Beyond satisfied. Mainly, the paint/body work looked great and the quote was on the money, which is enough by itself. They did keep the car an extra day, but then also took the initiative to fix a couple additional, minor body/paint issues at no extra charge. Delighted, highly recommend.

I'm in Fleury's way too often but people keep hitting (or vandalizing) my cars. Fleury's does top notch work and Mike and Mitch will go to bat for you with the insurance companies when they try to cheap out. The quality of their paint finishes including color matching and gloss is unsurpassed. Everything else is done to a high standard but their painting really stands out because this is what you really notice first. With insurance in Washington you have the right to choose which shop does the job. Do the smart thing and choose Fleury's. I also choose Fleury's when I'm paying out of my own pocket.

I popped a tire right outside their shop, managed to pull in and Mike helped me out a bunch with getting the spare on and old tire off. Mike had his tools out super fast and got me back on the road way faster than I could have done it myself. I'm really impressed and can't recommend them enough.

By far the most unprofessional body shop I've been to. They sat on my car without doing any work for 3 weeks in July even though they promised a 1 week turn around. So, I took my car back. Then, they apologized and I took my car to them again in August. They sat on my car without doing any work for another 3 weeks - the promise was still 1 week. This is a clear pattern. Unless time is not an issue for you, I would highly recommend to stay away.

Disappointing experience to say the least. Took my truck in for a small door ding seen in the first picture which probably should have been PDR. They repaired the dent and somehow decided to blend paint to the rear door that had no damage to begin with, the paint color match and blend was pretty bad so I took it back and they agreed to fix it. After the 2nd attempt at the paint you can now see two blend lines on the front and rear doors. On top of bad blend, the door panels / door seals are damaged with fasteners stripped out and not put back together properly. Also some sort of rat or mice got into the truck while it was in there shop and chewed the interior inside under the passenger foot well. Now I have a $100k truck with two tone paint job on the passenger side and interior door panels that are damaged and leak air / water. Planning to take the truck to the dealership to have it repaired to OEM standards at this point. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but people should know about sub standard workmanship, and the shop’s inability to paint match.

My car looks like brand new. These shops are busy and it’s hard to find good help. Patience helps and also they were more than happy to straighten out something I was a little dissatisfied with.

TL;DR: Disorganized with timelines. Told me my car would be ready in a week, but it took over two weeks with constant delays and vague, conflicting updates. Poor communication made the whole experience incredibly frustrating. Charges 3% surcharge on credit card payments. I brought my car in on 7/21 for repair on a rear wheel and door dent. They initially told me it would be ready in a week and asked me to check back by Thursday EOD. From that point on, every time I followed up, I was told “it’ll be done in a couple of days” — but it never was. I ended up calling seven times before I could finally pick it up, which wasn’t until 8/5. They kept telling me it was in the painting or drying stage, but then a week later they’d still be saying the same thing. For example, on 7/24 I was told the car was painted and drying, so I should be able to pick it up on 7/28. But on 7/28 they suddenly said they were still working on the parts. Then on 7/31 they claimed they were just now painting it. When I asked why they were still painting after saying the same thing a week earlier, they couldn’t explain and just vaguely said “more work was needed.” During this time, I received app notifications from my car showing it had only been opened or moved once per week — not exactly a sign of diligent progress. Finally, just when I thought I could pick it up, they called again to say they scratched the car during reassembly and needed another day. I understand body work can take time, especially if new parts are involved, but the lack of clear, honest communication was the worst part. If they had just told me upfront that it would take two weeks, I would have accepted it. Instead, they kept stringing me along with “tomorrow EOD” promises, and I couldn’t rely on anything they said.

the best ever!!!! not only did they quote a reasonable price, they were so friendly, got the job done quickly, and even washed it after. can’t even see a scratch from the accident. 10/10 experience.

I left something small but important behind when insurance came to pick up my totaled car. I forgot about it, but Mike noticed and held onto it for me. Really helpful guy and friendly service here.

