I’ve been coming to this auto repair shop for years, and it used to be one of the best in town. The staff was always professional, friendly, and honest. Unfortunately, things have really changed recently. It seems like there’s a new manager now, and ever since then, the overall experience has gone downhill. The employees are noticeably rude and dismissive, and customer service is nowhere near what it used to be. It’s really disappointing to see such a great place lose its standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, because this shop used to have an excellent reputation.

I went through the usual process of fidning a mechanic - read reviews, call around, get estimates etc etc --- Finally settled on M - Auto and I am glad I did. The comms with the backend team were excellent. The mechanic SHAH was awesome....came on time, had great knowledge, fixed the car on site. Great experience. Thank you M - Auto

My car broke down in Seattle. I called them up and they were more than happy to help me fix my car. I had AAA tow it to their shop and they fixed the car in 15 minutes. A fuse blew out near my battery, they fixed it and it runs fantastic! Thank you guys it was A+ work and A+ !customer service

Great shop and technicians. I picked them based on price and high reviews (5 star ratings at the time of writing). My car - late 2000s Mitsubishi sports car manual transmission that many can NOT work on. Repair/replace: Got timing belt (& related parts) replaced. Fixed an engine head oil leak too. Provided an overall inspection and prioritized it for me. Languages spoken: English, Russian. Master tech speaks Russian only but we have google translate these days. Little far from downtown/north seattle, but worth the drive.

First I would like to tell you that I had booked an appointment to get my water pump on my Ford ranger replaced by their competitor Your Mechanic. After two no shows by Your Mechanic I decided to take my business elsewhere and that is when I found M-Auto Service and Repair.. With in two hours they had a mechanic working on my truck. The mechanics name was Chah and he was very nice and definitely a professional mechanic. He finished the job and he explained everything that I needed to know and he advised me to replace the serpentine belt and showed me how it had stretched out and was loose. My thought was whatever but when I started my truck to check for leaks and test drive there was this horrible hig pitched noise caused by the loose belt. Chah offered to drive me to AutoZone to purchase a new belt and install it for no extra charge so we did. When everything was complete he told me to drive around 15 miles then add more fluid to the radiator if needed. After driving 15 miles I checked and I needed to add very little antifreeze and after that my truck has been running perfectly with no leaking or squeacking. I definitely will hire them again when needed and I will definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a mechanic. I forgot to mention that the cost of job was basically about the same as the quote from their competitor. So thanks again Chah and M-Auto Service and Repair?

Wonderful and kind folks who helped us out. They respond quickly and provide the best service I've experienced, all while being patient even while the website was being slow on my end. They're truly kind, experienced people who do fantastic work. I'm never going anywhere but to these mechanics to get our work done.

I discovered this shop through Thumnail and got a quote to replace the headlights on my 2022 Tesla. When I came in on Sunday, I met the owner and the technician, and both were incredibly kind and professional. They completed the work in about 2.5 hours without any problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

My car broke down in a parking garage and I couldn’t get a tow truck that could come down to get me out, I found M-Auto on thumbtack and they called within a few minutes of my request! Andy came down within 40 minutes to take a look. He went above and beyond! Even so much he drove to Olympia to get the parts for my car!! It now drives well and I have him to thank! Highly recommend using their service!

I had an excellent experience with M-Auto servicing my Volvo XC90. The team worked very professionally and efficiently. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my headlight, ordered the required control module, replaced it, and fixed everything in a very short time. In addition, they performed a full glass polishing to remove water spots and mineral buildup. The difference is amazing — visibility from inside the car is now 100%, especially noticeable while driving in the rain. Fast service, accurate diagnostics, and great attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back and from now I will only trust M-Auto with servicing my car. Highly recommended!

I’m very happy with the guys at this shop. They did an excellent job on my BMW X5 F15 3.0 diesel engine, which needed timing chain replacement and a full rebuild with all the related parts—bearings, pistons, rings, camshafts, and многое другое. They also recommended replacing the valve cover right away, since it’s made of two composite pieces and it’s better to change it so it won’t leak in the future, especially because the engine was already fully dissembled. I listened to them and they did everything perfectly. I’m very satisfied with the shop and I recommend them—reach out to them, these guys will definitely do great work for you.

Good people, respectful, took my Durango in for engine oil pressure sensor circuit they gave me a very good price for doing it.there lounge waiting area comfy and they even have drinks without having to pay. I definitely recommend them.
