to schedule me in. I got the damage fixed elsewhere, but they won't stop until I bring my car in. Has business been slow or what? Go bother somebody else!

Accommodating for estimate setup, but require an extra walk around at drop off which was unexpected 30+ mins, repairs took a little longer, 7 business days, than expected. All repairs made look good but estimate didn't cover all damages reported to insurance.

The repair of my car ended up TAKING 3 MONTHS: 1.5 month with Caliber, and extra time and frustration looking for another shop to take over Caliber’s mess. They offer lifetime warranty, but as I interact with them more I realize THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They also LIED ABOUT BREAKING part of my car, and only addressed it when I pointed that out, and made it sound like they are doing it out of goodwill (this part ended up being re-replaced by the second shop because it was not up to standard). Joe the manager always tried to be nice and patient, which I appreciated, but being nice doesn’t solve problems. I would recommend people to not go to this shop. If your car is a BMW, I recommend BMW collision center in Tacoma. I have also learned that the door and the quarter panel of my car are restricted parts and Caliber should not be authorized to repair in the first place. Repair for my car: My car was scratched on one side, and Caliber took 1 month to repair it. When I got it the paint job seems well done. However, as I drove there’s this WIND NOISE that sounded like a window is cracked open. Initially I thought the weather seal was the issue - because that was the obvious part they did wrong on my car, and I subsequently had to point out the issue to them THREE MORE TIMES, and eventually they still did it wrong. I had to GO BACK 7 TIMES, and it became clear that they do not have the capability to fix simple issues like the weather seal, nor do they have any clue how to fix the wind noise. There’s also additional frustrations like when they LIED about breaking parts, you need to arrange your own transportation for the follow up visits, and some people working there were simply not helpful. Upon taking my car to another shop, we FOUND NUMEROUS ISSUES with Caliber’s repair: the weather seal, door alignment issue, gas tank paint done wrong (by standard shop should take out the gas tank compartment, do the paint, then replace the gas tank compartment, but Caliber only painted around it), quarter panel fit wrong. Full story of my visits to Caliber: 2025/9/3 visit 1 drop off 9/24 visit 2 pick up When I picked up the car, I was just given the key and asked to sign paperworks. No one gave me a walk through on what was done to the car. As I was driving away I started to hear noise of air leaking, although all windows and doors are closed. As I checked the work done, I noticed that the seal was done wrong very obviously. The job was also done poorly that some part of the seal already came off. 10/1 visit 3 drop off 10/1 visit 4 pick up - THE LIE 👿: When I was picking up, again no one offered a walk through on what’s done and I was just given the keys to leave. As I was about to leave, I noticed that the top piece of my car was missing. I went back to ask about it. Cinthia was like “it was missing when the car was dropped off”. Which was pretty impossible. First of all, if that’s the case, they should have pointed that out WHEN I DROPPED OFF the car, not when I pick up. Second of all, I was able to tell that the seal of the door was installed wrong, they really think I wouldn’t have noticed something that obvious was missing?? As I asked more, Joe came out and explained that they will install it next week, without explaining what really happened. As I drove off, I could still hear the wind leaking from the rear passenger side. So I called again asking if they can check the seal again when I come back to do the top piece installation. This time when Cinthia picked up, she was avoiding me like a plague and said that Joe will call me back; when I asked if that will be today, she said “I don’t know”. Absolutely no apologies for the lie or the fact that she confused the hell out of me. 10/13 visit 5: As I arrived at the appointment, I was told that the person painting the top piece was injured and therefore it was not done, so I’d need to come back again - would be nice to know this before I come?? 10/20 visit 6 drop off 10/20 visit 7 pick up: After picking up the car, I still hear wind leaking sound when driving :(

Be aware the shop at 3443 Thorndyke Ave W, Seattle is no longer working with Progressive. Admin at that location didn’t inform me about it till I showed up for my appointment. They even called me to confirm my appointment. Time wasted. Ended up did my repair at 6218 15th Ave NW, Seattle location. Service is great and timing.

Frustrating situation working with this shop as they quoted and charged me to pop out a dent on one of my doors but did not preface that the window may not roll up smoothly after. They are now not claiming responsibility and recommending paying additional costs to diagnose the issue. Would not recommend this shop in the future

The staff made the whole process easy and convenient. They kept me well informed throughout the process as well as keeping updated information with all the necessary parties. They even returned the rental for me.

My teenager had a parking incident and scratched the side of my car, and damaged the rear bumper. My car was otherwise drivable - it was more cosmetic damage. I dropped it off in the morning of 12/26. They told me it should be a quick fix and hoped to have it back to me before the holiday (1/1), If not shortly after. I did not hear anything from them the day I dropped it off, which was a Friday. I waited until Monday afternoon to ask when my car might be done. At that point, I was told hopefully January 5. Then I received a text notification indicating 1/7. I decided I wanted to take my car somewhere else, and I called and asked them if I could pick it up. They told me no, because it had already been disassembled. Shortly after that, I learned my car would not be ready until 1/9. When I picked my car up on 1/9 I noticed my bumper had the silver bumper trim/cover. That was not original on my car. When I asked them about it, they said “oh, when I ran the VIN to order the part, that’s what came up. But I see here in the photos your car didn’t have that piece”. She asked me if I liked it….I told her I didn’t. However, I didn’t push it because I could not imagine being without my car for a lengthy period of time again. I noticed driving my car home, it didn’t feel right. My steering felt very loose. Fast forward to this morning, less than 24 hours after picking up my car, and my car won’t start. I don’t know what they did to my car, but I am so frustrated and disappointed in their service. Again, aside from the cosmetic damage to my car, I had no mechanical issues.