Fleury’s was so incredibly helpful in repairing my steering wheel and window. Mike and Mitch are both very supportive and knowledgeable, and I appreciated their care and expertise. The work was done very timely and everything looks great!

I was visiting Seattle and in a bit of a bind after getting rear ended and not being certain that my vehicle was safe to drive. My friend recommended that I pay Mike a visit and reassured me that he was trustworthy and would look after me. She was absolutely right. Without hesitation, he very kindly helped me out on the spot, took a quick but thorough look at my vehicle, and put my fears to rest. I am very grateful for his help.

I've gone through Fleury's 4 times for vehicle repairs and have been satisfied every time. They go above and beyond and have even turned me away twice in situations where it would benefit me by being more affordable to instead go with their competitors. When I had snapped a lug nut and thought I was at fault I wasn't taken advantage of and was actually informed by the owner of Fleury's that it was likely the dealership who last took the wheels off my vehicle that cross-threaded a bolt and offered to show me how to replace the bolt if the dealership had refused to take care of it for free. I have never had more trust and confidence in a body shop than I do in Fleury's

I have gate kept this shop for YEARS but I cannot do that any longer. Mike is an actual saint with a very talented crew. I cannot believe the work and support that goes into all the auto body repairs I’ve gotten since coming here years ago. I refuse to even call anywhere for quotes because I know Mike will always have not only the best prices but the best work on top of it. This is hands down a shop I will continue to go to for a lifetime

Mike at Fleurys was super helpful- I received a recommendation from my oil change place to go to Fleurys when my car was hit and needed to be towed to a body shop. Fleurys was one of the few places around that would allow tow ins. They worked with my insurance (usaa), and exceeded expectations with the required work and also allowed me to fix another small ding on my car in addition to the larger insurance fix. My car was returned, clean, smelling wonderful, and in a timely manner. thank you!

Customer service was easily the best I've had with an automotive shop of any kind. At every step of the way Mike was kind and attentive to my questions and follow-ups. What's better is that he comes across as genuinely interested in making sure you have a great experience, rather than simply being professional. I'm always skeptical of great reviews but will definitely be coming back if the need arises.

I have told all my family and friends of Mike Peters (Fleury Collision Center) and the fabulous service he and his crew provided. Mike is so knowledgeable and he assists with any insurance questions. After my car was stolen and totaled, Mike took time out of his day to go over the extent of the damage, and talk me through my options going forward. Though the car is beyond repair, he gave me a fair quote if I wanted to pursue fixing it. He followed up with me the next day to check in and make sure I knew all my options. Such a stressful situation and I really appreciated his kindness, attention to detail, and customer service.

Mike went above and beyond to find a way to get my damaged car in to look at it, including arranging tow and turning around an estimate much quicker than I expected, given how busy body shops are these days. His communication was excellent all along the way. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended!

Mike at Fleury’s is absolutely amazing. I had some minor body stuff damage to my car and was looking for a shop to get an estimate and repair done. I googled places near me and started calling down the list. I must’ve called over 10 shops and all were weeks out for estimates and repair appointments were in October and November. I called Fleury’s and described the damage to my car and they told me to bring it by and they would take a look. Mike came out and took a look at my car and about a minute later went back in for some tools. I thanked him for taking a look at my car so quickly. He told me that what’s wrong with the world is people aren’t willing to help other people and anyone could’ve looked at my car and realized it was a quick fix. After about 5 minutes my car was fixed and Mike told me to have a nice day and drive safe. It was one of the kindest experiences I’ve had in a really long time. I’ll be sure to return there for any future body work needed and recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I brought my car in for a small fender dent. I was beyond impressed. The communication was amazing, I never felt out of the loop. Mike even reached out to me the week after to confirm everything was going good. The service was quick and seamless. Will continue to go back and will recommend Fleury's from here on out.

