Came in to buy a used Honda. Davis was great with handling my questions regarding the Honda even though it was a Volvo dealership. He would walk me through the design choices of the car and was very open with his thoughts. His aim wasn't to sell me the car but to sell me the right car. Eric and Andre were great folks too. Everything was smooth once the details were finalized and the team never made me feel like any questions I had were stupid. I definitely took my time to make sure the deal was right but they made sure to be patient with my decision. Looking forward to picking up the plates.

I had a great experience at Volvo Seattle. Dakota was wonderful to work with, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the purchase. The finance team was also fantastic. They were easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and made the paperwork process simple and stress-free. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I really appreciate the professionalism and support from the whole team. I would definitely recommend Volvo Seattle to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

While I am happy so far with my car, I am quite unhappy with the service and dealership as a whole. I have had a Lexus in the past and the treatment of customers with Lexus is so much better it is in another stratosphere. When I take my Volvo for service, they are slower than the Lexus dealership, they don't send a video of all that they did and where things stand. Lexus did this and I absolutely LOVED this service. Also, the Volvo dealership tosses you a car wash certificate, and the lowest level of car wash at Brown Bear. Lexus always did a mini detail inside and out and the car was returned in nice shape. When I have been into the shop to buy parts, the Swickard dealership is really nickel and diming the customer which leaves a very bad feeling when Volvo is a higher-end brand. Credit card purchases are charged an extra fee!! I mean, I have never heard of such a thing for a luxury car dealership. My next car will definitely be a Lexus.

Volvo of Seattle was awesome Friday morning, happy they got me on the schedule and fixed our airbags that were recalled and also programed some Volvo keys so our daughter would have an extra one - Andre’s was very attentive and so was another man that helped change a key fob for me at the end - I was please with every experience I had with them and look forward to going back when I’m in town - thank you for your attentiveness with all my requests and got it done earlier than expected too! So awesome

The Volvo Cars Seattle service department is top notch, really. I am currently on my 3rd Volvo in over 20 years. In the past many years (2 of the Volvos), I have had the pleasure of working with Navid Haq in the service department. It is always a great experience. He provides me with the information I need, answers any questions, shares guidance on how best to approach whatever the situation, and makes sure that my time isn't wasted. I recently took my XC60 in for service and there was an additional recall service required. He explained my options clearly, recommended an ideal one, and took care of everything. One of the reasons that I've come back to Volvo of Seattle, time and again, is the great service department. My recent visit was no exception.Thank you to Volvo and thanks again Navid!

I strongly advise against purchasing a car with this dealership. While the team was friendly and warm during the sale process, after the sale their tone changed completely. They did not honor their agreements, and have made it impossible to contact anyone. Eric on the finance team told me a final electronic contract would be sent my way, but to this day I haven't seen any contract, and I'm confused how the sale is final. Before purchasing my pre owned vehicle, the team agreed I could get a pre-purchase inspection. They stressed that their mechanics did a thorough inspection, but said if I wanted to get an inspection for peace of mind, I could do so within 48 hours, and any issues found would be addressed within that window. I immediately took the car to get inspected, and found about $400 worth of maintenance and repairs that needed to be done. When I contacted the dealership, they changed their tone completely, saying they would only cover $100 of the repairs because they didn't deem the missing engine cover or filters 'safety concerns.' I have been trying to get in touch with someone to reconsider, and said I didn't want to sign any final documents until this amount could be confirmed, and the dealership has cut off communication with me. I'm extremely frustrated and feel very taken advantage of as a first time car buyer.

Volvo Seattle has consistently given amazing service over years of maintenance on my xc60. Navid was super helpful in my last appointment with fast and concise communication while Dan gave a clear description on the services performed and recommended. Great service as always!

The service was friendly, the value for money is shameful. The $900+ service including items like "checking the horn and seatbelts". The only actual service that was done was an oil change and checking the sparkplugs. That resulted in them not tightening the oil plug and my car leaking oil excessively. The best advice if you are mechanical inclined at all is to change your own oil. I certainly will be.

