Fortunately, I chose Classic Collision to do the repairs under the other driver's insurance, and they exceeded my expectations. Was told on a Monday that car would be ready for pick up on Tuesday at 3:30. Also told that they would call if any delays. Show up at 5 on Tuesday with family in tow after leaving work early. Car not ready. No calls or messages. Had to arrange to leave work early again the next day to pick up. Also some minor blemishes that the original person assessed that they repaired were not fixed and the person was no longer with the company when I showed up to get the car. Overall seems I was caught in a messy internal situation but too bad it spilled over onto customers. They did do a nice job of cleaning the vehicle.
They worked with my insurance, and were quick to get me an estimate and schedule an appointment. The staff was polite and professional, and they communicated with me throughout the repair process on my car.
Vehicle came in to repair punctured fuel tank. Estimate provided was in the 4-digits. Insurance brought in due to cost, re-estimated at a few hundred $. We said we would pay out-of-pocket after revised estimate provided. Car was never repaired, and communication was never straightforward. We finally ended up picking up the vehicle and my son repaired it himself in the parking lot before driving home. We ended up paying for a rental car for 3+ weeks due to inaction and poor communication by this business. I would not recommend.
I can't say enough good things about Classic Collision. I've been a customer three times over the years (including when it was called Stetner), and the work has been exemplary each time. The paint matching, in particular, is flawless. The staff are a pleasure to deal with -- helpful, friendly, and thoroughly professional. This is simply the best collision repair shop I've ever seen.
Since I was in the hospital, my wife was the main contact for this repair. The shop was excellent. The car looks like new and looks as though they detailed it. Very satisfied.

Truly amazing support. The Classic Collision team went above and beyond to help us repair our beloved '99 Toyota Tacoma and get us back on the road. Our truck was stolen and the thieves drilled out the door lock and the ignition, before abandoning it across the street from our home- senseless and awful. Our truck is basically a family member, we rely on it for our projects, for getting our daughter to school, and for adventures in the mountains - we rely on it for our LIFE. It made no sense to total the vehicle, but it was incredibly difficult to repair. The Classic Collision team went to the ends of the earth to help us - they worked with our insurance team, chased down unique parts, tested them rigorously, and managed an extended repair project. We're so grateful to have our buddy back home and running, and thankful to the entire Lake City team for looking out for us. Words simply don't suffice - the care, attention to detail, and perserverence meant the world to us. THANK YOU!!!
I am very disappointed and displeased with the service provided. I was given misleading timelines every time I called. Today was the worst experience when a rude receptionist refused numerous times to pass my call to someone who could further assist me. Instead, she repeatedly said with an attitude, “Well, they’re going to tell you the same thing that I did.”
Despite her resistance, I respectfully requested to speak with someone (had to 4 times), and she told me they would call me back. When I asked her to confirm my number, she rudely said, “It’s in the caller ID,” and then hung up on me.
Placing someone incompetent and lacking empathy in a customer-facing role is a poor business decision. I was patient, cordial, and explained my concerns politely, yet I was met with frustration for simply requesting a call transfer—which is part of her job. By no means did I overstep her role; I only asked to escalate my concern, as it has been months, I am losing income since this vehicle is sort of my fleet, and previous updates have been inaccurate.
I brought my 2004 Mustang here and these guys were EXCELLENT. I had my front bumper torn off and these guys expertly replaced it. My car was in ROUGH shape and these guys returned her in SUPERB condition. I cannot recommend this place more! For a minimal fee they even repainted and replaced my driver pillar trim! Thanks for everything! Glad to have my wife back looking beautiful!
These guys majorly fixed me up!! Not only were they super nice & helpful, but my car was completed in a very decent amount of time, and I was provided updates throughout. Upon pickup, I was totally shocked to learn that they fixed another, completely unrelated part of my vehicle free of charge. Shoutout to Nick, especially!

I had an unusual repair, out of my pocket, no insurance, for a thought provoking repair of rust on my 2012 GTI.
This required a craftsman's skill, the results were outstanding.
Collision could have said, "we're too busy" instead of accepting the challenge.
This is an accomplished shop, excellent front end people, Gage and Nick.
It's not an indictment to say you know an excellent body shop.

We bought our 2022 Mini Cooper SE EV new and have been enjoying it immensely as our city commuting car, at least up until a hit and run commuter bounced his door off of our hood and damaged it and the passenger side marker light. Because Classic Collision is on our insurance company's repair network and had great reviews, we took our car to them. It's a fact that all body shops have a backlog of cars needing repair in this city, for one reason or another, but at least we had another greater-range EV we could commute in while our beautiful British Racing Green Mini (Nessie) was under repair. Classic Collision provided great communication throughout the process and Gage and company made sure to not only get a replacement OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) hood and trim-marker light from Seattle Mini, but made absolutely sure the new unpainted hood perfectly matched the rest of the car color before I picked it up. They even washed the car inside and out. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and it was worth waiting a few weeks.
Gage, Regina the entire crew & office of this professional organization have treated me and my vehicle with the utmost of care & know how from start to finish. Their professionalism, kindness & commitment to excellence extends even beyond. Classic collision still delivers customer service care enough to stand behind thier work & always make things right.

Everyone I worked with here was fantastic and really communicative, they gave me updates on my car as much as they were able to and showed me pictures of the whole repair process at pickup. They were able to squeeze me in almost 2 months early and finished in half the time they were expected to. Regina and Gage were both extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend this place.
Brought my car to Classic Collision for insurance repairs and the team was wonderful to work with. They handled talking with the insurance company paying for the repairs and shared updates with me. The repairs were thorough and detail-oriented where they attended to the mechanics as well as the bodywork. Highly recommend!
Gage was awesome had our F-150 door replaced and some repainting done. He was absolutely amazing with communication and updating throughout the process. I'd recommend and would use this shop again. They gave me an accurate estimate up front for the cost and time for an extensive repair on my car. They were very communicative while my car was in the shop, and I am very happy with the work that was performed on my Subaru. It looks fantastic! I went through my insurance company and Classic Collision was super helpful and made it a fairly stress free process.
Highly recommend! The quality and customer service of this shop are amazing. They were able to repair my car after it was stolen and recovered with several services needed, including welding the partially cut exhaust, replacing a broken window, replacing all the locks, and interior detailing. Whether handled in house or by an outside provider, everything was of the highest quality and Kathy at the front desk was always super responsive and helpful beyond expectations. When my car was broken into less than 2 weeks after these repairs, she helped track down the discontinued piece of glass from another shop, even though I was no longer working with Classic Collision.
