After someone smashed my driver side mirror- i was so lucky neil had the part and fixed in after an hour!!! And charges me WAY less than the dealer!!! So grateful for Neil! Fair prices!! And he saved me a lot of time! ?

Wish that I had known about Neil and his crew years ago!!! Just moved to this part of town. My check engine light came on and Neil said that he could look at it right away. Fixed the problem and picked up my car the next day. Friendly, professional and explained everything to me. 25+ years in business - knows what he is doing. Fair price - I will come back with any other problem that I have with my car. I am very happy with this business.

Brought my car in to get the alternator replaced and then scheduled to have a headlight wiring issue fixed two weeks later. Both times they got my car back to me within a few hours. Niel and his crew did a great job at a fair price!

When I have need work done, Neil has being nothing but accommodating to fit me in, even on tight schedules, more than fairly charged. I highly recommend

Neil service my vehicles for 23 years. I remember one incident with my Ford Explorer. I didn't know much about car issues. It was running funny. Took to Ford dealership and ran diagnostic. They said I needed work done and would cost $1700. And if I didn't take care of the problem now and drive the car out I will cause more damaged and will cost $4000 to fix. Called Neil. He said bring it over and he will check. Later he called and said all fixed for $170.

Everytime that I call them they did their best to help with my emergencies. They were reliable, my car came back in shape, fair in price, and they are always in a good mood with their customers. Thank you so much for your hard work!!

Extremely dishonest. Charged $130 for “test drive and check fluid level”, did not do the diagnosis I requested. Problem was not fixed at all. They only care about getting whatever they can out of you without even doing the job. AVOID

I used their services three separate times each time I use this service they said my brakes were fine I had to go back each time because the brakes gave out automatically after a while of usage which was a span of 2 months I have all my receipts and now I have an issue with my tires when I brought it in there I had no issues with my bolts now a few are missing after I complained to them about my brakes they are very spiteful people and they act innocent the worst service I've ever had I am appalled of how people can be treated in such a way just because having a conversation about an issue that was taken care of and I was assured that the issue wouldn't be a problem anymore and now my bolts are missing very unprofessional and uncalled for just because one has an opinion and asks them to verify I would hate for anyone else to go through the same situation.

Our family has used the services here a handful of times over the years with different makes and models. Always straight forward and it's not a shop where they will do unnecessary things to jack up the bill. I'll continue to use the services here if I need in the future but hopefully it is smooth sailing

This place is great. I had a bolt seized on my caliper and could not break it free. They replaced the caliper instead of just trying to free the bolt which would have probably just cause future headaches for me anyway. I was in and out in record time. The price is well beyond being fair. I had originally stopped by Midas, and they tried to rip me off for $400 without even looking at it. Aurora Auto did it for less than half of that. I strongly recommend these guys!!

Waiting to hear back from Neo, the head mechanic on fixing my Jeep.. fingers crossed? they're going to take care of me well.. like they did my boss?

I wanted a diagnostic test for my car so they told me to drop it off at 9AM on Friday. I spent an hour driving there due to traffic, only to show up to a locked gate and the “Open” sign being off. I waited until 9:05AM and nothing changed, I called just to make sure no one was inside - no answer. I left and called again at 9:15AM - no answer. I missed over an hour of work for nothing. They shouldn’t tell someone to show up at a certain time if they’re not going to be there. I will not be making a second attempt at using their services.

I cannot describe how much I love this place and the work they do. I can always trust these guys to be fair and honest and do exceptional work. I've moved across town and still take my car all the way up here for everything from major work to having my oil changed.

Love this place. Neil is a honest mechanic. Cheap too. Dont take it to Les schwab, firestone or other places for brakes. This place is cheap. I have taken all 3 vehicles here

Took a vehicle here to get a pre-purchase inspection. The person I was attempting to buy a car from was less than nice to the mechanic, but he was polite and firm with what needed to happen. I dodged a bullet. Thank You Niel!

Neil is a competent and honest mechanic and businessman. He has taken excellent care of my family's cars for almost 20 years. I would rather buy a used car from him than a new one from a dealership. The reason is he will stand behind his work and what he sells. I cannot ask for more.

Its been a great time coming to them during the years, on and off. They do great work, and detail work. They make sure its back the way it was when you gave to them. All nuts in there place. No grease inside. Very friendly and speak many languages mandarin, english And spanish. All very well they are quick to know what's wrong. Trust my car there anyday

My partner took our 1995 Acura Legend in because it was overheating. The owner provided excellent service and advice. Will definitely come back.

The owner of this body shop is a Chinese. He is an expert at fixing those stuff. Negotiation is straight forward and clear to me. Owner offered very competitive price for me so I chose him without much hesitation. Overall experience with this guy is good. If I get into trouble next time, hopefully I will not, I will definitely find him again.

Fixed my water pump same day, also fixed 2 other hidden leaks that I had suspected and no shop could find. I had been to 5 other shops trying to find what the leak was over the last 2 years. Finally!

My family has been coming here for years. Staff are always courteous and polite, and are always honest when it comes to what repairs need to be done. If something doesn't actually need to be repaired, they let me know as well! They are always happy to explain what's wrong with our car or what needs to be fixed in terms that are easy to understand.

I had all my friends and families goes to Neil for all our auto repair. The best. Very honest.

Most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with, been going to him for 10 years, everytime I go somewhere else I have been disappointed. Usually emergencies have been the only reason I end up somewhere else. Neil, the owner, is the best!

Honest and courteous been going here for 2yrs since I moved from Cali. You hear something wrong with your car you go to the shops and they would say "oh we got to change this or that before it breaks otherwise it will be more money later on". That puts you on the spot or underpressure. Not this guy, he will tell you whether it is need soon or not(week,months etc...) that reminds me of when they told me about my power steering wheel thats leaking almost 8months ago. I was able to prepare and save money for this repair. That's all I can say. Will definitely recommend this place!!!

Just recently moved here from California so had to find a new mechanic for my 2001 VW Jetta. Awesome customer service had him replace my fuel system which was a reasonable price, but then two weeks later had another issue with my car had it towed there again, but this time he couldn't figure out the problem. He had my car for about a week doing almost everything he could to try and figure out the problem. Still no luck so he told me to have it towed to a authorized VW dealership to have them look at it. Well when i asked him how much it would cost because he had been working on my car for about a week he said no charge since he couldn't figure out the problem. 5/5 definitely would recommend him to anyone with minor car issues. College girl from out of town, my 'check engine' light turned on and honestly I just needed to know if it would get me home (500+ miles). The guy was polite, honest, kind, and even talked to my dad on the phone just to make sure everything was clear. Turned out to be a cheap problem and was in and out in a hour! 10/10
