Meron is a great guy. Never used a tow company before but just his personality will make me use him from now on. Fun to talk to and made the ride enjoyable.
Last night called Lion towing to tow my car from Bellevue.. he told me he would be there within 15-20 min, my car was completely dead and after waiting a whole hour in freezing temp and not having him show had to call someone else… after another half hour when someone else already picked me up he came, started being rude and demanding money.. would not recommend
Meron is a cool dude. Helped me get my van to the shop at a very reasonable price. Nice guy. Definitely looking forward to working with him again if the need arises!
I had an excellent experience with this company. My car broke down late at night, and I was lucky to find this 24/7 towing service nearby. They arrived much sooner than I expected, the driver was very professional, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them for any emergency situation.

Quoted one price on the phone, charged way more after the job was done with zero warning. When I questioned it, the operator was rude and dismissive instead of explaining anything. Loading was rushed and careless I noticed damage to my vehicle afterward that wasn’t there before, and he immediately denied responsibility. Overpriced, unprofessional and not careful with my car. Would not use again.
One man show business.. maybe ask for insurance before hand if want to use him.. if he even has it?♂️
I have never felt so taken care of buy anyone till now. He pick me up and got me to my destination and he wouldn't drop me off until everything was in order with tire service. It didn't feel like business, it felt like family taking care of me. I moved here in 2019 and he is the first that made me feel "taken care of" and safe. I appreciate you for being my angel of the morning.
This man is a very genuine and nice person he is very honest and does not price gouge people. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needed a tow give him a call. You will not regret it

On 11/3/2025 at 10:30pm, I called Lion Towing LLC to pick up my truck to tow it 3 miles. Over the phone the guy said $250. I thought that was still pretty pricey but it was my only option. When he had it on the truck, he changed the price to $320. I asked him “why is it more expensive.” He said “it’s farther than I thought”. He ended up popping my tire. He said “that’s not my fault”. He dropped my car off and left.
He was sent through my insurance roadside service. Was very prompt and courteous. Thanks to his help I didn’t need a tow after all! Would recommend using his company if you have a need.

Needed a flat bed for my EV battery to be charged after it unexpectedly died in the middle of a road. He quoted a 25 min arrival, showed up in 20, with a clean and professional operation, and charged me a more than fair rate (even while waiting for me to charge and be sure everything was okay!). In an industry of overpromising and underdelivering, this operation really bucks the trend.
I don't have a lot of experience using tow services. But this guy was awesome. He arrived in a timely manner, was very friendly, and did an excellent job of towing my car.
Very kind and holy man! Helped us when we didn't have the full amount at the time and we payed in the future. I would recommend 100%! I can’t believe how quick from phone call to being serviced! I just called in and Meron was able to get on the road in a few minutes to tow my co-worker’s car. I think the whole thing took less than an hour. Super satisfied, paid and received an invoice by text a few seconds later. Totally makes sense why they are so highly rated! Will be choosing them again the next time a tow is needed in the Seattle area.

I had a great day until I went to get food on Westlake Ave N. and when I returned to my car (which in 3 years of ownership has never had any issues) would not start!! I attempted to search the web to disable the engine immobilizer, Toyota's anti theft system as the transponder key was not working!? Ugh!! Two hours passed and I went for the spare set of keys which I was unsuccessful in finding and it was nearing time to report for my graveyard shift. I wasn't going to leave my vehicle over night and I was absolutely dreading calling for TOW service as I did not want to be racked over the coals and left broke!! With no other choice I google TOW trucks near me, the first page with a 5 star rating displayed Lion Towing LLC. I made the call and the driver answered and asked from where and to where. 9.5 miles was the distance, I figured at least a five hundred dollar bill. He quoted me two hundred dollars and picked me up for no additional charge!! Friendly, down to earth and skilled!! I am grateful to have had the chance dispite my car trouble to have met such a man who cares about helping people in need and without question!! If I need tow services or similar I will most definitely call again!! I recommend anyone who has the need to make this your one and only call and I bet you'll thank me!! I can't thank you enough Meron!! You are the best!! I will be forever grateful!!
my car suddenly stopped working and after calling insurance and another number for towing services, i was feeling stressed out because there were no available services. until i called the first number that showed up on google and truly made my night easier! fast service, quick response, and the driver was super nice! so thankful he was available this late at night too :)
Meron was completely on top of his game. Gave me the best rate out of 5 other Seattle towing companies I called in the middle of the night. Told me he would be there to tow my car in 20 minutes but arrived in 15min. I wouldn’t trust another tower in town after this experience.
