These folks were fantastic. They gave me an accurate quote ahead of time, and it was very reasonable and affordable. Day of, they called to ask if they could show up a bit earlier than we'd originally agreed, as someone had cancelled, and that worked out great for me! Within a few minutes after I sent an inquiry online earlier in the week I got a call from Paul who was able to give me a good price and arrange a pick-up to suit my schedule. The crew was friendly and efficient. When they saw the actual load they reduced the price from their initial quote. Took extra care to pick up every little scrape of broken dry wall debris. After calling a a series of different Junk removal services, I finally came across ACTION junk removal and called the number. Paul was the first person to quote me at less than $100 for a simple pick up out of maybe 5/6 different phone calls and also a next day pickup so as to not schedule it very far I advance. i jumped on it. As someone with a crazy schedule I really value this. Paul was very quick in response time and very professional. There was an unplanned mishap with someone working with him and him being short staffed we had to make a reschedule from the original timeframe. However, Paul was very accommodating with this and came to pick up the bedframe after hours. Super nice guy and totally convenient. I’ll definitely be using Action junk removal services again and highly recommend it if you live in the Seattle area.
