What clients say about ABC Towing, Inc. in Seattle Hill (WA)
We had an excellent experience with Alfred. We broke down on the freeway so it made it dangerous for him to get the car on the bed. He was very efficient in that process. We had a dog with us and he dealt with that very professionally so very thankful for that. Our apartment has tight lanes which he navigated perfectly as well backed it into our parking space. Very satisfied with Alfred.
Thank you, Johnny, Fran, and Penny.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with ABC Towing. Someone blocked off my car on the parking lot, and I couldn't get the car out nor find the car owner. Despite ABCs claims of monitoring this lot 24/7, their service--and their attitude--is a total joke.
When I called to report an unauthorized vehicle, the attendant was beyond rude. He flatly refused to help, claiming he "couldn't tow the vehicle by law" (which seems convenient for a towing company). His "solution" was for me to go find the owner (if I could find the owner, I wouldn't need a tow truck to move the car!)
To top it off, he was extremely condescending, telling me to "just look around the parking lot" like I was the one being difficult. If you're looking for professional service or actual parking enforcement, look elsewhere. These guys are clearly more interested in making excuses than doing their jobs.
Fast service. Hauled my Harley with care. Driver RJ was friendly and helpful. Delivered safely. I'd use ABC Towing again. And I did! Excellent service. Handled my scooter with care. Easy to schedule tow. Recommended for motorcycle towing.
Jacob with ABC Towing provided the most comprehensive and efficient service for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable of his job and so personable and pleasant to work with during a frustrating/stressful situation. His response time was timely as well. I would whole heartedly recommend Jacob an ABC Towing! Thank you so much J:)
Jacob with ABC towing helped me today with my family’s accident! Very kind and fast and answered all my questions. Call them immediately if you need service! Highly recommend!
I was able to schedule a tow. Jacob helped me realize I just needed a jump, so saved me the cost of the tow. Appreciated his advice and help taking care of my car.
Fastest and most knowledgeable towing services I’ve ever used. Was given 30 min ETA which I thought was incredibly fast, Jacob showed up within 20 min and got us back on the road in no time. Will definitely recommend and use the services again when in need
Bryan(tow truck driver) did a great job, I was stuck with a broken lift gate that was stuck on the ground and he was creative enough to get the lift gate off the ground and towed to the repair shop. Bryan was very communicative and helpful.
The dispatcher was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called for assistance because my car wouldn't start, and as I was explaining the situation, the car finally started. Instead of being understanding, the dispatcher began cursing and insulting me. I could understand some frustration if the tow truck had already been dispatched, but that wasn’t the case. Definitely would not recommend their service!
We had an abandoned vehicle parked, blocking the driveway.
Phone agent was helpful and supportive. Driver txtd prior to arrival and was easy going about the transfer. The pickup of the vehicle was a little difficult, but he pulled it off.
Will definitely use ABC again if I need to impound an abandoned vehicle.
We were totally screwed and fighting to get towing when someone recommended that everyone uses abc towing. After calling them Haider showed up within minutes. He was our angel of the day. Fast polite he was awesome. He knew exactly what to do and say. We are forever greatful for his compassion and care.
I had to have a car towed from my property to an auto recycle location a couple of days ago. I was fortunate that I got to work with Brian from ABC Towing. The car had been sitting for awhile, and we had some trouble getting it into neutral. Brian was absolutely unflappable in getting the issue resolved and the car transferred to its destination. He made this a way more pleasant experience than I had expected. Truly appreciate his work! :)
Jacob saved the day when my Silverado 5500 broke down. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing and showed up very fast. Seems very passionate about his job and what he does. I’ve had other tows in the past and can say the experience wasn’t pleasant. Not very friendly drivers nor did they care for my vehicles. I would recommend Jacob and ABC towing to anyone who’s in need of a tow!
ABC Towing showed up in less than an hour after I had a flat tire on my Tesla X. Derek Haag quickly swapped out my wheel for a loaner spare and took my damaged tire to Tesla. Excellent, friendly and quick service.
Derek came to rescue me (fix my flat). He is a rock star! If I ever have more car troubles, catch a stray bullet or need a root canal then I want Derek there to help me.
Derek Haag from ABC towing was incredibly helpful tonight. I got a flat tire in my Tesla Model 3 on my drive home from work and was forced to stop 20 minutes from home. Tesla service contacted ABC Towing and Derek came to provide a loaner tire. He quickly changed the tire, explained the loaner program and I was on my way. Thank you!
I’ve got a Tesla Model Y and came home from a 2 week-long trip to a flat tire. It’s dark and pouring rain, yet Derek made the trip out to me and navigated a tight alley way to get to my car. He swapped out my tire in 10 mins and the process couldn’t have been any smoother. I hope every car/flat tire issue I have in the future can be just as seamless of an experience as it was with Derek. Big kudos to him, thank you!
Derek Haag did a fantastic job helping me with a flat tire on my Tesla - this was my first flat on the Tesla, so I was not sure what to expect given they contract out service calls. Derek was super responsive, showed up very quick, and helped me understand the process. He did a great job swapping out the tires so I could get on my way with minimal impact from the flat. Beats changing your own tire! Thanks ABC Towing!
Derek H. was super kind and took the time to help move my tire to the garage as well. What a guy! Great customer service, appreciate their timeliness and professionalism for the Tesla tire repair we needed.
Wow! Derek Haag came out late tonight to swap out my flat tire under a Tesla service request. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable and I’m back on the road. Dispatch was great too figuring out that Tesla had mistakenly delayed my service schedule. Fantastic and highly recommended!
I had a tire blowout and Derek H. showed up within 15 minutes to replace my tire and send me on my way. He could have easily been gruff and short with me but instead he was incredibly helpful.
He told my the PSI of the the loaner tire, what to torque the nuts to, and even suggested I go take a picture of the railroad that popped by tire to file a claim with the city of Seattle.
I've never had a better experience with a towing company.
Derek Haag was quick to arrive, very personable, and knew his job well. Tire loaner for Tesla was swapped out quickly and we found the cause of the slow leak on the original tire. Once Derek arrived, we were done in less than 15 minutes easily. Thanks again for the great work Derek!
Had a flat tire immediately after getting off the I5 in Renton. And Tesla service has sent Derek to install a loaner wheel. He arrived earlier than the estimated time and very professional at his work. Replaced the flat tire and I am back on my way in 15 mins. Very positive experience and highly recommended.
After all, I want to give a fair review. It started out with a pretty bad experience. Even though the dispatch provided unfair pricing for the tow service, I still went with it. The driver was nice and professional and did a good job. However, I lately found out that i was way over charged. I spoke to the dispatch, but did't really get a good response until John, the owner, came along. He was really nice and professional when he called directly to me to listen and explain things with me. I did also get a $80 refund.
Overall, I think i had a roller coaster experience, but I do want to support local business. With John, he does care about his customer. I would give him a call if I need a tow next time, but let's hope I don't need one anytime soon.
Fast response to my call. They were able to get my car towed to my house quickly. They accidentally damaged my car (oil pan), however. I called them up to let them know, and they handled payment for the repairs in under an hour. Very courteous and professional response.
Having to get your car towed sucks, but if I have to Ill use these guys.
