Couldn't recommend more highly. John and Bonnie (sp?) were the quintessential example of professionalism matched with kindness. We needed a tow from a tight spot in a marina to a haul out and, of course, we had crazy winds the day of the tow. The two of them showed up 15 minutes early and guided us through the process of getting the boat out of our slip and threaded through the other boats safely despite the gales. John's a master of his vessel and Bonnie knew how to take control of the situation on deck and tell people what they needed to do without being a jerk about it. Plus John spent the week prior having multiple pleasant phone calls with me about what my options were and what he would recommend. It turned an anxiety-ridden experience into an enjoyable one. I would 100% use them again and would recommend to anyone needing a pair of professionals who get the job done right. Seattle is lucky to have this crew.