Would recommend. The rep went above and beyond my expectations, and I am grateful. She explained the nature of the damage I had done to my car. She thoroughly explained how much pieces cost to replace and the labor that would be done. She kept me updated, almost daily, about the progress of the work. The entire process felt incredibly smooth and easy.

Caliber in Ballard went above and beyond. Not only did my car look beautiful on the outside, but it was fully detailed when returned. Also, the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in need of car repair.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars because WOW!! I was referred by my insurance company and was wary of the whole process of getting my car fixed after being hit by a bus. But from the moment I called their call center and got the most lovely, reassuring person (Ke'Yana) I felt secure in my choice to go with Caliber Collision. Their customer service from their Ballard location (Eric, Cinthia, Joe) was impeccable and the work done in their shop was flawless. Most difficult people to try work with. The woman that was assigned to work on my vehicle was so patronizing that I decided to go elsewhere. (I mentioned to her I tried so hard to get a hold of them by phone to change my appointment date or let them know I’d be late for the appointment but I was always sent to an (outsource answering center) she said it was not her problem that I could not reach them on time, that maybe true… but is not so much what she said but her demeanor, her arrogance. By the way if you stop by their shop in Ballard you will see that they can hardly fit a niddle. Yes they have so many vehicles parked in that shop (waiting to be serviced it seemed like) and by the looks they have been there for quite a long time. Yet that same woman said that they were having a lot more appointments to handle that day so she wouldn’t see my car anymore due to my tardiness and had to reschedule. I Don’t know bout you but for me all these are screaming tells that they are backed up on work yet they still are taking on more clients. Judging by that and most of all the customer service I received, I personally couldn’t trust they would do a decent job on my car. I did not go back to them.

Caliber Collision repaired my company car after it was damaged by a rear-end collision. Their customer service and repair staff were first-rate and absolutely awesome at their jobs. Fast, friendly and reliable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

The Caliber Collision team (especially Diana) is top notch. Although my car ended up being totaled by the insurance company, she thoroughly walked me through the damage, the implications of it, and what fixing would have looked like had it could have been done. It was insightful, extremely thoughtful, and I will absolutely bring all my vehicles here in case of fender benders considering how communicative and thoughtful they were with me. Cinthia and team are fabulous! From beginning of the process to the end result, communication was clear and honest. They were quick to respond with setting up appointments and answering all of our questions. The car damages were communicated on a timely basis and the repair shop did an amazing job fixing our car in 3 weeks. Thank you Caliber Collision (Ballard) team! The did an excellent job with the repairs, but oh boy are they disorganized: When I dropped the car off, they told me I could expect an estimate by the end of the week - ended up being almost 3 weeks. On the day the repairs were supposed to be done, I called to confirm that the car would be ready, but then after I returned my rental car, I learned that the car wouldn't be ready after all (ended up taking another week). Finally, they tried to charge me the wrong (much higher) deductible, despite my insurance company calling them to make sure they had it right.

Though I didn't end up working with Caliber Collision (and can't speak on their work), Diana's customer service is great. Diana met with me, evaluated my vehicle damage and gave honest recommendations as if it was a personal vehicle. No upsells or hidden tactics, just insight and knowledge so I could make an informed decision. It was much appreciated.

Caliber Collision- Ballard took great care with the repairs needed to get my car back in order. Mike the mechanic listened to the issues we had that didn't show in the initial photos of damage and found, then solved & repaired the problems. Office staff was great at communication. Much to our amazement the car was ready when they said it would be.

Excellent service! Kyle and the team took great care of us and kept us up to date all along the way. Really enjoyed the fact that they took the time to look over the entire vehicle and listen to our concerns and questions. Entire team is friendly and helpful. First time using them - my car was sideswiped by unknown car. My insurer picked Caliber. They have a very efficient business model, it appears. I did not appreciate the fact they took my car, and did not communicate with me for four days. BUT eventually they provided estimate, ordered a part, and repaired it. So the whole process took two weeks - and they do great work. I had been used to smaller repair shops that give you estimate first day. My insurer paid for rental car, so everything worked well. Their front office staff were sharp; I only talked to one repair person, who guided me to front office the first day. Overall great experience.

Super fast and very communicative throughout the process. I love a shop that over estimates the time it’ll take and surprises you with an early completion. My repair took a little under 10 days since the parts were readily available. They even cleaned the whole thing which I didn’t expect.

I recently brought in my performance modded 3rd Gen Acura TL Six Speed to this location of Caliber Collision. I consider myself a car enthusiast and have proudly owned my car since she was brand new. I pride myself in being a very meticulous car owner in that I have painstakingly maintained my car to remain in as good operating condition in terms of performance and aesthetic shape inside and out. With that being said I did NOT want to bring my car to just any auto body repair shop. I wanted the BEST and so the natural choice was this location of Caliber. From my initial communication with their manager Jim, to working with their estimator Andrew, to the date of pickup for my car, the process was easy, professional, seamless. Everyone I spoke with understood that I loved my car and genuinely wanted to help me get her back to looking brand new. I felt confident and at ease in leaving my car in their care and I was not disappointed with the final result. Rodolfo (Jr.) did an impeccable job repainting the hood of my car. I could not recommend them and their team more. Seeing the paint correction that they did for me was a massive relief as a car owner/enthusiast and my car could not look better nor was there any noticeable indicators that any work had been done in the first place. They are true professionals, scholars, and artisans in what they do and you will be in the best of hands should you ever need repairs done to your vehicle. All of your expectations will be both met and exceeded. Thank you all so much for taking such amazing care of my car and myself as a customer.
