This person did a terrible job on my car. He's had the car for over a month and doesn't answer my calls. He did a terrible job. Never take your cars to this place.
Awesome Greek Auto Mechanic and body shop! I would say one of the cheapest in the area to. They do a awesome job and are more than fair people. This is the only place I go to because of it. The owner has been here for over 40 years so he definitely knows what he is doing.
You just don't get car auto shops like this anymore. D was, from the two times I've visited him for two different issues, nothing short of a quality human. He is honest, compassionate, and truly caring. I give him 4 stars because he didn't actually have to do any extensive work on my car. He trouble shooted some things, gave me great advice, and was honest and kind enough to give me simple fixes on things until I could get into my dealer (things crapped out on warranty on my Mazda so I went there instead). Even knowing I wasn't going to get full things fixed there, he gave me the time of day and was knowledgeable. I will gladly go visit him next time something breaks and is not on warranty at my dealer! Honesty is so valuable to find in an automotive repair technician, I sincerely trust him!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a mechanic. He WILL tell you a low price and quick date of completion just to get you in. When all was said and done a 3 day service that cost 650 took over 3 weeks and quoted me at 1500.
Full Story: He quoted me 650 and saif the work would take 3 days. An undervalued estimate and quick time to fix in my mind. After 10 days and no call I called multie times and after a concerned voicemail he finally called back and said it will be ready in three days and that the parts he ordered are now making it 850. I said ok and tjat he should have called before hiking the price and apparently starting the work. A week later and still no word I drove by and found my car still sitting there. I called again multiple times wih no response. I had to drop in to talk to him which he said should be another 3sdays. So i showed up 3 days later with him not having finished the car and said it is 800 more. I had to tow the car and PAY him for no work he did. Please save yourself a headache. Their are plenty of other qualified mechanics in that area. I dont want anyone else to experience this atrocity of a person that turns people away from small business.
I needed some suspension work to get an old car back to Chicago Demetri did the work quickly and for a very reasonable price. Don't let the appearance scare you away. It's an old garage and somewhat messy, but fair.