I was impressed with the work they did to save my car after insurance-totaling damage. I appreciate Mike's understanding that I was on a budget but just couldn't look at the damage anymore. All considering, came out much better than expected and cost was only about 8% higher than his original quote. My ONLY issue was that in taking apart the trunk for body stretching, they put it back together not fully rewiring everything. The next day I notice my radio comes on but no sound comes out of the speakers. I have an amp in the trunk that got disconnected, forcing me to spend time pulling it back apart to try and figure out the cable connections. Granted, I called mike earlier that day about the issue and he told me to bring it by and he'd take a look if I couldn't figure it out. Regardless, more attention to electronics when disassembling/reassembling interiors would be appreciated by all!

This shop does beautiful work. My older vehicle was badly rear-ended but mechanically still in solid shape. The first auto body shop I took my car to declared it a total loss. Thankfully, Mike at Fleury's took it on and they did great work to get it repaired. They replaced the hatch back door and matched the color perfectly. It continues to work beautifully several years after the repair.

Mike and team started off my assessment with confidence they were a good shop to use. I had moderate front end damage on a new moderate luxury SUV required a front end replacement. The assessment went quickly, but the repairs were extremely slow (a little under 3 months). This was in large part due to getting the parts in, but also because issues were uncovered during the repair process. Mike was communicative and felt forthcoming the entire time. Mike also demonstrated substantial quality by ensuring only new factory parts were used for my car, which was a major concern/request of mine. The final product looked great, but took a few return visits to iron out some final details. oh and note to self, don't leave your sunglasses in the car, the will disappear. My only complaints are (1) no paperwork, why can't I get paperwork - especially given the claim of a lifetime warranty. Every time I asked for it, I was told it's not possible and that my insurance claim is my paperwork; (2) second complaint is that the car was parked on the street for the entire time at the shop, and was occasionally unlocked. I have an app for my car, and would have to periodically lock it remotely. The first time I noticed the car unlocked I went down to the shop and entered the car, noticing someone had reclined the front seat all the way back, rummaged through and dispelled the glove compartment components all over the passenger seat floor, and taken my sunglasses. Overall, I recommend Fleury's given the attention to detail. I'd def use this shop again

I took my 1998 Lexus SUV here for bumper scratch repairs and had a great experience. Mike was super knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me work with the opposing insurance to make sure they had everything they needed on file. He quoted paint/scratch repairs for one side of the bumper, and when my car was done, he and his team ended up fixing the whole bumper, which had a few scratches on the other side as well. They did this work free of charge--super, super kind and thoughtful of them! I would go back here in an instant for any car work I need done. I highly recommend Fleury's!

I admitidly am a perfectionist when it comes to my car. It's 5 years old but looks brand new. I am SUPER picky about who works on her and I always berate them with a Million questions and pointed statements until I know the shop is a good one before I leave my car there. Mike always so patent with my questions and never talks down to me because I'm a woman. He clearly knows his stuff, no question about that! Unfortunately people seem to like to run into my baby (2x rear end & 1 t-bone side colision) so this isn't my first rodeo with Mike.. This is the only place I will take my car to for any body or paint work. Every time something happens when I get her back she looks better than new! Also Mike always looks out for his costumers and is willing to give advice/ help with getting what you need from the ins. Co. ... Mike is also always willing to help with small fixes for dirt cheep (or free) that take a minute or two, for his costumers too... I Auto cross my car on the weekends sometimes and he has helped straighten body panels out which shifted slightly under extreme "high g-maneuvers " a few times. And Never charged me a dime for his time! ... he and his team always impresses me every time I bring her to him no mater what they do. He also installed after market lights in my car too and did a great job (as usual). Also Fleury's is the BEST place to get any paint work done. My husband took his Harley "tins" there and had them painted. Honestly I had no idea paint could look so damn good! Yes I'm gushing but Mike is a true artist and always gives a more than fair price. So in my mind deserves the praise and deity title I have given him in my mind. He has a customer for life in me! (Obviously! ?)

Amazing service! Mike did a FANTASTIC job at fixing my car! It looks better than new! He even washed and vacuumed it as well. He was helpful, trustworthy, friendly, and he was really looking out for me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Fleury's Body Shop if you're looking for high quality work!
