Complete automotive I had a wonderful meeting with Brian the owner of this company.   I was needing to buy a quality vehicle for my daughter.   We both wanted a lower Milage car that is on the easier side to work on.    She personally wanted the manual transmission and a larger car.  We needed to purchase a car ASAP because my child has just started a new job.  I went online and tried to find a vehicle that matched her specific needs.   Our price range was under 6000.00 dollars.  And if anyone has been looking recently for a under car there really is not a huge amount that are not total junk right.  I needed to buy from a dealer because I choose to put this purchase on a credit card.   I found compete automotive on auto trader.   I saw the car that fit my needs a d my daughters needs online.  I found the car on Friday night at around 5 pm.  I inquired through the app about the car I was interested in.  Within 1 hour I was being called and Brian and I talked over the phone about the car I was interested in.  Brian explained thst the car was available to purchase.   That was great news in my opinion.   Ok so I explained in great detail about how I was wanting to purchase car.  I also explained that this car was going to be driven by my daughter.   Brian asked me all correct questions about if my daughter was above age 18 and if she could drive a manuel transmission.   I answered yes to both questions.   I live in wa state so I was able to send my driver's license and insurance information directly to Brian.  I did not need any other proof to buy a car.  I then asked Brian if there was a way fir me and my daughter to test drive on a Saturday that is when her and I could get together.   I also explained that if my daughter likes the car we were going to buy it thst day of test drive.  I also asked what did I need to do to insure that the car was not sold before I could test drive the car.  Brian explained that I am the first person to be able to see the car and do test drive.  I was extremely pleased.   Brian is not a sales man but that worked for me.  He does a great job at explaining what is expected here in wa state with all the rules that we must follow.   I arrived and Brian showed us the car.  He gave us plenty of time to look at the car completely.   We did find a smal dent but this did not damage the frame of the car.  Brain had the car fax for us to look at and the car had just been serviced by the mazda dealership.   The car is a 06 Mazda 5 wagon.  We were not hurried into buying this car.  My daughter and I took it out for test drive for over 1 hour of time.  We check the heater and ac.  We found not too many issues with this car.  The one thing we did find was a faulty windows switch.   And we brought it to Brian's attention and he said or about a 30 dollar part and an easy fix.  All that was true.  My husband is a certified auto tech so most things are reasonable for us to fix on our own.  I personally felt this was a great experience.

My daughter bought her first car here and it was a positive experience for her in every way. Everyone was helpful and made her stress ease. I have also purchased a car here and also had a great experience. Highly recommend!

My son needed a clean low mileage car. We had been looking for some time, and were starting to get discouraged. Everything we looked at seemed to be overpriced, with high mileage, or had been owned by multiple people with recorded accidents. Finally we found Brian at Complete Automotive. It was a completely different car buying experience, compared to the others that we had encountered, during our search. No pressure when looking at their vehicles, take as long as you need going over the cars that you might be interested in. We were able to find a Lexus ES 350 with low mileage and very well taken care of, for a very reasonable price. It took us a while to find these guys, but we're glad that we did, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these folks at all.

Both Brian and Josh were amazing help to me purchasing my car, a 2006 Volvo S40 T5. It was my first car purchase done all on my own, and despite being across the country, the process was pretty much completely painless. They even set me up with a shipping company that gave me a great overall rate and were communicative as well! Overall, start to finish, it only took about a week to purchase the car, most of which was waiting for loan approval on my end. My only issue, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is a few issues weren't disclosed prior to the sale, being that both the glove box and trunk do not open by normal means. The trunk is a rather common issue with these cars due to wiring design, however the glove box is a bit less so, and I feel both should have at least been disclosed prior to purchase. The car drives and functions exactly as described otherwise, and both issues are fixable, so only 1 star docked seems appropriate. Overall, if the right car happened to appear at their dealership again in the future, I would absolutely consider purchasing a vehicle from them again, but next time, I'd be a bit more thorough with my questioning of any potential issues.

Let me tell you the truth about this place! I purchased a perfect Corvette from Brian and Josh, I got no songs or dances, no BS or grief, I got exactly what they said I would get an easy transaction, a car that was exactly what they said it was and an experience that showed how buying a car should be. Thanks again for the great car and experience.

Brian and Josh were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Dealerships can be shady, but Brian the owner is honest, transparent, and will educated on every aspect of the process. I really appreciated him taking the time to explore my options and get me the best bang for my buck on a trade in and I even walked away with a great used car and some cash back. Will be returning for a car for a first car for my son as well!

