Someone smashed the side window of my mom's car. Made a few calls and USA Auto glass had the best price and fit me in the next morning. They pre-ordered the parts and had it ready. I was in and out in 90 minutes. They cleaned up all the broken glass inside the car. Will definitely be back.

I love this place, I came here for window replacement and they told me it was going to take 2hr but they finished it in an hr, they have great customer service and they are very quick, I will 100 percent recommend this places to anyone that wants to get it done as soon as possible!!

Got an appointment for a wind shield replacement within two days and setting up the appointment couldn't be any easier. Set it up online, a person texted to confirm the time and if they had a compatible wind shield. This is one of the few places in Seattle actually charged me an incredibly fair price for parts and labor. It also only took an hour to get it installed while I waited. I would happily go here again to fix or replace a windshield.

I've had 2 windows replaced at USA Auto Glass, first time was a mobile windshield replacement, then an in-shop passenger window w/ tint. The workmanship both times was perfect, and the tint job was a factory stock level of quality. John (owner) was responsive and very easy to work with. I'll always take my cars here for any glass needs as I know it'll be done right the first time. Thanks guys.

The best place to go for auto glass replacement! Best price, high quality auto glass, fast appointment, professional installation, super friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I called 6 different auto glass shops in the area and USA Auto Glass had the best price, could give me an appointment the same day and was very nice on the phone. I will be going here for any mirror, battery, auto glass needs and I will recommend them to anyone that might need their services.

Excellent service, I came to get my windshield replaced and they told me that it would be 3-4 hours. Me and my wife decided to wait and they decided to work faster to get us out of there. We only had to wait for over an hour for both the windshield replacement and recalibration. The price was much cheaper than other places we looked at. I highly recommend this place.

John and his crew are absolute champs. After some lowlife decided to treat my car like an all-you-can-steal buffet, I was left with a shattered window and a big mess. I called John, expecting the usual hassle—what I got instead was top-tier service and good vibes. Friggin awesome! Talk about a father's day blessing. One of their guys accidentally misquoted me a charge not including labor. When I called later to let them know I was on my way they had let me know that it was going to be a different price. It was something I couldn't afford. Instead of turning me away they called me back an hour later letting me know they'd honor the mistake. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone of the staff members was kind and understanding. My son and I didn't really have anywhere to hang out so they grabbed some chairs and told us to chill in the air conditioned lobby because it was incredibly hot outside. They even recommended me a tint shop that gave me an unbelievable quote after I had asked. Really seems like a professional family unit at USA Auto Glass. If anything ever happens to my windows again, I will be returning. Thank you John and team! PS. I called several places in the area, and even with the actual quote, they still beat everyone out of the water!

Stopped by the shop late Saturday afternoon, just before closing. The owner, John, was incredibly friendly and quickly repaired the crack in my windshield in just 30 minutes. Excellent service, fast turnaround, and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I had my driver side front window smashed out 3 years ago. This shop replaced my window and tint. Recently, my tint started having this wavering look like I was looking underneath water through it. I called John and explained my situation. He told me they only warranty out their window tint for 1 year, and the best he could offer was half off. I'd rather pay full price and have it done right. Who doesn't stick behind their work? It says a lot about a shop if you're trying to have your mistakes be on the customer's dime. Fast forward, I just got my tint done by another shop that offers a lifetime warranty with their work. Go figure....a reputable shop that stands behind their workmanship. Maybe take notes, John, to have a better business model. They said your tint is very cheap, and that's why I had that wavering look. Guess these reviews that gave you 1 star are correct that you use cheap materials. Do better!!!!

The people were professional and so nice! My truck was broken after work one night and they were able to get me in quick! They had my window replaced in about an hour and a half and their prices were more than reasonable.

I am in lake city in north seattle. We had 3 cars get broken into. They got the door glass replaced within a couple hours. We had our windshield replace here also last year. We would defintely recommend them.

Quick, responsive, and nice team! John was the one I communicated with, he was nice and slotted me in same day for car window repair. His team worked quickly and I was able to leave the shop in an hour ish. He was able to match my other quote as well. If I have any other issues in the future, I’ll be glad to have them work on my cars again!

I want to share how great USA Auto Glass and Battery was when I had a big problem with my Lincoln Navigator. There was a leak that was causing trouble with the car's wires and making electrical things act weird. I was worried I might need a new car, but then I went to this place. When I got there, they were super nice. They looked at my car and figured out what was wrong really fast. They told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost, and it all made sense to me. They fixed my car quickly and did a fantastic job. They were very careful with my car even though it an older vehicle and made sure everything was just right. I was amazed at how fast they fixed the leak. What I really liked was how much they cared about making me happy. They answered all my questions and made sure I was okay with everything they were doing. Because of their amazing work, I didn't have to buy a new car! I'm so thankful for USA Auto Glass and Battery. They're a team you can trust and they really care about helping you. My car is working great now, and it's all because of their hard work. Needed a door glass for my Subaru on a Saturday after someone broke into my car. these guys came by and installed it an hour after I called and cleaned all the glass. Was very happy with the outcome. Will be definitely calling again if something happens to my car again.