Very good experience. Fair pricing, reasonable negotiation and good communication throughout the process. They offered a fair price for my trade-in and the transaction felt consultative and not adversarial. I felt valued and respected as an individual and not just another sale. Dakota and the team at Volvo Cars Seattle were awesome. Just very helpful throughout the process. I contacted them about a few vehicles we liked via their website and they were great at connecting and following up with me. They helped find cars that fit our needs so we could test drive and compare. It was really just an easy experience and I was happy that we were able to purchase a vehicle in just one visit.

Ordered an accessory for my XC60 to be picked up at this store. It languished there for a while “because their automated system was down.” We then got an email from them saying it was ready to pick up at our convenience. Drove over- oh sorry, that subsection is closed today. Come back some other time. Really as bad as you could do it.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was extremely nice a helpful! Oscar Trombertt was my sales person and he was absolutely fantastic. He worked hard to get me in the car of my desire. Super patient and very informative. Would buy a car from him 100 times over!

Very friendly staff! They went out of their way to have someone pick us up at the ferry since I was unwilling to drive there and possibly have to drive two cars back home which was an hour and a half away. This was a considerate gesture considering I had not even seen the car yet, let alone decided to buy. They unlike other dealerships that I called, actually looked through their inventory to see if there was a car that met my requirements. I truly appreciated that !!

Just wanted to share my experience with a service department appointment that I made online. I needed my 30,000 mile service on my XC90 and went to their website where it was very easy to schedule an appointment online. It showed appointments the day I checked, but I choose one of the open appointments the next morning. I took the car in at 10am with my wife in her car so that I could leave it. They asked if I would be waiting for the car, giving me the impression that it wouldn't take long, but I went home with my wife. I got a call around noon saying they were backed up and would let me know when it would be done. At almost 5pm I called them and was told that unfortunately they didn't get to it, but they would in the morning. I finally called at 10:30am the following morning and I asked when the car would be finished. They couldn't tell me when, so I said that I needed the car by that evening and if they weren't sure if it would be done I would come get it. They said that I should do that. When I got there, there were people obviously waiting for their cars to be serviced as well as a person dropping off their car for service and I heard the check-in person say it would be done in 2hrs. I never got an answer as to why they couldn't get my simple service done in 2 days... I was offered another appointment! I declined...

Wow! From the moment we pulled up to test drive cars, these guys were attentive, hospitable, KIND - and absolutely ZERO sales pressure. We walked away with my dream car at a great price. Can’t speak highly enough of this dealership. We worked with Davis. Really appreciated his kindness and candor. We never felt pressured, which allowed us to process our financial situation and come to our own conclusions about what vehicle was right for us. Davis went above and beyond driving our paperwork to us as we had a previous engagement when it came to signing. Zane the manager was also helpful, explained things well and knew his details—kind throughout the process. We would 100% buy from this dealership again.

Had a great experience buying a new car from Volvo Cars Seattle. Alex was a great salesperson to work with, very attentive. He took over an hour to walk me through all the functions of the new EV before sending me out. Managers Andre and Zane were also great to work with. They didn't come across with any of the negative stereotypes that I think of when it comes to car sales. Made the process easy and low pressure. I should note that I took a 3 hour train ride to buy from them because they were easy to work with on the phone, as opposed to the Portland Volvo salesperson who had poor product knowledge and was argumentative with us. I highly recommend Alex and Volvo Cars Seattle!

I just bought a beautiful used vehicle from this dealership today and the experience was outstanding!! From the moment I inquired online I spoke to four professionals who were attentive to all my questions and needs. In order, I spoke with Alexis, Teff, Jeff and Ian Wang the sales manager. They are a very good team. I would not hesitate one bit suggesting to anyone who is interested in Volvo’s to go to see these good people. Ian put everything the team compiled together for me and I am very pleased with the sale. He is very patient, as I have many questions and asks of him and his team.