Found my perfect ride within their extensive selection of remarkable vehicles, and was made comfortable and confident in my purchase from start to finish. Knowing that the tech who got my Outback ready for sale has years and years of experience working with Subarus gave me that extra peace of mind that the car would continue to be as reliable as the brand is known for. I recently had Complete Automotive repair the active body control tandem pump on my 2007 Mercedes-Benz SL 550, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. After receiving an absurdly high estimate from a south end repair shop that left me questioning both their pricing and honesty, I decided to return to Complete—where I purchased the car. From the start, Brian and Josh stood out—they kept me well-informed throughout the repair, listened to my thoughts and concerns, and worked quickly to get the job done. They ensured I understood what was necessary to keep my car running smoothly, and I genuinely felt like I could trust their assessment. This was the opposite of how the Other Guys made me feel. Having also purchased this car from Complete, I appreciated that they were committed to standing by that sale, even offering some thoughtful considerations in the service. To top it off, the final bill was about 25% less than the Other Guys estimated, which was a huge relief. All in all, I would highly recommend Complete Automotive for their fair pricing, excellent communication, and trustworthy service.

Had a great experience working with Josh and Brian. They offered reasonable prices and were helpful throughout the process. Minimal sales pressure. Helped me work through the payment process as well. One thing to note is they offer fair prices but don’t expect them to go down much from the listing.

If you are looking for a car call Brian!! He just found me a car that is super rare and at a great price. Plus they are full service after the sale and take great care of you and your car forever. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Brian and I would not consider buying a car anywhere else. I have referred my friends and family to Brian and they have been very pleased with his service and integrity also. I am lucky to have found Complete Automotive!!

First off, I am not an easy customer and am hard to please. I know what I want and have somewhat unrealistic expectations and timelines. Brian and team not only welcomed this, but met the challenge with excitement, almost like it motivated them to best me. And it worked. Every detail that I cared about was found and then exceeded. From make and model, to the sound the car makes when it turns over, to wheels and calipers - I had an opinion on all of it and they found me the perfect car and I could not be happier. I can't wait for my next purchase and would highly, highly recommend Complete Automotive to any and all.

It was a fantastic experience dealing with the folks at Complete Auto from start to finish. It began with a call to Brian the owner to setup a test drive the next day as I needed to travel from Portland to Seattle. Brian said he wouldn't let anyone else test drive the car before I was able to, which was a classy touch. I showed up for the test drive and met Josh who is a great guy and he told me all about the vehicle without any sales pressure which I liked. I ended up buying the car, Josh walked me through the entire process in a clear and efficient way, and even delivered the car to me much more than halfway to Portland. Thanks Complete Auto!

Such a great car buying experience! I worked with Jon, but all other staff I met were friendly and inviting. Buying a car alone, as a woman, can feel daunting but they treated me right. Jon disclosed every aspect of the cost (admin, title, card fees) and took multiple steps to ensure I received a fair (honestly, above fair) value for my trade-in. There was no haggling, just conversation to get us both to the right price. This was hands-down the smoothest and least stressful buying experience; 100% recommend!

AMAZING Absolutely a wonderful experience with buying from start to finish. You view by appointment so there's no added pressure of someone else looking at the car seconds before you. There's no upsell or gotcha moments. I looked at over a hundred lots virtually and over a dozen in person for my last buying experience and was very upfront that i am a woman but I know what I'm looking for, and that I have two family mechanics and would be hiring a 3rd party to look over the car. They not only encouraged me to do so but spoke with me extremely professionally and as if I was an actual human, not someone to get a quick sell to. The car itself was in immaculate condition as well and he gave me a fair price. Buyer beware of a new trend OTHER lots are doing where they charge you a non negotiable "anti theft" fee. I brought this up during our initial communication to make sure it was not a thing he does. He only charged the filing fee that he told me upfront about, and calculated the county tax for me in front of me. I waited to give my review until I did at least 1 long distance drive and I can say she still is the car I drove off the lot with! Can't recommend enough. The ONE problem I had that they might not have even realized, is that the driver side speaker is blown and I'm really into immersive music when I drive, but it's such a small detail compared to the actual safety of the vehicle and it's driveability. The entire team was very very nice and patient with all our questions as well. Definitely recommend this lot.

I’ve been eyeing their 2017 Buick Encore for a few months now since I’ve lost my car from a car accident back in October 2023. I was just waiting for the insurance check to come through and it finally took them a little over 2 months for it to arrive. I had my options narrowed down to their Buick and a Kia from another dealership. I called Complete Automotive and spoke to Brian the owner, who was very friendly over the phone. He was able to schedule an appointment that same day for me to test drive and check out their vehicle. I was greeted by Josh the operations manager for Complete Automotive. Josh was also very friendly and professional. My first impression of the vehicle was that it was clean, both on the inside and out. They did a really great job getting it ready for me. Secondly I was informed by Josh that all their vehicles in stock go through a safety inspection before releasing it to the public for purchase. After test driving the car, I was convinced that this was the vehicle for me. What assured me during this whole process was the fact that Josh had mentioned that they are a small dealership but they make sure to take care of their customers. It is always very wary to purchase a used vehicle. I’ve had experiences in the past where the used vehicle ended up breaking down on me after 3 months from purchasing it. I did feel a level of confidence that this dealership really sells vehicles that are made to last. Otherwise they wouldn’t be in business since 1983. I definitely recommend coming back to this dealership for any future new used car buying. Thank you guys again for treating me great and looking forward to returning back as a customer when I’m ready for a new set of wheels.

