Just experienced my first car towing process due to bad battery. Gary was really helpful, he went above and beyond to even help me jump start my car and offering suggestions and towed my car to the dealer.
Came quickly and jumped car perfectly. Made sure I ran it enough before driving off and had very clear instructions for how to keep it alive. Great work

My car was in a underground parking lot and it was terrible. He was so nice and tried jumpimg the car which my car was being naughty. He then risked his own truck to get me out to which he did and got me home safe :) 10/10
After waiting 4+ hours from a tow from AMPM towing, my insurance cancelled their service and Choice towing was assigned. Choice took only 40 minutes which was a Godsend compared to the 4 hours I had already waited in the cold. The driver Gary was very nice, professional and efficient. I really appreciated their response time and professionalism when handling this stressful issue.
What a day! After a day surgery, my car would not start and was stranded in the hospital parking garage. After three other tow services could not get it out, Choice Towing had success!
They were able to arrive there quickly and in short order had it out. The driver who called me was so kind, and patient and willing to go the extra mile (pun intended!) The main gates were closed, but he walked down and waited for a car to come and let him in. He walked to my car and was able to get it started to drive to the road in order to tow it to the dealership. So thankful and would definitely recommend and use them again!

SP helped get my 4WD Ford Escape to the service center when it wouldn't start. He was great, came perfectly on time, and was super careful about getting my car through the narrow street I live on. Great service in timely manner and was really nice too!

I am giving five stars to Choice Towing but six stars to SP who is the person who gave me my tow. He is incredibly experienced and was very good at dealing with all of the traffic while getting my car up off the ground. I highly recommend these guys.

SP was amazing! My car got broken into on Christmas, they messed ip my ignition real bad and I couldn't get it to start. I was blocked in on the side of the road, a real difficult spot but SP worked his magic and got my car out and got it safely to my house (real tricky due to narrow roads), a real professional! Choice towing was sent by my State Farm insurance when I requested my car to be towed to the Nissan service center in Bellevue. I used this service for a vehicle which would not start, and my experience was excellent. SP gave me a time estimate which was accurate. Allstate hooked me up with Choice Towing when I needed a tow. Gary from Choice Towing was awesome. Really communicative, nice, and works really efficiently. Great driving skills too. He arrived in about 20 minutes, and by 30 minutes after making the call, we were on the road towing my car. Highly recommend working with these guys! Especially Gary if you can. They were great.
I lucked into this service through my vehicle’s roadside assistance after I had electrical issues, and I would chose them in the future if needed. Sp was very fast and communicative: he called to confirm the pick up and verify the address almost immediately after dispatch. He was in contact every step of the way with professional, prompt service. He made sure the car was safe before towing it including that it was locked, windows pulled in, and all lights were off. He also offered to take the key to the dealership to complete a drop off service. After he filled out my information for me at the dealership, he sent pictures to me to confirm that it was there. I trust this service, and would choose them again if needed.

I was very fortunate to get Choice for the towing service through my insurance company. I received a call from Gary promptly and within 20 minutes he was at the site. He was extremely courteous and dedicated. He towed my car to the auto body shop quickly and we were done super fast. I have used several towing and roadside assistance but none matched Choice. They are a family operated company and are extremely dedicated, courteous and professional with a lightening speed of service which is definitely a bonus and hard to find.
My driver, SP, arrived exactly in the phone operator's suggested time. He was so nice, explained the 2 differences of towing options, and even helped get my vehicle running long enough for me to park in my designated spot. The cab was clean and the travel was quick and smooth.
I do have a service animal for my driving needs and she just stayed in my vehicle while I was in the tow cab. I understand the need for clean environment but sad to not have my Daisy next to me.
I will be working with this company in the future. Thank you for helping me stay stress free in a rough situation.
