There are absolutely no words I can use to describe Jack's Payless Auto. The professionalism is at its highest quality! Very rarely do you find the mechanic that's not going to rip you off or tell you that you need to buy this buy that when you really don't. Peter and Freddie are the finest people I have ever worked with, there's no wonder why they've been there for years. Amazing experience every time I go there!!!
My car broke down over an hour away from home but luckily next to this most honest mechanic. I received the best customer service I have ever gotten from anyone. I envy people who live in the area. I may go back there next time my car needs work done because I am sure I can't find another one like this mechanic near my home.
I don't give 5-stars too often, though Jack's Payless was exemplimentarly successful,in replacing the brake calipers on my front end pick-up truck, as I am more that happy w/ their auto mechanics for a reasonable rate.TheRealInternetMan
It’s hard to find a place that genuinely cares and provides honest advice - especially to a young girl about her car. This place is a hidden gem! Excellent service, excellent price. Very satisfied! 10/10 recommend!!
First, Oh my gosh! The guy here, his name is Pedro is funny! Freddy is Awesome! I don't know about you but I hate taking the car in for any work because it always breaks my bank! This place has Great service, they are fast and won't kill your bank account. Very reasonable. Tell them G sent you. :)
My Suburban broke down less than a mile from Jack's. I was up on business with my wife and two kids 3 hours from home. I diagnosed the problem (heater core hose broke at the crimped on plastic slip fit connector and I lost coolant, thank heavens for the commputer shutting my engine down before it ruined my engine) and called AutoZone first, they couldn't get the part till the next day (mind you I'm out of town with my wife and kids and still have to do my work) called Jack's. They got the part in in about 20 minutes. I got to their shop via Uber, and found out they ordered the wrong part, but not to fear, I described the issue to his mechanic and showed him a video of the actual part. The mechanic, Freddy, knew exactly what was needed, and told the owner what to order while Freddy and I headed back to my vehicle to do a temp fix so we could get it to the shop where he would fix it the correct way with the correct part. So, before we even get my Suburban back to the shop, Jack has the other part in. Freddy got right to it and in 15 minutes had it all done. Now the KICKER, he charged me less for everything done (remember, the mechanic went off site to fix my vehicle so I could get it to the shop, most would have said to tow it at a time of about $50.00) than most shops charge just for an hour's worth of labor. They charged a fair rate for outstanding service. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them to anyone for work on their vehicle. Jack, Freddy, thank you so very much.

Awesome place for all your machanicle needs. Pretty good customer service, if they don't have it, they more likely order it for you and give you a call when it is there and ready to be installed on your vehicle.