Red Carpet Service!!! I purchased a 5-series BMW wagon (which I loved) from Brian at Complete Automotive back in 1997. Had a great experience then, but moved to the 'burbs and kind of forgot about the dealership over the years. However, I recently went though some stuff and needed to buy a car on a very strict budget. Saw a fantastic vehicle advertised at Compete Automotive, but it was a bit out of my price range. I casually mentioned what I was looking/hoping for - not really expecting anything - and was surprised to receive a call from Brian few days later informing me that he had found EXACTLY what I was looking for - in my price range! This dealer specializes in high-end vehicles that frequently cost over 6 figures, but despite shopping on the very low-end (so-to-speak lol) I received the same top-notch service as someone who was buying a newer Bentley or Porsche. I was a little embarrassed and stressed at first - having to take two buses and a train into Seattle to shop for a car - but I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They were so understanding in fact, that an employee picked me up at home to come look at the car - which I purchased in probably the fastest and easiest transaction ever. I can't thank Complete Automotive enough!!! Five Stars plus!

The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Brian B. and Josh are a few of the most knowledgeable and honest professionals I have ever met in the industry. I truly appreciate their time and efforts to help me find the perfect vehicle to help me get back on the road. I was recently rear ended in an auto accident and needed a vehicle within a week. I saw a Nissan Rogue listed online and reached out to Brian - I was able to confirm my purchase within a few hours after visiting. Both Brian and Josh were extremely transparent with all of my questions, and I could tell that they truly wanted to educate me about the vehicle - so that I could make a smart decision. Josh even went out of his way to pick me up from my rental car location (since I did not have another method of transportation after dropping my rental car off) and drove me to the dealership to pick up my new car (attached). The turnaround time from reaching out to driving off with the Nissan was very appreciated. The people who work here are great, and they have definitely won my business for years to come. Im located clear across the States in North Carolina and this was an overall awesome car buying experience! I purchased my BMW M4 Convertible from Complete Automotive primarily because of the Austin Yellow exterior and Red interior which is usually a hard find especially in a manual transmission so when i landed on this one I worked the entire deal over the phone with Brian and shortly thereafter, he was loading it on the truck to make its way to me in NC. I received the M4 and it is definitely fun to drive. There were a couple of issues that i found with the car once it arrived but Brian and team ensured those issues were resolved at No expense to me which says a lot when buying a car sight unseen. I would definitely recommend Complete Automotive if you are in the market for a new to you vehicle! Great team to work with and i appreciate all of their help to make this a great car buying experience!

Brought my car here after it broke down in Seattle. Shop claimed it was my Transfer case (Toyota FJ) and would cost $4,700 to repair it. I declined to have them fix it and paid around $170 for the diagnostic and had it towed away. The shop left my passenger window down when it was towed causing the interior to get soaked from rain. I am now fighting a mold problem... After bringing the vehicle to my friends, we purchased a new transfer case for $270+shipping. When putting in the new transfer case we learned that the transfer case was not even the problem, but it was the rear differential (pinion gear). Shop would have known this if they even spun the back wheels... These guys don't seem to know what they are doing and are careless enough to even leave windows open in the rain. I would not recommend taking any vehicle here.

I had been searching many months for a vintage Mercedes 560. My search led me to Brian at Complete Auto Sales. From my very first phone call -you know this man is serious about customer service and is knowledgeable about each and every vehicle he sells! He spent great detail telling me everything he knew about the car even spending time to conduct a virtual tour. With Brian’s low pressure, professionalism and reputation for outstanding customer service you can buy with ease. I was slightly concerned with the odometer reading - a 1987 Mercedes 560. He painstakingly reviewed every service record and took great pride in having sold this vehicle to the current owner. He was assisting in the sale because as Brian stated, the owner was part of the “family”! Buy with confidence from Brian and his entire team. They will handle every aspect of the purchase from sale to delivery! As for the vehicle- it’s not only a head turner but everything and more Brian described!!!!

Time and time again, the guys at Complete Automotive have provided me with incredible buying and service experiences. I purchased my 3rd Audi from them last week. Great selection. Great prices. ZERO pressure. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past. Complete Automotive restored my faith in the car buying process. Brian Burns is a stand up guy. His entire staff is exemplary. Wish there were more like them. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We found Brian and his son Brad to be very personable 'straight shooters' that made our car buying experience a pleasant, no-pressure experience. Their inventory was not large, but seemed to be of very high quality. We had some questions about our 2015 Audi a few weeks after purchasing it and Brian was wonderfully responsive.
