I found this shop on ChatGPT suggesting that this place had employees that were helpful. It was true. I started to work with Bobby in service who answered questions about my ez loader boat trailer. Then when I was able to bring the trailer in, I ended up working with Keoni who also demonstrated patience in working with me and my boat trailer.
This is a shop that typically deals in trucker trailers but yet made time for me to fix my wiring and lighting issues.

The team at Western Trailer always has someone knowledgeable to guide people to what they need. I used WTR as an immediate parts vendor for non standardized parts. Either they will have what you need or they will give you some advice on where else you might be able to source the part locally.
I had a broken spring hanger on my Toyhauler. Broke down on I-5 at Mercer Street due to a very rough roadway. Called 14 repair companies but no one could respond. I was able to limp into Western Trailer Repair. The shop was booked solid for the next several weeks. The shop manager, Bobby and the shop welder, Roman, were able to perform an emergency repair on my axle. I cannot thank WTR enough for saving the day. Great guys, great repair work and outstanding service. Thanks again guys. I really appreciate your help!

After a week of headache looking for replacement components on our food truck suspension, the team at Western Trailer Repair came in to save the day.
I needed to replace a component that Firestone had made obsolete without a clear superseding part. The team that helped me at this shop made some calls to their suppliers on my behalf to figure out if the part was somehow in stock. After hitting a dead end, the inside sales specialist then reached out to Firestone directly for guidance (of which they had none).
The afternoon following the call with Firestone, I was in their shop working with another specialist. After taking a few measurements of the original component (which I brought in per their request), he went back and brought out a near-perfect replacement. Within 15 minutes, I had left with two new air ride bags at prices competitive with online e-tailers.
Had I not contacted Western Trailer Repair, I would have purchased the wrong items, paid nearly triple what I walked out paying, and waited a week for shipping.
This place has won my business and I am confident they would win yours too.
these guys are great. They did some repairs to a boat trailer and were quick, efficient, very fairly priced and the kind of company it's nice to do business with. Highly recommend.
Pat and Bobby took care of my boat trailer complete brake job in great time that met my needs. They honored a verbal, over the phone estimate they gate without even seeing the trailer and even when it should have cost WAY more in labor due to complications they could not have predicted. In short, this is one of those companies that everyone should be honored to patronize and though I doubt I will have many trailer needs in the future as I don't own huge trucks or more than one boat, I will do my best to get anyone I know to send them their business. You should too!
