I had a great experience with Roadside Assistance & Towing in Seattle. They were able to help me quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and were extremely thorough with the assistance. I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain what I should do afterward so I wasn’t left guessing.

the person assisting me tonight was great, very patient and understanding of my situation, upon arrival he wasted no time getting my car to start right up. within the first 2 minutes of him being there my car started up and i was able to go to my location. He was truly the savior of my night 10/10
5 star service all the way. I have a low profile 24' BMW coupe with carbon fiber kits and they handled it with the utmost care ensuring my vehicle made it to its destination safely. Communication before, during, and after were fantastic. It's hard to find good tow companies in any city. Highly recommend doing. Business with them!
After a long day the last thing I wanted was car trouble at midnight in the rain. My car wouldn't start and I didnt have my jumper cables in my trunk because my mom had borrowed them. The car wouldn't turn over and start just kinda spurtered no matter what I did so I used roadside assistance to have someone come out and help me. Eta provided was accurate. Anjum (the tow operator) was friendly and efficient and gave me advice to make sure I got home okay without needing additional help.
This guy was fast as hell under 30 mins to get to LZ then it took him 15 mins or less we were back on the road. And he best everyones price by $50, everyone wanted $150 to change a dam tire .. but maleek was polite professional and a joy to have work for us
It was Friday at 6 pm we were stucked in the grocery store parking lot due to mechanical failure and they showed up in 30 minutes. The person on the phone was very responsive and the tow truck driver was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately for me, I locked my keys in my car very late Saturday evening. This service arrived quickly (within 30 minutes) and kept me updated with an ETA. Upon arrival they were very friendly and patient - my vehicle was a bit difficult. If you ever lock yourself out of your car, this is the service to call! So relieved!
I was in the middle of delivering for uber and accidentally locked my keys in my car. I contacted uber support and they were able to send someone to get my door open. It was past 10 on a Friday night and it only took 30 minutes for help to arrive. He was able to get my door open in under a minute, thank you! :)

Yesterday I was heading back to Vancouver from Seattle. I was on the highway around 1am and had flat tire. I searched up best 5 star towing service his company popped up.
I must say the guy came within 20-25 mins or so he was very polite and Indeed quick. He helped me changed the tire to the spare one that I already had. He even took the initiative to check the others tires pressure as well. He stayed behind until I started the car to drive away to make sure i was safe once again.
I highly recommend their services. Very professional quick response available 24/7 I rarely write any good reviews but this onesI absolutely had too !!
