If your looking to put your money on a small family owned business this one has never disappointed. The son now runs the company . His mom runs the office . Very knowagable I brought both my Subarus here don't matter day or night he's quick and he'll put in my parts . Five stars for me .

"I left my Volvo with this shop for two weeks, only to be charged a diagnostic fee for an incorrect diagnosis. They were unable to repair the vehicle and wasted both my time and money. I would not recommend this shop for specialized repairs.

I needed a car battery asap. After calling many other places I was finally able to speak with someone. Danny took my information and called me back in less than 20 minutes. He let me know that he had a battery available. I showed up to his shop right a 2pm as scheduled, he changed out my battery, checked my oil and made sure all was perfect before I left. 10 Star service!! Thank you to Danny at Andy’s Auto Repair!

Ran into a problem while going to work and instead of calling a tow truck I called Andy’s and luckily there was an opening. Got me in and when once done he went through everything and I’m satisfied with his work. Will come again

I was recommended this shop on Facebook making a post asking if anyone in my area knew of affordable auto shops for an oil change that wouldn’t try to upsell me on any other services. I called the shop the day before and asked for an estimate for an oil change. After describing the make, model, year, etc. of my car, the man estimated it would cost about 80-90 dollars. I said great and said I would drop off my car the next morning. I dropped off my car the next morning and said I just wanted an oil change and the man was very friendly (I think his name was Danny) and after a few hours he called and said my car was ready to be picked up. When I got back to the shop I saw a receipt for my totaling $162. He explained that he topped off my windshield wiper fluid, break fluid, yadda yadda and it would be $162. I don’t know much about cars and I should have said something but I just handed him my card and left. Now I have an extremely sour taste in my mouth about this place because I was specifically looking for a place that would not overcharge or upsell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge and Andy’s Auto Repair seems to be just that! Super disappointed and will be telling the woman who recommended me this spot, too.

Danny was very quick and efficient with getting my car together. He has great customer service and the cutest mother. lol my car is running good and he insured a warranty on anything he has fixed so that was awesome. He’s a lot more affordable than Chucks. I can say that!

I’ve been bringing my Honda here for service in the last five years. The fee is very reasonable, Andy explains clearly the issues, his recommendation and cost. Haven’t got any problems since. Highly recommended.

I had the weirdest wobbling sound coming from my back door. At Andy’s they helped narrow down and finally identify and fix the noise issue. Really friendly and fast turnaround. Highly recommend

Danny is a great mechanic and takes great pride in his work. He’s punctual and honest. My car had sat in the driveway way for 3+ years and was took it in for some badly needed maintenance. Not only is the car running great, but he had the car washed for free, as a courtesy. He also helped a friend get her car quickly back on the road after N accident she had. I highly recommend Andy’s Auto and will be using them as my mechanic going forward.

Ive been using Andy's for 30 years. Theyre fair, very experienced and do an excellent job. I have no complaints. Danny and company are extremely polite and friendly. They know what theyre doing. I feel VERY lucky to have found them. Theyve been in business a long time at one location and it's a 2nd generation shop! Award-winning.

Danny did a great job getting my car running again after it sat for a year. Great at explaining the problems and explaining future maintenance that he recommends. Honest man and a good mechanic. I will be back!

I’ve been a customer for 17 years; I moved to Kitsap County 7 years ago and happily make the 2 hour commute to take my car here for servicing and repairs. Andy’s Auto is a family business with a long history of honest, ethical, transparent and reliable service. Like his father before him, Danny gives great guidance on what repairs are needed immediately and what can wait. Danny is a like a car detective, he really knows how to research a problem and figure out a fix. Equally skilled with old or new cars. I’ll never go elsewhere, you don’t find service like this easily.

Amazing experience here! Dan could not have been nicer and my car drives so much better after going. While the car shop looks a bit rundown from the outside, it excels in customer service. I wasn't there for 'cucumber water' and a sleek-dressed salesperson trying to upsell unnecessary services. I visited for a full brake job, transmission and engine oil changes, and I'm thrilled with the results. Danny was one of the best car mechanics I've dealt with: punctual, straightforward, knowledgeable, and competent. Coupled with very fair and competitive pricing, it's a combination that's hard to find in today's car repair businesses. I hope they continue to thrive!

Danny is an old school mechanic that knows his stuff. I believe he’s the only guy (owner) running Andy’s auto, so you don’t have to worry about it getting passed off to somebody that inexperienced (which has happened to me in the past). Honest guy with fair prices for the work done! Will go back for any future work!

I've been taking both my cars here for years and Danny is trustworthy and capable. My two vehicles have 400k miles between them and Danny has always found solutions to keep them running smoothly at a reasonable price.

How this mechanic can stay in business is beyond me. I did not have a good experience. I spent $1k+ and the same car problem persists. When I asked Dan how was the test drive and did the problem go away. He said yes, there is no more problem. I drove it, the brake was soft and the car still pulls to the left. So not only did he not fix my car problem now the car is got more problems than when i dropped it off. Also, now braking is loud. Needless to say, im very disappointed and won't be taking my car there again.

This is a true multi-generation family business with a real mechanic. Danny knows cars and has kept my Subaru running great. He is busy but why would you want a mechanic that is not in demand? Reliable troubleshooting at a fair price.

My issue was my head and taillights kept randomly turning on when the car was off and parked, making my battery die whether at home or away. Carter Subaru wanted to replace battery, all lights, and other repairs. These mechanics fixed my issue by watching my car all day then simply tightening my brake pedal. Honest, trustworthy, and didn’t charge me! I have used their services ever since.
