I almost didn't walk into Audi Seattle because we were shopping at the more modest end of their used car inventory and I worried we'd be dismissed. I also walked in braced, as a woman, to be ignored or condescended to the moment my husband was in the room. Justyn erased every one of those concerns within minutes. He spoke directly to me. He took my questions seriously. Treating a high-end buyer well is easy. But treating someone at the lower end of your price range like a million-dollar customer, that takes real character. And you have no idea how much I needed that kind of treatment this week! Justyn answered every question with real knowledge in plain, clear language that never felt dumbed down. Just bought the loaner car at University Audi. 2015 Q5 Premium S. I highly recommend connecting with their salesman, Jay Qin—the process is tedious and stressful at any dealership, but they got us through it with smiles. Jay was awesome, always pleasant and helpful—great attitude and never pushy. Probably the best car features tutorial I’ve ever had—he was thorough and helpful.

An above-and-beyond experience and level of customer service rarely seen these days, both with sales AND service. We purchased a new Q5 here a month or so ago, and the process was completely painless and actually pleasant. There were no "games" or manipulation - the sales person just quickly got to understanding what we were looking for and made it happen with a minimum of fuss and no pressure at all. Additionally, I have a used Audi that needed some service and recall work done, and the service rep (Dominique) went above and beyond in taking care of the issues, setting expectations, and ensuring the entire process was painless. I really can't recommend this place enough - we'll definitely be loyal customers from here on out!

I started this new car journey with a phone call to the dealership and asking to work only a woman sales person. They didn't have any women in that department unfortunately, but they passed me along to Rowena, their Client Care Manager. She was immediate enthusiastic to help me through this experience and even came in on her day off to meet with me and my partner. During our time together Rowena was patient, kind and felt like she was always in our court. She had a good knowledge of the car we were looking for and also honest about when she didn't know an answer but still finding that answer for us quickly. For the paper work/payment portion we were handed off to Becky, who was lovely to work with. We were so grateful for the digital signing and made the whole process super easy and mainstreamed. Thank you!! And lastly, Jay was there to help with our confirmation of the our negotiations/other details and giving us a more in-depth tour of our new car. I had an outstanding experience leasing a new A6 at Audi Seattle the other day. Cory reached out offering some limited time specials, we quickly agreed on a great deal over email, and next day Zoltan did a very swift delivery. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour, which included returning my current lease. In the last 20 years I bought or leased about 15 cars from various luxury dealerships in Greater Seattle, and this was by far the most commendable encounter, both in terms of money saved and time/effort spent. Highly recommended, would buy again.

Where do I start... buyers beware? I am extremely disappointed in Audi Seattle and their business conduct. I feel straight robbed out of hard-earned money. 26,900 out the door for a lease. I was trading in an old car for a safer car as my wife and I had recently welcomed a baby girl to the world. After talking lease details with a family friend on my new 2025 Q5, they expressed serious concern and I then learn how screwed over I was. I worked on leasing a 2025 Q5 PHEV from Alex (Internet Sale Manager) for Audi Seattle, and it's become clear that it's not normal at all for a lease to require $26,900 out the door. They took my trade in, Audi rebates, Federal rebate for EV, and said I still needed to put another 5k down to get the monthly "nice low monthly" price I am paying. Alex and Audi Seattle buried 26,900 (rebates/trade-in/down payment) in the lease details while also marking up money factor despite my excellent credit (~800). After said friend reviewed my lease and suggested plugging into ChatGPT, it only confirmed I'm paying $1200 per month effectively. If I were to buy this car at the end it would cost me almost 72k total. How this is legal is beyond me. Talk about a lapse in standard business conduct and ethics.

EXCELLENT service! Recently stopped in to purchase a new Q3, ended up leaving with a new Q4 e-tron. Not initially looking for an EV and not being up to speed on the tech....I had a bunch of questions and concerns. Zoltan Gyorki was super patient, super knowledgeable, and super transparent. Definitely NOT the typical adversarial car buying experience! Start to finish, Zoltan made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and as an EV owner himself, shared a TON of real-World knowledge. He made the buying process awesome. I will definitely be looking him up when I'm ready for my next Audi!

Purchased an RS3 today. My sales advisor was Justyn Cruz. The entire experience was exceptional and Justyn’s knowledge of the Audi products and cars in general was impressive. In addition, Audi Seattle did not charge an ADM nor did they charge for any dealer installed options that often times I have not been interested in with other dealerships. I can't recommend Ben Moses highly enough. I recently purchased an RS 3, which is the third vehicle I've purchased from him, and he's extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. Also, I've all of my interactions with the service staff have been quite pleasant over the years. If you live in the Seattle area and are considering purchasing an Audi, do yourself a favor and pay Audi Seattle a visit.

I don't enjoy car shopping...at all. After spending one month shopping for a new car, Audi was my last stop, it should have been my first. The showroom is clean, well designed, and organized, every person I met was kind and professional. Zoltan helped me purchase my Q3. Experienced, knowledgeable, and patient, he listened to what I wanted in a car and made suggestions. It was the most effortless car purchase I've ever made. I had an absolutely top-tier experience buying my Audi, largely thanks to Francisco. I called earlier in the day to schedule a test drive and when I arrived the car was already pulled up and ready to go…such a small thing, but it immediately set the tone. During the test drive, Francisco walked me through features in a really natural, helpful way and encouraged me to actually try everything out instead of just talking at me. From there, negotiation and paperwork were incredibly smooth and straightforward. I felt really good about where we landed financially and never felt pressured or rushed at any point. The standout moment, though, was after everything was finalized; Francisco took the time to walk me through every single feature of the car, helped me set up my preferences and made sure I felt totally confident and comfortable before driving her home. He even walked me through the service center, explained exactly where to go and who to contact for future oil changes and appointments which was truly above and beyond. Shoutout as well to the detailing team because the car looks absolutely incredible! I’m genuinely so happy with my purchase (and fully obsessed with the car) and I couldn’t recommend this dealership, and especially Francisco, more to anyone looking for an Audi in the Seattle area.
